• BlackBerry Smartphones Firefox Web Browser - where to find?

  Hi all

  I read that some old discussions, and some of them have suggested that Firefox has cured some of their questions.

  They did it by setting their browser Firefox on their Blackberry Storm.

  I can't find a mobile version of Firefox anywhere.

  There is not a mobile web browser to FF for BB.

  However, you can emulate the FF browser to browser > Options > Broswer Configuration > browser Identification > Firefox.

  OK, so your last post, it seems the widgets are the cause of the problem. Let's see if we can understand why:

  • Have you tried to create a NEW Widget of emptiness of Composition and which fill with new content?

• BlackBerry Smartphone Internet browser works is not on my 9700.

  Out of the blue today my browser just stopped working.  My camera no longer works.  Tried the camera in case of problems and managed to make it work temporarily by putting my finger in front of the flash but that only allowed me to take black pictures so I think that the lens is struck down.  I can't live without the camera.

  But I can't live without the browser.  I get the message unable to connect to the internet please try again later

  I can always download fromblackberry app world apps, play the music of my apps, use applications.  receive email, bb messenger works. Send SMS etc. I can connect via wifi or network.

  I tried to clean the cache, make the diagnosis of the mobile network, battery pull.  running out of ideas

  Any help would be appreciated.

  From my experience, this affects BIS, BES and all services that depend on those (BBM, email, AppWorld, web browsing, application access to the data from the internet, etc.). Troubleshooting specific issues during this interruption may be unnecessary.

  Once the fault clears, if things are not yet flowing for you, try the following steps:

  (1) registry HRT

  • Homescreen > Options > Advanced Options > host Routing Table > (it matter little what line is current) > sign up now

  (2) Service reference books

  • KB02830 Send the directories for the BlackBerry Internet Service

  (3) restart to take batt

  • Each time a random strange behavior or slow creeps, the first thing to do is a battery pop reboot. With power ON, remove the hood back and remove the battery. Wait a minute, then replace the battery and cover. Power on and wait patiently through the long reboot - about 5 minutes. See if things return to functioning. Like all computing devices, BB suffers from memory leaks and others... with a hard reboot is the best remedy.

So basically I would like to have internet on my Blackberry but don't know who to contact, what to say... Help, please.

  I suggest the following, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2, each should result in a message to your BB to come...) Please wait for this before moving on to the next step):

  (1) registry HRT

  (2) remove and return Service directories

  • KB05000 Remove the maintenance book for the BlackBerry Internet Service email account in the BlackBerry smartphone
  • KB02830 Send the directories for the BlackBerry Internet Service

  I just got the "BOLD".  When I went to click the browser icon is the browser from MediaNet.  I can't change the homepage on it more, I already have the MediaNet browser as its own separate icon.  My old blackberry was a regular on browser.   Hi, I have just purshaced new Blackberry Mobile (Open) Dubai - UNITED Arab Emirates and its writes about this at & t, they've said that its opening and I can use it in any country a BB services.

  I would use the phone without a subscription to Blackberry serive, however, it seems that there is a serious problem in my cell phone.

  Usually you can use the internet service in any mobile here via GPRS, but my mobile problem is as follows:

  -Browser icon is not available and when I click on the switch application and then, browser, I get the following error message:

  your device does not currently have entries in the directory service configuration any browser

  I contacted my service provider in the country, and they told me that you don't need any subscription if you need the internet fair eyebrows and they suggested to go to the blackberry support center to solve my problem.

  I went to the support center and they told me that there are so many missing configuration in my blackberry and they didn't know what to do with my cell phone.

  I did a reset to my mobile, but this does not solve the problem.

  Is there anyway that I can solve my problem?

  I have problems with internet on my blackberry curve 8520. I still get emails and bbm still works but my browser is not loading pages. The blue bar takes over completely, but the web page will never - open it's just stuck on the loading screen. I'm pretty sure that I have not changed the settings or something but a week ago, it stopped opening pages.

  Clear the cache, history, etc. and then...

  Perform a simple reboot on the BlackBerry this way: with smart BlackBerry poweredphone, remove the battery for a minute and then reinsert the battery to restart.

  After restarting, the browser works correctly?

• BlackBerry Smartphones Telus WAP Browser without another option

  I've updated everything. Desktop manager 4.7, 4.5 OS. I have still that option for the Navigator WAP of Telus. Is there something I'm missing? I read that I have shoupld have options for "Internet Browser" and "Blackberry Browser" but I do noy have these options. I have re-sent service books, re-enabled e-mail accounts, but nothing. I noticed that it was a problem when I started having error 403: Forbidden when you try to view some Web sites or downloading files.

  Any help would be appreciated.
