  It seems that for your BB Desktop software to be as functional as we would both, you have integrated some components that cause my Roxio Creator 2009 Suite to become completely non-functional.

  If I uninstall your software and repair the following Roxio, it works well again.

  Reinstall your software breaks the suite Roxio once again, and a repair/reinstall of the suite so that your software is installed cannot be place that Roxio is most recognized as being installed properly or he sees components that prevent the installation happen.

  I tried to uninstall BB Desktop 6, fix Roxio and then return to BB Desktop 5, but after the installation of BB Desktop 6 my ability to synchronize my device (contacts, calendar, Notepad, etc) fails systematically.

  I wouldn't mind, except for the fact that my paid software is ineffective by your free software and the only potential ways that they coexist are for me to purchase and upgrade my Roxio suite.

  I do not expect you to solve my situation, I don't think you can really, but rather I am you advise potential problems that you may want to inform other people who download the software which can have situations similar to mine.

  Hello, I have a unlocked blackberry mobile device (9000) and I would like to use the blackberry service. I use this unit for a project for the University and I only need this for 2 months. Can I connect to the blackberry service through the talk?

  I discovered on 3 supplier who is also the provider sim card I'm sure I can have the blackberry for 5 pounds a month service, but they can't guarantee if I'll be able to use the service blackberry because of the device is unlocked.

  Does anyone have an idea about it, how to use the blackberry service on talk?

  No guarantee, but I found an unlocked phone that runs happily on the 3 network.  I suspect that it covers the back saying that he could not work and suggest that you should really buy one of their phones.

  Someone knows how to fix this? Is it a new setting I'm missing? I've already sent feedback to Apple.

  Photos, when I come across a photo of a person without a name, I can click on the field "no name" and a list of names appears. In the Sierra, however, the list includes names of new non-functional based on the e-mail addresses that are causing problems with my library.

  For example, if I type my name, I see three suggestions:

  1. my full name, with the thumbnail associated with my Photos 'face '.

  2. my full name with my email from Apple below address and the photo of my Contacts entry

  3. my full name with a secondary e-mail, which I have also listed in Contacts, with no tile

  If I take 1, everything works as usual.

  If I take 2 or 3, Photos makes a new person with just my name. It does not automatically fill in the rest of my name. I find myself with two entrances of the person, one with my full name and one with my name. I then merge these. This happens with all the people, not just me.

  I have the same problem. When I want to manually add a face without a name/person, I get very often 2 proposals:

  (1) the person sought with the profile photo, the first name and family name. If a picture is displayed, this means that I have already assigned photos to this person.

  (2) the same person, with or without a profile picture, with name, surname and e-mail. This proposal seems to come from my contacts, because it shows the same profile photo and mail the address I have for this person in my contacts.

  If I add the photo to the contact person, the person is added as a person in Photos. But with only the name, not the name, which is a little ridiculous, especially when you are systematically adding people and having many with the same name.

  I merge the two to get back 1 "individual" in photos, with first and last name (first and last).

  So somehow Photos is not capable of matching 'people' in photos to anyone in my contacts list. Even when you merged the two and said Photos this way they need to be put in correspondence.

  Hi, my computer does not start all I get is a white screen, but apparently the caps and the num lights flash a code including mine don't. I get 4 blinks which, according to the site Web of hp is a non-functional graphics controller. No one knows what might be the cause or has had this problem. • Bookmarks completely non functional even after reinstalling Firefox.

  Once more bookmarks became completely non-functional. I tried all the solutions mentioned in the Support site and nothing works. I tried to use Windows restore to a date before the problem occurred. I even tried uninstalling completely and reinstalling Firefox and the problem persists, do not display the same default bookmarks. Import from Internet Explorer does not work even though Firefox says it has. Can anyone provide an answer or I'll have to go back to the use of Internet Explorer which I didn't for years.

• T61: cover and non-functioning lights switch problem

  My T61 (type 6465) is coming for three years and has recently developed some minor but annoying flaws. The main problem is that the most reliable laptop will remain suspended: closing the lid does not have to be suspended in the first place and if I use Fn + F4 to suspend, it seems that clutching the back edge of the laptop (that you could do to pick it up and put it in a bag) cause him back on the suspension. Accordingly, I found the cell phone on when you remove it from my backpack, even if I was sure that I had hung before storing.

  The other symptoms, is that some of the green lights have stopped working. Namely, the green lights of power, battery, caps lock num and caps lock seem to have stopped running, but wireless, hard drive and activity to suspend lights continues to work.   Other that the system continues to work perfectly: the battery is still good and maintain the load, the power supply charges the battery and powers the system properly.   I try to work if this is likely to be a hardware failure or a software problem initially. Has anyone seem to similar symptoms, or may suggest that the problem could be based on my description?

