BlackBerry Smartphones lose Emails off PC
Help! For the past two weeks, whenever I open a mail on my Blackberry it is automatically eliminated from my PC. I had the phone a year and has only recently started to happen. I have everywhere in the Blackberry, checking settings, try to find a solution and simply does not work what is the problem.
I saw in various internet forums that other people have this problem too, but nobody seems to be able to offer a solution. It's maddening because I need these emails on my PC! Anyone know how I can fix this problem?
have you checked your pop settings on the PC/Apple to leave a copy on your mail server?
Some pop servers of the Internet service provider have a limit of how much e-mail you can store on the server?

BlackBerry Smartphones Invalid email and password on blackberry 9790
I have been using everything ok through POP3 email on my blackberry for the last six months and then all of a sudden yesterday asked me to check the password that I tried to do it but the only message I get, is that my user name or password is invalid. This is not the case, as I am with the same username and password on outlook and my Ipad and these work perfectly. Can anyone help?
We had a problem with our email on Wednesday, it is now sorted and the passwords have not been changed.
I tried the hard reset, tried to set up online service, free books works and still will not accept the good user name and the password. It's driving me crazy!
Thank you.
Hello and welcome to the community!
With a strong carrier network (for example, not only WiFi), I suggest the following steps, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2, each should result in a message from your BB... Please wait just before moving on to the next step):
1) register HRT
- KB00510 How to register a BlackBerry smartphone with wireless network
- Please wait a 'registration' message reach your Messages application
2) Remove and return Service books
- KB05000 Remove the maintenance book for the BlackBerry Internet Service email account in the BlackBerry smartphone
- If you do not have access CMIME, continue deleting
- KB02830 Send the directories for the BlackBerry Internet Service
- Please wait "the Activation' Messages, one per already configured e-mail account, arrive in your Messages. If you have not already configured email accounts, please wait 1 hour.
3) restart
- With power ON, remove the hood back and remove the battery. Wait a minute, then replace the battery and cover. Power on and wait patiently through the long reboot - about 5 minutes.
- See if things return to functioning. Like all computing devices, BB suffers from memory leaks and others... with a hard reboot is the best remedy.
I hope that will move things again for you! If not, then you should try remove and re-add your configurations for the relevant accounts. Otherwise, you should contact your mobile provider for formal support.
Good luck!

BlackBerry smartphones address email and password
My Blackberry Torch was stolen recently. Now that I got my new camera and everything seemed to work OK. I received emails addressed to it and who is "pushed". I tried to download an app and had my Blackberry ID need I entered. She would not accept my new password - so I asked to reset - but the email they were supposed to be sent to my blackberry address did not! Does anyone have ideas, what can I do now?
Oh okay Ouch, the using the blackberry.net email account is not good. These emails cannot be found or read any where, but on the BlackBerry smartphone.
Personally, I never recommend using blackberry.net for this main reason e-mail accounts.
My best suggestion is to get a gmail or yahoo account for free and create a whole new BlackberryID.
Then, call your mobile operator Orange and ask them to bring this problem to RIM level two level tech support and get your old account merged or moved to the new BlackBerryID.
Yes, it's complicated. But it's the only way I see possible... all this because of the password reset. Yuck, indeed.

- Peripheral BB10. Hold the top button until the counter reaches zero. Wait for the unit to be completely stopped (for example, nothing appears on the screen, no lights, etc.). Hold the top button until the red light. Wait through the entire boot process. IF this fails, you can try the method of battery-pull above, but it is normally NOT recommended unless nothing else works.

BlackBerry Smartphones HTML Email 'Automatically download Images' does not work
I use the BIS service with 4 separate emails, (paid 1, 2 free on the web and 1 BB email) using a Blackberry Storm 9530 with Verizon Wireless service...
I have this setting enabled for all of my emails, to automatically download images and display in HTML... but no email no. Everyone I get I have to manually, select options and upload pictures! How can I fix this?
Hello!
See this KB:
- KB15254 How to configure HTML email support on the BlackBerry smartphone email
It sounds like you already have the correct settings. But, at the bottom of this KB is a statement about the external link images... If the image is linked to the outside rather that integrated, you will still need to manually get the image.
See you soon!

