  LEAVE it plugged into the wall charger (not USB > PC charger) for half an hour.

  With the charger plugged, remove the battey a minute then reinsert it.

  This will often reset the battery on the device reading to the actual battery charge.

Can I charge/use the bundle to load the Z10 and/or use it if the Z10 is low the power in use by plugging the charger Q10 in the Z10?   It's just a matter of battery meter indication. Remove the battery for 90 minutes will usually reset the battery meter. Also helps sometimes to plug the charger before you reinsert the battery after 90 minutes.
