  When I want to take a picture. I find now that I can't Zoom in.   With a network carrier signal strong, I suggest the following steps, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2, each should result in a message from your BB... ( Please wait for this before moving on to the next step) :

  Try this: on the phone go to settings and click on email accounts.  It will look like the first screenshot of the site.

  You can try if you have the "BOLD" phone... Download the Blackberry link (instead of the desktop computer)... to open the link, "BOLD", plug in bold. It should ask you to transfer data.  that & it invites to plug your z10 & then begins the transfer of data.

  I warn you this right now, mine is stuck at transfer 3.4 MB of 383.8 MB is yet to see if this work.  I have a slow computer, so I don't know if it's just the computer it slows down or is it really stuck.

  If you used the menu button to display hidden and looked in each file:

  First of all, send a message from pin to pin. If you receive your data plan is in place.

I read on the page of BB/RIM about 4.5 it is supposed to actually, FINALLY, have display html email now... Well, I'm here for you say... No... always the same view html not horrible to my incoming emails. I looked through all the options of e-mail and don't see anything turn on html either.
