BlackBerry Smartphones Bluetooth mic has stopped working

I have a Blackberry Pearl 8220 phone. I had paired bluetooth etc. successfully and have used for months before.  All of a sudden micro Bluetooth stopped working. The caller on the other end cannot hear me. I am able to hear fine appellant.
It is certainly a problem with the phone because I tried two bluetooth headsets. Two of them showed the same symptom with Blackberry but worked on other phones.  Hoping someone thre can help.

With the help of BlackBerry 8220

platform v4.6.0.293 4.1.0.100

Tried to do a battery pull several times

Improved using the bb Desktop Manager software

have, check the other threads on this forum.  The 8220 simply comes with a defective bluetooth chip and he dies everyone before too long.  I hope that your phone is still under warranty with T-Mobile, because it's the only way to get this problem RIM on you fixed.  If you don't have T-Mobile, RIM is not concerned.  Even if everyone speaks in even on their own forums, they have not even acknowledged that this is a widespread problem.

What is the full message? Sometimes, there is more message... and that 'more' is often useful to better narrow down the possibilities. But if it is, here's a possibility:

    • KB28212 Error "Unable to connect to your BlackBerry ID account" on a smart phone BlackBerry with BlackBerry Device software 7.0

    Good luck

  • BlackBerry Smartphone camera Zoom has stopped working - trackball does nothing. Very strange loophole.

I just take a photo using my Curve 8900 still shot camera feature.

Normally moving the trackball to 12 o clock position zoomed out a bit

and he moving to position 6 oclock zooms back to 01:00 x

But today, I noticed that it works at all.   The trackball works perfectly for scrolling up and down in menu lists.

Also, it works correctly in all directions when you zoom an existing photo.

It's just that the zoom feature when aiming a shot to take the picture just stopped working.

What it is on the resolution makes no difference.  I have mine Superfine value and 2048 x 1536 pixels and Flash and the White Balance both the Automatic value.   I can not even a replacement for zoom as Z touch which is not bringing the function.

Can stop working in the camera, trackball but work in other applications?

    I'm mystified by it.

Hope someone knows what is happening here.

    Dear Plado (that's me!)

Have you tried the phone then next turn once again as in a reboot of the switch?

Yes I tried, but it made no difference.

Have OK you tried to turn off and take out the battery and do a boot cold?

No, but I'll do and see if it makes a difference!

    Doing a job?

Yes he did, and the zoom is now working again and has a level of zoom of 1.0 to 2.0 in increments of. 25 x.

Well I have never! Who would have thought it?

I'm still none the wiser as to why he needed a cold start or why he's stuck without prompting me.

It's just one of those things. A kind of BLOB, with eyeballs that palpitate, just one of those things!

So thank you to all those who felt as you respond to this, the problem is solved, but I still want to know why it stopped working.

  • BlackBerry Smartphones Bluetooth Remote Control stop working

I have a new 8350i and downloaded the new 5.0.0.80 7 (?) version of the software. For some reason, left work after doing this, the ability of my headset Plantronics Voyager 815 to execute commands remotely (answer, hang up, volume, etc.). Has anyone else got a happen to them? What can I do to fix this? Thanks in advance!

Well, I have figured this out by myself...

Removed the battery for 5 seconds - Sprint/Nextel calls this a Soft Reboot - somehow clarified the issue with the bluetooth buttons does not.

I wonder how many times I have to remove the battery in order to free the bugs in the system...

  • Satellite L300 - 2CL - built in mic has stopped working

    Hello

When I bought this computer (sep-09) everything worked fine. Then in March (I hade it idle for some time), my built in mic has stopped working.

What eles is fina, and I scanned the Web for solutions and tried to install the new drivers, unistall them, all possible boots, disabel and restart, but at most I just get a static sound of my recordings of test.

I use win 7 home pre, but the problems started when I was with Vista. Now, I am of ideas, and my friends on Skype develops enough not to hear me.

Is that what I can do to get the microphone working, or should I buy a headset?

    Grateful for help
    Hugo

    Hi mate

To be honest, I would use a helmet because helmet still provides a better speak of quality.

