  I understand that you can not get the printer connected to your Windows laptop. You are on the right track, you need to download HP ENVY 5530 e-all-in-one of the printer drivers. Select your operating system, and then click the button "next". Scroll down and click on "Driver - Product Installation software. Click Printer series e-all-in-one HP Envy 5530 full feature software and driver. This should bring up the download page, click on the 'Download' button and I suggest saving it to your desktop and run the installation from there.

  I am trying to print from my computer, but there is a document in hp eprint, which I can't delete and other documents are queues behind it all.  I don't have a hp eprint, so I can't remove this item.

  1. turn off your printer
  2. Click Start, type services.msc in the search field (or use run if you run older Windows)
  3. open services.msc
  4. find the print spooler service, right-click, and select stop.
  5. close the service windows and use Windows Explorer to go to C:\Windows\System32\Spool\PRINTERS.
  6 remove the files in the files in this folder - here's your stuck jobs.
  7 restart your computer.
  8 turn on your printer.

  Our officejet 6000 won't print from a computer on the network. All 3 computers running Windows 7 64 bit Home Premium edition.   I would like to help you today with the relocation of your HP Photosmart Premium of C309g all-in-One printer on your Windows Vista-based computer. Can I please you follow the steps below.

  Please disconnect the USB cable from your printer or computer, is easier.

  Step 1: Uninstall the drivers:

  It is crucial for the repairs we have a clean slate to work with. So, I'm going you have to make sure all traces of your printer is uninstalled from your computer before install us a new copy of your Photosmart.

  1. Click on the Start menu
  2. Select all programs
  3. Select the HP folder
  4. Select your Camera HP Photosmart
  5. Select Uninstall

  Please follow the instructions on the screen to complete the uninstallation. Once your HP Photosmart camera has been uninstalled, proceed to the next step.

  Step 2: Remove temporary files:

  1. Click on the Start menu
  2. In the box "search programs and files" located just above to start after you click on it, type %temp% , and then press enter on your keyboard
  3. When the Temp folder opens, select Ctrl + A at the same time on your keyboard. Everything in this folder will highlight now.
  4. Select the "delete" button on your keyboard. The Temp folder contains the temporary internet files. None of the actual files or folders on your computer will be affected by deleting Temp files. A Temp file should you will automatically get the pop up to 'jump' this point.
  5. Close the Temp folder when it is empty
  6. Right-click the recycling bin on your desktop and select empty recycling bin

  Step 3: Reinstall the device:

  1. Please click here to download the package full feature software and driver for your printer
  2. Once the site opens click on the download button
  3. Once the download is complete, you can get a command prompt to run the installation program. If you see this, select run
  4. An extraction will occur automatically and your installation will launch
  5. Please follow the steps on the screen to reinstall your printer
  6. If you use a USB cable connection, do not connect the USB cable until the installation program invites you to

  Once installation is complete, please try to print to see if the problem is now resolved.

  I understand that you can print documents with success and however, make copies when you try to print a Web site or an e-mail, the pages come out blank.

  Personally, I think that there could be a problem with the browser you are using and would recommend that you try to print from another browser. Firefox or Chrome should work. Please try one of them and let me know what happens!

  What is your operating system on your computer? Windows or Mac?

  The crucial step in the printing of the pictures change print settings within the program you are printing from. Please follow this HP document on change of the size of the Type and Source parameters by default, paper. (It is only for a Windows computer).

  My HPO4620 has been working beautifully for installed in December.  Suddenly, it is locked on the fax machine and I cannot do anything else.  I want to print from my computer file, but it won't.  I can't find any way to cut Telec.  Right now, I need not active fax.  I tried the manual suggestions but nothing seems to work.  I am connected by a USB cable, but wireless would probably work as well.  Help, please!

  I noticed your post on your Officejet 4620 locked on Fax. I would try to help you with this. First, please try to reset the printer from the printer unplugged for a minute. Connect the printer directly to the wall outlet, avoiding bars power and surge protectors. This ensures that the printer is full on and can help this situation.

  Documents in qeue disappear. Not computer print. Computer and the printer are shake hands. I had removed some software. Not sure if this caused the problem. Chance of re-installed emptied. Tried unplugging, followed in the event of problem, no luck. Any other suggestions?

  Have you tried restarting your mac? If this isn't the case, I recommend doing this to see if it helps.

  Hi Shane_R, thanks for the reply.  Well, I was just able to get the printer going yesterday. I talked to one of our guys in the IT to work, and he said to create a standard TCP/IP port for the printer and do not use the port created by the HP printer setup. I followed his instructions and it is now printing of ethernet for the wireless. If I try to run the installer of HP it still can't find the printer. I can access the web server integrated into the printer and I ping the IP to printers. In any case, it is printing now and it's essential. Best regards, Randy