  I downloaded the free update for Shazzam and now get the above message when you try to open the App World.  I deleted Shazzam and still get the same message.  Any help would be appreciated.  Thank you.

  The phone has rebooted after deleting Shazzam, but I guess that it does not work as well as pulling on the battery.  It works now.  Thanks for the help.

  The browser comes as part of the core OS BB on the device, but depending on the level of the OS, it may or may not be able to operate without an adequate data plan subscription. Some (most recent) OS levels allow the browser to function very well via WiFi BB only, while others limit the browser race strictly via BIS (even when WiFi is the data connection only). Opera can be installed on the BB as a replacement browser and normally works very well when WiFi is available. Many 3rd party applications have parameters of configuration inside of them to direct the application to use BIS, BES, WiFi, etc. for their course of data... we must be sure to have the apps configured correctly to allow them access to a functional way, especially when BIS is not due to no data plan subscription.

  It is not quite fully updated for the newer operating system levels (see above re: BB browser), but it is generally reasonable to use.

  Other than BBM and SMS (in newer versions of PB/BB/bridge), I don't know any way to run, your PB, whatever your BB at all. On the BB, he has the ability to remote control of the PB (via Bridge of BB), but not the other way around as far as I understand. Since you will not subscribe bis, you won't have BBM anyway.

  I suggest the following, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2, each should result in a message to your BB to come):

  (1) registry HRT

  • KB02830 Send the directories for the BlackBerry Internet Service

  (3) restart to take batt

  • Each time a random strange behavior or slow creeps, the first thing to do is a battery pop reboot. With power ON, remove the hood back and remove the battery. Wait a minute, then replace the battery and cover. Power on and wait patiently through the long reboot - about 5 minutes. See if things return to functioning. Like all computing devices, BB suffers from memory leaks and others... with a hard reboot is the best remedy.

  I hope that will move things again for you! If this isn't the case, then you should contact your carrier for formal support.

  I am facing this problem recently after upgrading to OS 6.

  Work, as Messenger work not can not browse the internet in 3G network, I used to get a blackberry symbol after the symbol "3G", but after upgrading to OS 6 sometimes the icon disappears & all the blackberry application stops.

  To solve the problem what I do is less managing the connection first shooting offline all the & after that restored all the connections. But this thing I continually get any suggestion to solve this issue will be very useful.

  Is it possible to send email to a blackberry phone settings via a form of service for the user to phone message doesn't have to configure it manually?

  We recently had to reinstall our Exchange Server and are now having to modify the e-mail settings on all our employees members of the phone, however, some of these members of staff are not in the same city that I.T. support and that the staff are not very literate computer/smartphone members, it will be difficult for us to guide them on how to change the e-mail settings especially if Autodiscover does not report the settings correctly on the phone and domain/server settings must be entered manually.

  A member of staff in particular, has a Blackberry curve 9300.

  Any suggestion will be appreciated as we would prefer, as well as in the future, be able to update phones with the necissary through a form parameters any service message rather than error prone manual intervention.

  OK... so the answer is, well, maybe. It will require compromises your safety ethic.

  A way of doing what you want to connect in the BIS users account on their Web of BIS carrier site and configure the email account it... the fact, of course, would require you to know the credentials of BIS users. Of course, that would also require that the carrier does have such a site... not all do.

  Another way would ring up the carrier users the identity of the user and the carrier agent to configure the e-mail account.

  If the employer provides the user devices such as service plan, then I guess the compromise of security required is lower because, technically, two belong to the company, not the user. But, if what are BYOD devices and/or the carrier account does she belong to the employer, then you'd be in essence hack on behalf of users to achieve.

  Hi, I have just purshaced new Blackberry Mobile (Open) Dubai - UNITED Arab Emirates and its writes about this at & t, they've said that its opening and I can use it in any country a BB services.

  I would use the phone without a subscription to Blackberry serive, however, it seems that there is a serious problem in my cell phone.

  Usually you can use the internet service in any mobile here via GPRS, but my mobile problem is as follows:

  -Browser icon is not available and when I click on the switch application and then, browser, I get the following error message:

  your device does not currently have entries in the directory service configuration any browser

  I contacted my service provider in the country, and they told me that you don't need any subscription if you need the internet fair eyebrows and they suggested to go to the blackberry support center to solve my problem.

  I went to the support center and they told me that there are so many missing configuration in my blackberry and they didn't know what to do with my cell phone.

  I did a reset to my mobile, but this does not solve the problem.

  Is there anyway that I can solve my problem?

  Your problem can be corrected!

  1. try to reinstall Blackberry protect

  2. try Factory Reset and check if its working.

  3. try Netqin app that also has contacts and location remote services.

  4. If you still want to desperately Blackberry Protect try to recharge your device OS.