But the internal MIC is part of the webcam and the microphone is controlled by the software of webcam too.
Please launch the webcam software and go to settings.
    Then, choose Audio tab.
Here, you must increase the volume to maximum.

    Welcome them

  • Dell bluetooth keyboard has stopped working

I have a dell keyboard and mouse bluetooth.  The mouse works fine, but the keyboard has stopped working. Batteries are fine. Cannot 'discover' the keyboard because I don't seem to have any device options 'bluetooth' in my control panel devices. Any ideas?

Contact Dell or just buy a new keyboard.  Wired are really not expensive - I bought one for $9 that works very well.

    Good luck.

  • Logitech USB headset mic has stopped working

Windows 7 - headset stopped working suddenly

Remember - this is a public forum so never post private information such as numbers of mail or telephone!

About 5 days ago my Logitech USB headset microphone has stopped working.  The helmet always plays the sound, but the microphone is not input all the sounds.

    Things I've done:

-Uninstalled / reinstalled the Driver Headset, USB Drivers, & sound card driver.

-helmet I tried on another pc (it worked)

-tried headphones different USB on my machine (a no exit worked / entry)

-tried headphones with input jack then the sound card. (has no output worked / entry)

-bought a new sound card and used the headset with Sockets (has no output worked / entry)

-tried all the possible configurations of devices of entry & exits in my sound options (nothing worked)

-Re-enabled the sound card integrated and connected only (output worked / entry has no)

1 odd thing happens.  If I smack physically the pc microphone picks up which leads me to believe that somewhere the sound is just set really low rather than not working do not at all even if I turned upwards never slider that I can find to max volume.  I get no error.  Nothing has changed recently with my pc.

Technical support of Logitech said simply that my 500 DSP is no longer supported in the version of Windows 7 SP1.  Logitech provides no drivers, etc except through Microsoft.  Microsoft web site shows incompatible.

But after going through Control Panel/convenience store, he started working for the micro and headphones.  Hooray!
  • Built in mic has stopped working on my Satellite Pro T130

    Dear Forum,

the microphone of my Satellite Pro T130 15F stopped working a couple of days at a time.

    It captures the white noise.
But he responds only to knock on the place where it is located next to the built-in webcam. It does not pick up normal voice or cry out to him...

Can't bring any changes to the software that could influence.

What I've done so far: deleted drivers, installed new, updated all Toshiba Software and downloaded and run all the stuff suggested to this problem.
And of course, it is not set to mute or upgraded to the bottom.

    Still no cure.
    What's next?

    Thanks much adavance.

Hmmm, it makes a static noise? Kinda sounds like hardware related issue
But check the microphone settings in the control panel-> sound-> recording tab
Here, you should see two entries; internal microphone and external microphone port.
The internal microphone must be turned on!

In addition, the internal mic belongs to the webcam. In the assistant webcam-> settings-> audio tab, you can increase the maximum microphone volume.

  • BlackBerry smartphones my internet suddenly stopped working?

OK, well, it still works on some sites, but on most the websites when I go to them, a box appears that says:

    "HTTP 400 ERROR: bad request.

The server could not understand the page request, or was not able to process for some reason any. Please try loading a different page. »

I don't remember my phone doing so until quite recently.

I checked the Web site on my laptop to make sure that it is a good address, and it is. but for some reason, my blackberry won't go into it.

Hi and welcome to the Forums!

Whenever random strange behaviors creep, the first thing to do is a battery pop reboot. With power ON, remove the hood back and remove the battery. Wait a minute, then replace the battery and cover. Power on and wait patiently through the long reboot - about 5 minutes. See if things return to functioning. Like all computing devices, BB suffers from memory leaks and others... with a hard reboot is the best remedy.

In addition, it could be that Web sites have been modified so that they are more well interact with the settings inside your BB browser.  You BB browser has many parameters which can interact better wth different websites. More importantly, I think that how your BB identifies a website seems to make the most difference - starting in the browser, press the BBKey, then select Options. In the "Browser Configuration" screen, there are several options that can be useful. "Browser Identification" option is that who I think made the more than difference more often - on mine, I can have my BB identify Web sites as a BB, IE or FF browser, producing different results in websites coded better for one or other of these browsers.

