  Hey Kolby,

  I can confirm that the key combination is turn down the Volume + power using the buttons on the side of the slate 21.  You must make sure that you press exactly at the same time and hold them for about a second, as described by others in this thread.

  If you copy the screenshot in a Word file, it will be the default page of the word file size. It will be in a smaller size to fit into the Word file.

  However, if you want to open the full-size screen capture, you can use Microsoft Paint on Windows application.

  Are you sure that you reset the device in the right direction?

  Try resetting your device. This will not erase your data stored on that device.

  • Press and hold the sleep/wake button
  • Press and hold the Home button

  Alternatively, you can go to settings - general - reset - Reset all settings

  If that doesn't work, restore your device to factory settings. Please note that this will delete the data on your device.

  Screenshots are taken when you hold down the side button on your Apple Watch and also press and immediately release the digital Crown. To prevent this from happening by chance (for example by the back of your hand by pressing the buttons when the bending at the level of the wrist), try either:
