  My guess is that there is confusion in the software... I remove the blackberrydesktop of user/username/library/application support folder restart the mac, repair permissions and try again... If this does not work, you may need to disable some cache (using Onyx).

  I forwarded the email with wav attachment to my e-mail host who also comes from my Storm. I was able to open and read this attachment wav file. I can play now also the attachment of my account to work on the storm. Not 100% sure that solved the problem, but it works now!

  Sorry to hear that you are having a problem with your multimedia files.

  Remove the battery for 5 seconds then reconnect. After reboot, go to your media file and try to watch a video.

  When I receive a txt message I have to manually go to messages that says 'no message '.

  It took me ages to establish that I had to click on "options" and "show file" and then select "sms Inbox.

  is there an easier way to look at my messages, rather than me having to click on lots of things to read at last.

  Open your messages folder.

  Click the Menu key > Options > General Options.

  Scroll down to 'SMS and E-mail Inbox' and game of separation.

  Click Menu > save.

  Now, return to your main screen and find the SMS folder.

I get an error message indicating that a file cannot be opened because it is an RTF file. I also noticed that when I start to transfer the files, the small window that opens does not me the possibility to convert - it is grayed out.   You must save the files as real documents Word on your PC first.

  I get this message from a sender who manages a list that I belong.  This is important because it keeps me updated on the train when I switch on.

  What this mean and is there a way to fix this?  It seems strange that I can read e-mails from anyone / from anywhere (including other lists), but this one.

• Windows Contacts now display an Adobe icon for each of them and when I try to open Adobe Reader 9.0 starts, then tells me that it can't read the file.