Try fiddling around with different settings to find the combination that best meets your needs. Sorry, but there is no 'best' recommendations for the right combination - everyone's needs are unique, requiring a single solution for them... and only they can find since only they need.

    Hope that helps!

  • Qosmio PX30T - Bluetooth mouse has stopped working

I was able to reactivate Bluetooth on my PX30T after having changed the batteries in my Bluetooth mouse. (Sorry Toshiba, your standard mouse is uncomfortable!). Not sure if the circumstances leading to it as my son noticed the battery do not and then changed the batteries.

I have gone into arrangements and have looked everywhere and not see compatible Bluetooth (or even a switch to do). I have no more Bluetooth icon in my taskbar. The only clue that there is in the mouse settings, but it won't let me uninstall it either.

Other than a reset full... any ideas?

Are you sure that it is a BT mouse?
The manual indicates that the keyboard and wireless mouse are connected to the all-in-one computer! I recommend the user manual.

Usually the keyboard and wireless mouse may be detected by computer automatically.
But in case that does not work, you may need to match the WLan keyboard and mouse.

    (1) turn on the computer
    (2) press and hold the middle mouse button
    (3) slice the power that, in the back of the mouse on the market
    (4) the battery indicator starts flashing to indicate that the mouse is ready to be paired
    (5) keep the mouse near the bottom right of the computer within 10 cm place the WLan receiver
    (6) the battery indicator lights up for about 5 seconds if the pairing is successful

the connection will be established then

  • My mic has stopped working Windows 7

I have a Sony VAIO VPCCB37FD laptop and have had it for over a year. My microphone worked until about 23:00 last night. After trying to roll back the driver my laptop would not connect me to my account after you start the system and I had to restore to June 5 and which repaired issues microphone for about 10 minutes then mid-sentence he dropped again. There is no update for Realtek High Definition Audio that I don't already have. As much as I want to try to roll back again once I don't want not to restore just to get back on my laptop. The microphone volume it 100, mic is activated, troubleshooting says nothing is wrong, several voice chat services do not recognize my mic and nor will the Windows speech recognition. I have to type in my hands as strong as possible in front of my microphone to get the slightest noise appears. The microphone is integrated with my webcam

    Hello

I apologize for the delay in responding to your request. I think I could provide you with more information on this.

In this issue, the Microphone seems to have some hardware issues. All services needed a microphone are not able to read any input through it. Even after a system restore, the microphone behaves the same. So, at this point, instead of doing another restore on the computer, I suggest you contact your manufacturer support to diagnose hardware problems. It would be more useful.

Here is the link to the Sony Support:

I hope that this information helps you to get the Microphone correctly diagnosed. Write again if you need help with Windows, we will be happy to help!

  • Sync Smartphone blackBerry 8900 problem: "Blackberry Desktop Manager has stopped working".

Curve 8900 on T-Mobile.  Fune Sync worked until a few days ago.  Recently used the Blackberry site to update all the software after that I received a message on my phone to do so (http://na.blackberry.com/eng/update/). Now, in the middle of synchronization (Bluetooth or USB), Windows tells me that "Blackberry Desktop Manager has stopped working".  It always stops working at the stage where Desktop Manager treats the device calendar.

I tried all the stuff I can think: uninstalling and reinstalling, Outlook Update, disable Windows Defender, USB and Bluetooth, used the T-Mobile site and the EDGE of the site... nothing.  Help!

    Desktop Manager v5.0.0.11

    Handheld Software v4.6.1.231

    Windows Defender is DISABLED

    Synchronize with Outlook 2007

Could mean that the calendar on the BlackBerry database is corrupted. Are the entries in Outlook until data on the BlackBerry? If so you can try out the BlackBerry database, and then synchronize again. To clear the database on the BlackBerry, go to the backup and restore | Advanced. On the right, you will see the BlackBerry databases. So you can choose the calendar, then click on the delete button. That will remove all entries from the BlackBerry calendar. Then try to sync.
