  I recently bought a sim free, the brande new bb curve and I use my sim card contract with vodafone which was formerly on a HTC sense, texts and calls work, but bbm and navigation are not, my bbm pending (awaiting authorization) when I add my friends and people do not receive requests, HELP!

  After installing the upgrade did you do a battery pull?

  No data will be lost when you do the following: remove the battery while the device is activated.
  Remplacer replace after one minute, let the device reboot 1-3 min, see if the problem is corrected.

  Go to settings

  Go to battery

  Press the «...» "in the upper right corner

  Select battery optimization

  You should see the category "not optimized.

  Tap it and select 'all' - I think...

  Find your application in the list and you should be able to select "not optimize" or something like that.

  Give it a try and wait, it might help + email the developer, this would not hurt no more.

  Hello! last night I was Messaging on BBM and for some reason my posts stopped to deliver. I don't get the checkmark next to what I typed but no D or r it takes 2 hours to 6 for one of my messages arrive! This happens with all my BBM contacts I thought strange because I can receive their messages at once. I have whatsapp and I can text away normally and all my other apps work normally.

  Try a battery pull - while the unit is turned on, remove the battery for 15-30 seconds, then reinsert and wait for the device to reboot.

  If this does not help, go to Options > Advanced Options > host routing, Table and then press the BB menu and select Register now. Once your device has re-recorded on the BlackBerry network, go to your e-mail settings application, login if necessary, and then press the BB Menu key and select Service books. Return your service books.

  That should do it, but if not, let know us.

  I think the message is clear - a BBID by device. You must choose which device will keep the existing BBID and create a new BBID for the other device. If you select Cancel, it should allow you to move forward with the creation of a new BBID for this device. If it does not, you may need to WIPE the device in order to start over completely.

  My blackberry 9300 curve doesn't let me go on the bbm app, but will not let me get friends! When I send my friends an application by typing it pin they don't get, but sometimes "PENDING" next to the axis y and when they addressed a request to me I don't understand and sometimes 'PENDING' on the screen next to my PIN, it certainly isn't there bbm because they had many other friends on bbm!   I just bought my first blackberry and I can, t get the bbm to work on it.   Has got 2 problems to be honest, so I'll start with the most important! Lately, my BBM was not send or receive messages when connected to the internet! It does on wifi and internet from Vodafone UK. It does now while I'm typing this on my "BOLD", which shows it is not that I am not connected to the internet because I am able to load a Web page and use internet requiring apps for example Facebook, MSN and twitter. Whenever I try to send a message, it comes up with the red square with a clock in it and does not send. Also, I don't get any messages, I can see the other person has read because he has this small r above the tick and says is written message, but no message is reflected. The only way to send or receive is to do a full battery, which becomes very annoying pull! Or to make a call :/ is there a solution? I'll add a comment the other problem once this has been resolved!   You have the latest version of BBM.

  You can backup your BBM contacts. Follow these steps-

  1. go to BBM
  2. Press Menu select Options
  3. Scroll down to backup management
  4. Save a backup of your contact: press the Save button
  5. Choose backup to remote or local files (remote backups are done by e-mail and local backup is done on memory card)
  6. Local press
  7. check automatically save changes to contact
  8. Back up now
