  Finally after a long dispute repair my flashlight, I decided to buy the 9320 curve, which I eventually did. Essentially, the bb is installed with BBM version 6.2. When I change my Dp it not turned to day, nor that I can view my DP friends. I heard that BBM 6.2 was such a problem, so is anyway to fix this or need to download the old version?

  problem solved. A reboot and my photos are starting to get the update. Some photo of my friends are not displayed. Maybe if they change the RFP then it will begin to update. In any case been solved

  Recently, I tried to change the RFP of Bbm in my z10, it changes for me but my friends cannot see updates.

  It has been 2 weeks that my Bbm dp is stuck to my friends.

  I've tried everything. Remove the battery, restart, blah blah. I read somewhere that I can reload the operating system. But who will delete everything that I don't want to do that.

  Can anyone help please. How can I solve this? Is it possible to reinstall messenger Bbm in z10?

Now, it's happening for multiple users on my BBM. I see people update their profile messages complaining that their isn't changing either.

  I thought it was something related to the carrier, but people who use different carriers have complained about the same. Can you please advise or worsen it?

  The problem has been fixed. I can now change my display picture. I guess it was a temporary problem. You can try yours now and try it with a different one that you have your display picture...

  I guess the moral of the story is, if many people with these problems a bit, just wait a bit. the folks at RIM will be noticed & repair.

  You are able to use BBM before this update without any problem?

  If you are then try reinstalling BBM who may help, do that on your homescreen go to Options > device > application management > delete BlackBerry Messenger in the list.

  After deletion to perform a battery pull reboot by removing the battery while your unit is powered and then wait a min.  and reinsert back.

  Your device can take a long restart, then use your BlackBerry browser and navigate to www.blackberry.com/bbmdownload and the most recent available for your device. After reinstalling see if that helps

  During the download / Reinstall do you get any error Message?

  First of all, remember that BBM is removed from Options > device > application > find and remove the BBM from this list.

  After deletion to restart your device by removing the battery while your unit is opowered on, wait a minimum then reinsert the return, your device may take a long restart.

  Finally, after the reboot, use your BlackBerry browser and go to www.blackberry.com/bbmdownload and download the latest available for your device.

  Try it and tell us.

  I've updated BBM from version 7 to 7.0.1. After the reboot, I found that my BBM was gone. I checked my world in Blackberry World, to see that it is installed, but it was gone.   You can try it again once, it might be useful. all making the first first delete BlackBerry Messenger of your device, for this on your home screen to go to Options > Device Application Management > locate and remove BlackBerry Messenger from there.

  I use an iPhone 5 s and when I take pictures in square mode and try to use them as a picture on BBM they rotate 90 degrees. Am I the only one to go through this? This is quite annoying

  @Akhee_  Thank you for taking the time to reach out on this issue. I did some tests and I was able to reproduce the behavior you mentioned below and I connected an element for further investigations.

  During my tests, I noticed also that sending the same image someone to iPhone via e-mail also causes the image to rotate 90 degrees when it is received.

  Finally the following can be used as a workaround for this problem. Change the setting for 'PHOTO' inside the camera, one of these photos do not rotate when it is used as a display picture.

  Visit BlackBerry World from your phone and search for BBM. When the application opens, look down to see what version it is. I think BBM 8 is available for your phone, but do a search in the BlackBerry World, which will confirm. If the specified version is lower than 8 BBM, then it is not available for your phone. Only applications that are compatible with your phone will be displayed when you perform a search from your phone.

  After a recent upgrade of my BBM icon label changed to net.rim.bb and when I click to send a BBM I get tell screen: Eception missing Exception of resource files.  How can I fix this?  I am running OS 6.0 Bundle 2647.