BlackBerry smartphones compose emails
So I've always had my Gmail account set up on my phone, but for some reason, when I go to answer an email or compose a new, I get a message that says "no e-mail service not configured. You will be redirected to the Setup Assistant to configure your e-mail account. "So I click 'ok', and then he said: 'no message service not configured. You will be able to save the draft. "I clearly have my account set up because I get these emails on my phone and my e-mail address is listed under my email accounts, so I have no idea what is wrong. I even re-entered my password, but that didn't seem to do anything. I would like to know if anyone has any ideas - thanks!
Hello!
I suggest the following, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2, each should result in a message to your BB to come...) Please wait for this before moving on to the next step):
(1) registry HRT
- KB00510 How to register a BlackBerry smartphone with wireless network
(2) remove and return Service directories
- KB05000 Remove the maintenance book for the BlackBerry Internet Service email account in the BlackBerry smartphone
- KB02830 Send the directories for the BlackBerry Internet Service
(3) restart to take batt
- Each time a random strange behavior or slow creeps, the first thing to do is a battery pop reboot. With power ON, remove the hood back and remove the battery. Wait a minute, then replace the battery and cover. Power on and wait patiently through the long reboot - about 5 minutes. See if things return to functioning. Like all computing devices, BB suffers from memory leaks and others... with a hard reboot is the best remedy.
I hope that will move things again for you! If not, then you should try remove and re-add your BIS lines for these accounts.

BlackBerry Smartphones read emails on Blackberry are not marked as read in GMail
Hi all
I just upgraded to the 9650 the 8530 and after serious problems finally got so that I could read my emails.
The problem I have now is that on one of my gmail accounts does not seem to recognize when I read an email via my blackberry. Previously on my 8530 (and before that, the 8330), seconds after that I read an email on my blackberry, it'll show such as read on the gmail website.
Either way, I don't have this problem with my second g-mail account.
Thank you in advance for your help!
BIS has been receiving a lot of updates for GMail... even a plugin on the BB which is supposed to improve the functionality even further. Unfortunately, I chose to use GMail for my BB, so I don't have direct experience with integrated BIS GMail how would work. But, I would say that, like all things financial, past not a good indicator of what it now takes performance would give any changes that have been for GMail via BIS. ;-)
It is quite possible that we use 'old BIS' and the other is using 'new BIS' - withdrawal and return duct BIS is required to receive the new "ENCORE" features. But I worry about who's who in your case - and I fear even that I recently saw so many problems with that (and Yahoo as well). If you're brave, you can remove both of the BIS (and, indeed, all the others you have here) and then wait a while... for more simplicity, I say an hour. Then re - integrate them both and see what happens... at least, in this way, they both would be on the latest version of BIS and the functionality would be the same thing (with, of course, the risk being that neither works the way you want!).
You can consult this KB in case he has something useful:
- KB18405 Google mail upgraded to BlackBerry Smartphones
Good luck!

Hello, all the... So, on my "BOLD", I realize that one of my email accounts has not downloaded all messages in two days. I have one of my other addresses check and she told me - "Important!" Your BB device cannot access [email protected]. The IPL may have changed... Please confirm by checking the PW... "Well, the IPL has NOT changed - it is an absolute! I tried to login several times and he always tells me that the password is not valid! Can someone tell me where I go from here? I thought to remove and re - configure the account, but I'm afraid I'll lose all emails. Help! One HUGE AIR... capegirl2
OK, sometimes it's normal with Hotmail and MSN that represents a NEW password e-mail and revalidation every year. But yours is the private field.
So. You can try try actually change the password on your e-mail server and then give it an hour and a test on the set e-mail up on your BlackBerry?
And, you can delete the full email to your BlackBerry account and then add it again, without losing the current emails on your BlackBerry.

Option no. blackBerry Smartphones to turn off the automatic signature
I just got the blackberry Pearl... and there isn't an option to disable their auto signature "Sent from my BlackBerry® with SprintSpeed Smartphone". When I go to the e-mail settings (or other parameters in the message section) there is not an option for auto signature or even add a signature. Any ideas on why it would be or if there is an upgrade that I need to download to be able to disable this option or add a signature?
I don't use a Blackberry Enterprise Server with this account, but do not know if it matters.
You must log into your BIS account and click on Edit next to your email and then delete the text in the signature field

BlackBerry® smartphone auto email downloads
I just got a Blackberry, do not know too much about. I wish it were only to recover my email when I ask. Now, he's getting all my e-mail messages, about every 5 minutes. Is there a setting to disable it?
Thank you
Peter
Hi and welcome to the forums,
There is no option for the reception of e-mail 'timed' on the BB.
However, you can disable data services until you are ready to receive them in a group
Options - mobile - off network data services.
If you need more information please ask!
If this has answered your question please solve the post using the Green option under star of the kudo, Place the green check mark in the post that answered your question.
