  I recommend that you try to start safe mode:

  • KB17877 How to start a smartphone BlackBerry in Mode safe

  It will take several attempts to get the combination of keys ESC (press/release/hold) OK, so be patient. When properly in Safe Mode, see what happens.

  If the behavior continues, then well... think what happened just before this behavior started? A new application? An update? A theme? Something else? Think carefully that the slightest change can be causal... and try to undo all that was.

  But if the behavior continues mode without failure, you may need to consider more drastic measures - WIPE, OS Reload, BBSAK Wipe/Reload and the process of reloading OS 'skeleton '. To prepare, you should be sure that you have a full backup of your PC... Please see the Backup link in my sig auto on this post for instructions.

  Restart both your 8530 (perform a simple reboot on the BlackBerry this way: with smart BlackBerry poweredphone, remove the battery for a minute and then reinsert the battery to restart.) and the PlayBook (tap the battery icon > restart) and try again after the bridge connection.

  Yes... for the 2nd condition, reconciliation against the server may not occur if there is no connection. But the other two conditions are not dependent on connection.

  PSG: on

  Mass storage support: on

  Auto enable mass storage Mode when connected: Yes

  Without starting the desktop software or the Media Manager, connect the USB cable and the PC the storm.

  Open my computer in Windows. You see as a removable media card?

  If Yes, you can "drag and drop" files on the card out of holder on the storm.

  To correct the media manager please specify the following:

  PC, operating system (if vista 32 or 64)

  The version of the currently installed software.

  You have problems with the backup or sync Desktop Manager?

• URGENT blackBerry Smartphones: phone does not start after update (21/05/2009)

  As indicated in the title, my phone does not after that I updated last night. He mentioned that he will not be able to make any calls or anything for the next 2 hours, but after the time of 2 hours, it seems to fail during startup.

• BlackBerry smartphone App Stuck in "start download".

  Started to download the eyes of memory... failed with a TCP failure to connect, now it is just in my world with a "start download" and a stopped progress bar. Click on it nothing happens, go to try the app for download... again no option for DL.

  I uninstalled app world. Nope still there. restarted. Nada, always there. Downloaded something else to laugh... it downloads below the affected and works well, but Mem eye always doing nothing else looking at me.

  Is there one way other than a wipe to get rid of this?
