BlackBerry Smartphones Bouygue such unable to solve the pb connection

Hello

I contact for a month with webmail bouygue service to resolve a major BP with my internet connection and the Web-based e-mail. According to them all my services are increasing and running, but they do not know why I can not receive emails, or connect to the internet. It was all working well for the previous three months and it has just stopped working

Annuary services are reset to zero,

BlackBerry internet services work

etc... It's a mystery to them

What would be the procedure to resolve this problem, reset everything? All ideas

Has anyone met a such pb and how solve you it... If you did?

OK not solved yet pb / sent bb for repair but ddnt found nothing...

If I do a diagnosis =

ping echo no

and is not in bb server. I have an e-mail address registered at bouygue bb, according to them, should be enough.

any ideas.

I've actually found a lot of similar pb on the forums, this seems to be a common problem. It would be good that ppl bb look at this!

    Such password as described above should be sent to you by SMS, BUT I suspect that, since you have a new PIN on the new BB number, you can simply call your carrier and ask them to CANCEL your account BIS and readd to your account.

    A bit like resetting.

  • Backup BlackBerry Smartphones get BB protect compared to the clouds

    I tried the manual backup yesterday by the site Web de Blackberry Protect. I successfully backed up the first time and made a few changes on my BB Curve 9300.     First of all... this site is not a channel for any official communication with, support, or climbing to the RIM. This site is a community of users for volunteers who are trying their best to help each other, but we have no access to any system "back-end" to act on your request. If you really need official support from RIM, you must start with your support contract required string that starts with your mobile service provider, which can degenerate case RIM free of charge to the end user if such is always appropriate.

  • BlackBerry Smartphones windows 7 does not recognize the device

    I was connected my 8330 for a desktop XP for a long time.  The sw of the device is v4.5.0.175.  I recently got a new Lenovo T410 laptop, running Windows 7.  I downloaded the software (version 5.0.1) DM and checked my camera SW is updated, but the laptop is still not recognize that the device is connected (via USB).  I tried all ports USB on the laptop and also followed all the steps detailed in KB13146, with no luck.  I find nothing in any of the forums that refer to Windows 7.  Can anyone help solve this problem?

    In addition, make sure you use only the root USB ports... without hubs (sometimes the front-end ports are hubs... use a rear USB port). And don't forget to try to disable the USB power management in the configuration of your system (Device Manager).

    My apologies in advance if this is redundant - there is no way to be sure that if you have already seen and tried these. I can attest that DTM does not indeed a BB under Win7... mine is exactly so.

    I recommend that you try to start safe mode:

    It will take several attempts to get the combination of keys ESC (press/release/hold) OK, so be patient. When properly in Safe Mode, see what happens.

    If the behavior continues, then well... think what happened just before this behavior started? A new application? An update? A theme? Something else? Think carefully that the slightest change can be causal... and try to undo all that was.

    But if the behavior continues mode without failure, you may need to consider more drastic measures - WIPE, OS Reload, BBSAK Wipe/Reload and the process of reloading OS 'skeleton '. To prepare, you should be sure that you have a full backup of your PC... Please see the Backup link in my sig auto on this post for instructions.

    I just bought a new BB9790 and replace the sim card from my old BB9300 inside.

    I still have the same provider, vodafone, so everything should work, but it doesn't.

    I can't select the option to set up my e-mail account.

    After discussing 5 times with vodafone yesterday they me told to contact Blackberry because it's not their problem, everything is configured correctly on their side.

    I've tinkered a bit more and discovered that when I take out the sim card, reset the phone, I am able to select the mail account to set up a business account. don't have one so it does not work.

    But as soon as I put in my sim card, I can not select the e-mail account.

    I connected my BlackBerry ID and tried everything I could find on the internet, but it still does not work.

    sending the phone back and get another probably won't solve the problem because it looks like a software issue or registration.

  • BlackBerry Smartphones phone won't boot to the top

    I downloaded a few applications to Blackberry World on my night of phone. One was booster. When I tried to open it I got an error message saying something about Java, and after failed attempts to open it, I deleted it. The other was AP Reader. I just tried to open it for the first time this morning. When I clicked on it, the phone started to reboot. He took an unusually long time to restart, then I put down and came back some time later.     Sometimes you gotta try some variations... If you have tried only twice, you did not probably not enough variations. I remember a device where I had to wait for the touchscreen to become active, hold down the ESCAPE key for about 50% of the loading bar, release, then press and hold again close to 80% to 90%. A strange sequence, but it worked for me.

    If you don't want to keep trying, your only recourse will be more drastic... I hope you have a good backup, as it is unlikely that you will be able to get one now.

    I suggest the following, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2, each should result in a message to your BB to come...) Please wait for this before moving on to the next step):

    (1) registry HRT

    (2) remove and return Service directories

    • KB05000 Remove the maintenance book for the BlackBerry Internet Service email account in the BlackBerry smartphone
    • KB02830 Send the directories for the BlackBerry Internet Service

    (3) restart to take batt

    • Each time a random strange behavior or slow creeps, the first thing to do is a battery pop reboot. With power ON, remove the hood back and remove the battery. Wait a minute, then replace the battery and cover. Power on and wait patiently through the long reboot - about 5 minutes. See if things return to functioning. Like all computing devices, BB suffers from memory leaks and others... with a hard reboot is the best remedy.

    The pictures stored in the card media on my Bold 9650 appear not on the BB desktop software to transfer them to my PC. I can see the photos on my BB. The software shows the map of media in areas of device options and shows how it is free.
