  A bit of clarification, if you don't mind. Do you use the desktop redirector to send e-mails you or do you use BIS to draw from your POP account and send you Storm?

  If you use BIS - how do you have your PC e-mail application set about e-mail leaving on your POP Server?   Select mail not read first and third or fourth mail simultaneously, then scroll down until the last mail read and choose. Now, all unread mail has been selected. Press the BB button and select Mark Read. All unread mail is now read.

  In my case, / unread table was missing from the database of the user. It was too late to do it from the backup.

  After checking with the user, so I deleted the BB server with its profile and State db user.

  First, wipe the device using the Options > Security > General settings > press Menu > wipe Handheld.
