  The above is false. You cannot restore a backup of a device BB10 to Priv or DTEK50. You must have two devices and you must have installed on both to transfer data from the content transfer application.

  The only way to do it would be to restore the backup to another BB10 device, then the content transfer application allows to transfer this unit.

  Replace the instructions appropriate for your other device instead of the transmitter unit KB section in the KB. Do not jump 'BT help to receive' step on the BB receiver... nothing will transfer if you do.

  Hi guys. I need your help so badly. I hope someone can help me with the solution on how to fix the error 545 jvm. I tried to use the Fund Manager to update the operating system or reinstall, however, it does not give the possibility to reload the operating system.   2. Download and install (if you are prompted to allow version x.xx crush verson x.xx?, say YES)
  3. Perform a simple reboot on the BlackBerry this way: with smart BlackBerry poweredphone, remove the battery for a minute and then reinsert the battery to restart.
  4. Now find and configuration BBMessenger.

  For three or four days, I am able to locate a video with the Mobile's Youtube app on my phone and when appears in the video, 'read' icon does not work at all, I tried to do an update on the Menu, it could not proceed, I tried to return to the default settings as shown in the Menu It failed. I also deleted the soft phone and reinstalled using my desktop software, which has been a success but Youtube Mobile app does exactly the same thing, the "play" icon does nothing.  I've heard it happens out there, but I still don't know if its my operator or the phone itself or the app.  My carrier says if I can watch the videos from the MSN site and other sites, which I agree, so it is not their settings is the problem (as they say) they said I should check out Blackberry Support or warranty.  Apart from the foregoing the 9900 works absolutely fine, but is this a problem of tax my patience.

  I wish that Blackberry or Google to solve this problem with a fix or issue a new Youtube for Blackberry application that any user of BB can get for free!

  OK, I found the problem with Youtube. Its a supported Java Script that delivers just need a updated and for OS7 users inquire just to OS7.1 and everything will be fine, actually the phone will be better but in any case thank you to all the people of entry!

  This issue has been several responses depending on how YOU will use the data.

  BlackBerry Messenger uses your unlimited dataplan, while you are in the United States. While you're in your home country, you can use BBM to send and receive messages from all worldwide - free - as long as you have the unlimited data plan.

  If you travel abroad, you will need an international data plan and the BBMessenger would then become a part of this plan, IF you get this plan. Otherwise, (a) you not have data in Europe, or (b) you will be charged for the use of international data without an international data plan, and which will cost a lot of money.

  Thus, the follow-up question is... will you have a data Plan International to TMobile on a trip, or what are you plans?

• BlackBerry Smartphones Software 4.7 for Curve 8830

  I've been a BB user for 2 days from receipt of my phone Friday.My phone came with BlackBerry Desktop 4.5 and I initially installed this version. Yesterday, being a surfer I checked for updated software and found there was a 4.7 version, I downloaded, installed in my office and then connected my phone. It seems to have upgraded without problem, but now I have a problem with mail and it's bugging me.

  I have several accounts set up on the phone, each of which has an individual icon, but I get is no longer the * for the notification on these only in the 'Messages' folder, which by the way, I find extremely annoying icon. (Probably just me).

  Why I don't get notification * on each account? Is this a known issue? I don't see anything else posted here. Maybe play with the new phone that I turned it off?

  I checked a bit in this and apparently there are problems with the download link.  Try to download again the link now (on your Storm).  Apparently people had issues, but it seems to work now.  If this does not work, let me know and we can try a few other things.  And just in case, clear your cache browser or do a battery pull before installation to ensure that it's not going to a version cached (and so wrong) of the page.  Also, make sure that your browser ID is set to BlackBerry (and not Internet Explorer or Firefox).

  I have a Blackberry Pearl 8100, my father gave me, on support for T-Moble. There seem to be some quirks:

  1. It says that I have two missed calls (or more) at all times. He stil increments when I miss a call, and when I discovered the call log, 2 are given the number if it was higher, but otherwise he doesn't have a 2.
  2. Where I live, T-Mobile does not reach then I'm roaming on a local carrier, Corr Wireless. Why can't I set up email on my device. I can go to a city where T-Mobile reached, but I keep forgetting to try to set up roaming are not. Is there a way to get around this or should I just put in place in the city? And as a side note, it'll work on homelessness when it is implemented?
  3. The trackball seems not working not just all the time, and in fact it often will record a 'up' when I try to scroll down, while it won't save a 'down' when trying to scroll to the top. This problem comes and goes, but when it is at its worst, I can't scroll down at all without using the shortcut keys (which don't always work in a given application). If this can be a software issue or firmware, or is usually strictly a question of mechanism of sale? In addition, left and right are generally not affected. Also, which may or may not be related, but the click does not always work, I have to use the Enter key in the place (or what I can do what clicking would do otherwise). By clicking on I mean by pushing on the trackball, it does not seem to register.

  Well, it's a moot point now. I took the trackball mechanism and the ring of restraint and put them in a BB 8320 that I have which worked fine except that the trackball did not work well and the retaining ring has been broken. BB curve has more features than the BB Pearl, at least in this case, so I'll stick with that.

  With my wife, we had 2-BB Curve 8520 and we are now trying to synchronize both of them with our Outlook 2003 SP3 on XP SP3. Both do the same thing:

  1 / first synchronization goes well, BB calendar is full,.

  2 / all syncs well for a few days.

  3 / one day synchronization said us it will remove 3000 + items on Outlook, of course I click on reject and cancel synchronization,

  4 / I reboot OK by one-dir tp BB Outlook synchronization.

  5 / a few days later, he returned to step 3 and behaves badly again.

  I can't get any lasting solution, the only thing I got is a workaround that lasts only a few days.

  Our version of BB (mine / my wife):

  -Platform: 4.2.0.118 / 4.2.0.135

  In your case, I think that your best tool besides the others will be the transfer of date range option when you configure calendar synchronization. I put mine 5 years each way. !

  However, I have issues once again, that I REALLY need to fix trolling. This delay is the reason why I was so worried about smartphones in general...

  A few weeks ago now I just need to do an update because my phone was WAY outdated, which led to its delay. So I've updated and fixed. Great job for a while.

  Now it's trolling again ' differently ', if that makes sense, and I need to know what to do to improve the situation.

  I've deleted all my text conversations and I don't have a lot of pictures and I have no music or video, I turned it off and let it sit out a few minutes - none of this seems to help... so...? What can I do?

  (1) how, exactly, did you check for an OS update?

  (2) what is your currently installed operating system?

  (3) what is your carrier/country?
