  If you want to add the border to the image iteself, you can use Image > size of the canvas to increase accordingly.

  Hello.  I was hoping someone could point me in the right direction on how to get rid of the white border that is currently printing on my paper.

  I looked around and found the following a little helpful messages, but they were not able to solve my problem.

  Following the first thread , it seems to be pending and a link provided in a, to another thread, does not seem to solve my problem either, even if it seems to be answered in this thread.

  If you printer does support printing without margins so you can do what you want without using more paper and cut it.

  A "white screen" means a blank page where the calendar of dates system restore should be?

  Sounds like a malware infection, but you may be able to get your restoration of the system to behave despite the potential infection.

  If your system restore page display only the title bar 'System Restore' or your user accounts settings page don't watch the title bar of "User accounts" and the screen where information needs to be is an empty white box, and/or your Windows Search function shows just Rover (the animated search dog)...

  System Restore is a frequent target of attacks by malicious software.  If SR was working before and is now afflicted, run some scans and then fix any problems.

  Remember that the system restore is not a time machine.

  It is likely that your system is currently or has been reached by malicious software.

  You can correct the symptoms now and scan for malware later, or you can now search malware and fix the remains later.

  I recommend just fixing the symptom of the empty page and forget to do the scans.  The symptom of the problem of fixing and fixing the problem are two different things.

  Which driver you have installed?  If you use the base driver built-in to Windows 10 only very basic print options will be provided as shown below:

  

  For best results download the full recommended or HP basic driver here.  This will give you much better selection of the characteristics of the printer.  Make sure that your image aspect ration is the size of the paper; for example, if your media photo 4 "x 6", you will want to ensure that the odds ratio is 1.5 to 1 "

  Try this:

  paint the text to the x - y, y-1 in white

  paint the text to x + 1, y + 1 white

  then paint the text in black to x, y

  This should give you a reasonable facsimile of what you are looking for.

  If you make the image a layer (opposite to background)...

  You could choose the blue with the magic wand, as Semaphoric says, then fill it with white.  Then choose Select - change the selection - contract and hide or delete the remaining pixels.  The operation of contract will give you a nice border size you choose.

  For extra credit, you can use refine edge to increase the reliability of the selection.

  Zoom can be enabled. Go to settings > general > accessibility > Zoom to turn it off or change in mode full screen instead of the window zoom.  -AJ
