  Check your browser or WAP push messages.

  Messages folder > Options > folders, and then search for in your WAP push and push browser files.

  Read and erase the message.

• BlackBerry Smartphones new icon - what does that mean?

  A new icon has appeared under the time / date on my 9550 (Verizon): No. 5 next to a circle with a diagonal arrow, from the top right of the circle pointing downwards to the lower left of the circle.  There is a small red circle with a white X in it covering the place from the arrow.  I think that the red circle with the White x means an update is available, and I thought that the circle with the arrow means Blackberry App World, but there seems to be some updates for the app world, and it does not appear that any of my downloaded apps have any update available either so maybe I'm wrong.  I did a hard reboot, but it's still there.  Any ideas?

  The notice says you have an application that you previously downloaded or purchased in App World > My World, which is ready for an upgrade on your device. Look there for the upgrade.

  To clear the notification on the screen, find the alert message in your main folder, read or delete it.

  A new icon has appeared on the screen of my laptop.  It is a form of small black box.  Within this form is the white outline of what looks like the WIFI symbol... a little White House.  There is a white line through it.  Also in the middle of the small outline White House is also the number 1.  What does that mean?  Can you help me please?

  When you make a call, a new icon has developed.  It looks like a rectangular flag.  Has a diagonal line of the cross from the top left to the bottom right.  Half lower is blue and half top is black.  This mean?

  Thanks for sharing everything you already tried... any information help so avoid redundant orientation.

  Please, dig deeply and carefully on all the home screen panels, subfolders, etc... It is easy to accidentally move an icon to a different location. Also, you dig, please make sure that "Show all" is active, just in case you've hidden inadvertently to the icon.

  recently, I noticed a new icon/symbol on my screen when I have a call in progress. I have never seen this.  He appears in the upper right of the current call screen and looks like a rectangle with 5 points of diagnal inside the rectangle.  any ideas?  I tried to understand.  I'm stuck. Help!

  Looks like you have the opportunity to improve call lit. Check that, by going to your phone icon, click the menu button and go in the Options. From there, go to the General Options. See if you have the choice, called "enhance call Audio ' or ' enhance headset call Audio. If so, change the settings to normal.

• BlackBerry Smartphone camera icon has disappeared from the home screen. How can I add it back?

  My camera icon has disappeared from all my screens.

  If I use the search function, I can locate and use it.

  Why can't I put the camera icon, press the button of my bb and have an option "add to home screen"?

  I think that 'reset all my icons"can solve the problem, but leaves me with a bunch of fun re-customization.

• BlackBerry Smartphones new icon and missing icon note :(

  I'm new to the boards, so please bear with me as I just read and hoping to learn the * rules *! I have a curve BB8310 and this morning I had to have ATT restore it to factory after that something was wrong with the DeviceManager. To make a long story short, I'm all good now (i.e.. The right DM, I had the wrong version ) and I got my backup phone like I do every week. So I restored everything and first of all, I can't find my * note * icon anywhere and I use it all the time for lists and these, second I have this blue oval icon where I get notifications of text / email, which has something in it that looks like a snowflake! This icon could result to have my email and notifications of texts put to separate? Can someone tell me what it is and where I could find my Memo icon? I looked in every folder I have (or at least I think I have) as my stuff, settings, options, etc and he left with a whole list of things in it. I also only an icon that is hidden and it is ATT browser as I have Google maps instead. It's driving me crazy! Thanks everyonein advance

  On your BlackBerry, go to Options > status > press Menu > database sizes.

  Scroll to memos... What number is there (as 45/84 KB)?

  If there is nothing else that 0/0 KB, that means that the memos app on your devcie to keep looking... Is I have to be there.

  If 0, then back to the drawing board to charge memos... Make sure that operating system is loaded on your PC, open Desktop Manager > Loader application and memos is checked to install on your device.

• BlackBerry Smartphones BBM icon has gone and blocked my phone!

  I recently downloaded the new update for BBM. To find once installed the icon disappeared. I look everywhere and found that his truly disappeared.   I just checked my phone and there is an icon at the top of the screen where any other view would be i.e. text, email, facebook, etc, but I have not seen this one before. It is a small black circle with an arrow pointing down and to the left, with a small red circle, which I think is the same when an email is unchecked. I went to the application Center and downloaded updates for google talk and number 4 is still there, as it was before the upgrade. I am running execution.151

  Reportedly, this icon is the icon of upgrade to BlackBerry App World.  This icon indicates essentially that there are updates for the applications that you have downloaded to your phone.  Try going into App World and My World.  I think you should see what needs to be updated there.

  Hi all.

  I have a 8330 that I finally get the shot after all these months.  Love the BB!  So, yesterday, I noticed a new kind of "notify" icon.  It's a world (looks like the browser icon) with a 1 next to it (to the left of it, actually).  I opened all the applications I have (including browser) trying to figure out - no luck.

  Anyone know what it is?  It's driving me crazy.

  Open your messages folder > press Menu > folders > and check your messages to Push browser and Wap push messages from the folders.

  Locate the message and delete it.

• A new icon has appeared on my cell phone, I don't know what it is? Help please

  It is not like an emergency situation, but I don't know what this symbol on my cell. It is on the right side on the status bar. Looks like a phone receiver with a row of 3 points and 2 points as a non - phone wireless. So nobody knows what it is? I don't remember clicking on anything, but I'm not 100% sure. And I can't find the answer anywhere in the manual. I don't know if it has something to do with the software upgrade or what. Thanks for letting me know!

  I have 5 E-mail unopened icon on the screen again no no open icons.

  I checked, e-mail, office, text, messages, etc and nothing seems left to open.

  • Name: any address field
  • Subject of Message:
  • Include encrypted Messages: Yes
  • Service: All Services
  • Folder: All files
  • Living room: Open only
  • Type: all the

  Who should get back to you all unopened messages of all message lines.
