Bitensión

HP just replaced the plug for my laptop Pavilion.  Is - this dual voltage?  There is NO switch on it, but the label says 110-240.  I bought in the United States, but take it to the New Zealand.  I received conflicting information - (a) the fact that I need a voltage converter (b) who, with the help of such a voltage converter, will undermine load.  I am so confused.

Hello

You won't need a voltage converter that the power brick takes an input between 110 v and 240 v and adjusts automatically - I used several US (110v) machines in the United Kingdom (240v) and no problem.

Kind regards

DP - K

  • Sansa e200r Rhapsody (BestBuy) - holiday - question bitensión?

We had a unit e200r for several years now, and we charge it sometimes by plugging the USB cable into a wall adapter instead of using the computer to load.

We'll be on holiday in Europe this summer, and I can find no answer to my question anywhere on the web.

The wall (a/c) USB adapter is capable bitensión (I will have a record of adaptation for the correct configuration PIN for the countries we visit, but for this USB adapter, I shouldn't a CONVERTER).

We don't NOT forming a laptop on this trip... While we had hoped to use the same USB wall adapter to charge the e200r.

-It's the e200r bitensión in itself considered as?  Would we still be able to JUST plug it into the USB adapter we use at home in the USA?  or would that fry the unit?  I think the adapter USB converts AC power to the USB port, and would happen again. The USB adapter manages the power from the wall at the exit of the power properly to the USB port?

Sorry if I look stupid, but it's all new to me.

    Thank you

The e200 takes 5v from a USB, nothing else. If you're the charger works in one country, it will then provide 5v to the player.

    Hello

If she doesn't have a switch then nothing to worry about, all you need is a cord or a simple adapter. I don't live in the USA but I bought some products from the United States and my loan of equipment all come from the United States, I only need adapters. We too use 240V.

My question is: what voltage supports the mainboard that laptop? Can I use this add-on from Kingston with original Hynix ram module?

    Standard module's voltage Hynix PC3L

This means that the module supports 1.35v or 1.5V

  • Application of voltage E310DW

I bought an E310DW laser printer in the United States. Will it work on the 230 volts in India?  Wouldn't be possible/safe to use with a voltage converter?  Please let me know as soon as possible because I'm leaving for the India in the coming days.

    Thank you.

Mbarya, the American model will not work in India as power to the printer is not bitensión.  You can use a voltage transformer but don't guarantee that the power rating is correct.  I would say that the transformer is rated at least 25% higher than the power of the printer.  I hope this helps.

  • BlackBerry smartphones is the voltage double torch

My new lamp does not work, then I'll try to understand if I simply need an adapter or if I need a converter to convert the voltage 220 to 110.  If anyone has an answer, it would be greatly appreciated.

  • HP elitebook 8440p

I have a 8440p elitebook - I believe that this is a laptop not a laptop - and my question concerns voltage. I am traveling to Europe and want to know if I need a converter, or only an adapter. I don't know if my phone is bitensión and OK for, simply use the European decision-making, or if I have to run with a converter. (I have a converter that says it works only small appliances for 10 minutes, so I'm afraid to use it but afraid not) Any advice anyone can offer is greatly appreciated.

Original HP notebook\laptop power adapters are multivoltage (100-230vac) and multi-frequency (50/60 hz). the only difference is the plug that is used to connect to the current House. You don't need to buy or use a converter, and in fact with the help of a converter can damage your laptop.

I live in Europe. As I travel to the United States and other countries in Europe, I bought a kit that allows me to use my card Netherlands as part of an adapter for any country I visit. I bought it from a Brookstone store in an American airport. and it is an adaptation of six pieces set. Go into any store that sells luggage and travel supplies to find a. This link goes to the Brookstone store for you show exactly what card I have and use.

  • The 230 X will use DDR3L 1.35v ram?

So looking to get a key of 8 GB for my X 230 replace 4 GB it came with.  The stick, I'm looking at is a stick 1.35v.  Now, I know that it can work in systems that do not use 1.35v to 1.5V, but not the X 230?

    Thank you!

Sorry! Let me clarify, the specifications of the processor determines the voltage. The two processors available in the X 230, i5-3320 M and i7-3520 M, have the necessary support to operate RAM DDR3L 1.35v. It is important to note that, in order to launch at 1.35v, all installed modules of memory must be bitensión 1.35v/1.5v and the system must support the DDR3L (1.35v low voltage) to activate the module to operate at 1.35v. I hope this helps!

So it should integrate with the specifications 1.35v.
