  I suggest the following, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2, each should result in a message to your BB to come...) Please wait for this before moving on to the next step):

  (1) registry HRT

  • KB00510 How to register a BlackBerry smartphone with wireless network
  • Please wait a 'registration' message reach your Messages application

  (2) remove and return Service directories

  • KB05000 Remove the maintenance book for the BlackBerry Internet Service email account in the BlackBerry smartphone
  • If you do not have access CMIME, continue deleting
  • KB02830 Send the directories for the BlackBerry Internet Service
  • Please wait "the Activation' Messages, one per already configured e-mail account, arrive in your Messages. If you have not already configured email accounts, please wait 1 hour.

  (3) restart to take batt

  • Each time a random strange behavior or slow creeps, the first thing to do is a battery pop reboot. With power ON, remove the hood back and remove the battery. Wait a minute, then replace the battery and cover. Power on and wait patiently through the long reboot - about 5 minutes. See if things return to functioning. Like all computing devices, BB suffers from memory leaks and others... with a hard reboot is the best remedy.

  I hope that will move things again for you! If not, then you should try remove and re-add your BIS configuration for these accounts. Otherwise, you should contact your mobile provider for formal support, based on the error message, it seems that the e-mail from RIM server is the issue, but to reach the RIM support, you must be up to your provider.

  I find no support by e-mail.  I can't support log shipping.  I get "program error occurred at line 131 dans.\Error.cpp" "Please send Log to Technical Support.

  I have Sync full logging on the value, I find the log file.  I don't have anywhere to send the log.

  You must contact BlackBerry support through your carrier, AT & T, in order to send logs to support.

  I have a Blackberry 8703e and uses the Internet Service Option to connect my Blackberry to my personal email account.  Everything works fine except that none of the folders on my personal email account appear on the Blackberry.

  I tried everything, making sure that the reconciliation wireless is enabled, redownloading the books service, to reconcile BlackBerrys, etc..  I probably spent 5 hours trying to get this to work.

  Another interesting point - to the Blackberry Desktop Manager section "Intellisync", the option to "reconcile the messages" is grayed out so that I can not select even

  No, it won't work. BIS talks only in your Inbox on your mail server, not Outlook.

  This is only a request, not essential. On each Inbox e-mail are just a standard envelope with a small globe on it, but because I have two Yahoo accounts, when it is implemented on my device it happens with Yahoo icons. Does anyone know if you can configure manually these icons, such as a Google one and so forth?

  I changed the "BOLD" new devices and everuthing worked well.  As I tried to enter the configuration of the e-mail to update my password on one of the email accounts, it isn't acceptiong my username/password.  I went throug internet on the BB site (with the carrier) and access to my account and put to update the password from there, but I don't receive emails or access to email through the device configuration site.  What I am doing wrong?

  In the main Messages application, press the menu key and select "view saved Messages" look inside for a message unopened.  If it is not there to do the same thing again and go to "view file" and browse all the folders until you find the unread message.

  Remove the battery for 30 sec. This will make your device to have reset. Now, replace the battery and observe the behavior.

  Absolutely, very basic.

  1. turn highlighted the first email that you want to delete and press on AND hold the lower left SHIFT key WHILE scrolling through the additional consecutive emails. When all removed are highlighted, press the DELETE (right of the L key) key or Menu > delete.

  2. to remove emails from a whole day or all mails ON and before a certain data, highlight the date separator bar > Menu > delete all the prerequisites.
