  My 9860 warms even when outdoors in use. Initially I put in a BB leather case but no more, just in my pocket. And Yes, Tx/Rx is much lower than previous BB belonging.

  I suggest the following, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2, each should result in a message to your BB to come...) Please wait for this before moving on to the next step):

  (1) registry HRT

  • KB00510 How to register a BlackBerry smartphone with wireless network

  (2) remove and return Service directories

  • KB05000 Remove the maintenance book for the BlackBerry Internet Service email account in the BlackBerry smartphone
  • KB02830 Send the directories for the BlackBerry Internet Service

  (3) restart to take batt

  • Each time a random strange behavior or slow creeps, the first thing to do is a battery pop reboot. With power ON, remove the hood back and remove the battery. Wait a minute, then replace the battery and cover. Power on and wait patiently through the long reboot - about 5 minutes. See if things return to functioning. Like all computing devices, BB suffers from memory leaks and others... with a hard reboot is the best remedy.

  Okie, I have a tmobile BlackBerry Curve 8520, I called them not even 10 minutes ago and has asked on the unlock codes and how or what to do to get that because I am currently with AT & T, they said it would probably be more easy for me to call the manufacturer of blackberry directly and get the unlock code I can't find a phone anywhere could someone give me a hand, well technically a phone number =)

  As a general rule, carriers will give the code to a customer who has been in good standing for some time. Since you have already closed your ATT account, this could explain why they are more willing to help you. RIM does not provide codes, which you said ATT rep was, IMO, a way to take him down phone on their part.

  You are probably left to pay for a 3rd party to provide you with the unlock code. There are many providers of it. Google will bring you fluffy results, as did a search in these forums.

  Do you have a previous backup of your device, because to recover your device from this current situation you lose data within your device, try the steps to recover your device from this current situation:

  Everything you have said indicates that you don't have an appropriate plan data at the level of the BB on your BB. To use the ability to email Push RIM exclusive (among many other services), you must have an adequate data of your carrier plan. Carriers BIS (BlackBerry Internet Service) host for their BB users.   • If you do not have access CMIME, continue deleting
  • KB02830 Send the directories for the BlackBerry Internet Service
  • Please wait "the Activation' Messages, one per already configured e-mail account, arrive in your Messages. If you have not already configured email accounts, please wait 1 hour.

  (3) restart to take batt

  • With power ON, remove the hood back and remove the battery. Wait a minute, then replace the battery and cover. Power on and wait patiently through the long reboot - about 5 minutes. See if things return to functioning. Like all computing devices, BB suffers from memory leaks and others... with a hard reboot is the best remedy.

  I hope that will move things again for you! If not, then you should try remove and re-add your BIS configuration for these accounts. Otherwise, you should contact your mobile provider for formal support.
