Blocked PC vista antivirus 2008

I've accessed an attachment after that my PC has been infected. I got the popup to install vista Antivirus 2008 I did. Now he did my C drive inaccessible. I got to know that here, in all that vista antivirus 2008 is a junk. I tried to remove it from my PC but I can not access the site or the forum site dell even infected PC. I tried to first delete software on USB download, then loading on infected PC, but it will not work on double click. Means that this 2008 vista is much stronger than the malware removal software. Thnx.

Try using the Standalone System Sweeper http://connect.microsoft.com/systemsweeper

You download it on another computer and copy on a DVD drive or USB key. You can then do a scan without starting Windows.

  • Vista Antivirus 2010

    Hello
Today a Vista Antivirus 2010 will appear in my computer saying that I am infected my computer. I already have a sucerity antivirus, but it doesn't bring anything abnormal.

I want to uninstall this Vista Antivirus 2010 but she does not appear in any place, what can I do?

How can I see if it is a virus?

    Hello

Try Mode safe mode with networking - repeatedly, press F8 that you start.

The best two methods allow scanners to run and/or AV.exe out of the way or removing.

    1.
CTRL SHIFT ESC - task manager OR right click on the taskbar - task manager

Process tab - complete the process on AV. EXE and continue with the uninstall Guide.

If necessary use start - computer or Windows Explorer to navigate to

C:\Program Malwarebytes Anti - Malware\mbam.exe or where it is installed - if
necessary right click on the shortcut of Malwarebytes - Properties - tab - target line to see where it
    is installed.

Right-click on it and rename it to ZZMbam.COM (or something different than now) and
Double-click it, and then run it like this. You can rename it back later. Do the same with
other programs according to the needs. Use this method to others as needed - NOT assume all
a program deletes all or that it is no other malicious software. Use the ".com"
prevents the extension as this malware. EXE to run.

    ---------------------------------------------------

    2.
Another method is to use them:

Use Process Explorer to "Suspend" the process will not stop

Then use AutoRuns to delete the malicious program startup items.

Now use UnLocker to delete the files in the malware.

You may need to do a file at a time.

  • Vista Antivirus a scam and a virus itself? I can't access my laptop at all now them! Help!

I couldn't access internet because the Antivirus Vista kept blocking me.  He said I had all kinds of virus and you need to get rid of them.  He said that I could go on, but it would be dangerous for my laptop.  I didn't buy any agreement at the time so I pressed this button.  He took me in circles so that the only way that I could access my internet was for the purchase contract.  AND NOW I CAN NOT AT ALL ON MY LAPTOP!  I'm on my home desktop version.

How can I get rid of this?  Is it really a virus in itself?  I lost all my information stored on my laptop?

When I turn it on I hear a high-pitched noise and flickering icons that used I can access.  In fact, I can't access anything whatsoever.  It wouldn't start even down when I do CTRL ALT DELETE.  I actually turn off with the same results that I boot up (flickering of the icons that will let me open anything).

Did I just buy a scam, but also a virus?  Is there a phone number or anyway for me to get my laptop back up for delete AND GET MY MONEY BACK?

For those of you thinking of buying this, I wouldn't NOT SUGGEST.

    Hello, Cyndi

Try to start your computer in safe mode. If you're able to boot in safe mode, follow the steps indicated by SpiritX under the following link to remove the program: http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/ie/forum/ie8-windows_other/how-do-i-get-rid-of-antivirus-vista-2010/e416f5a6-8ddb-4564-8aa3-f0ae6cdfe5f6

To start in safe mode, shut down your computer and then turn it on, press F8 repeatedly while it starts and you must come to the advanced boot screen asking what you want to do, select Mode safe mode with networking.

  • Equium A100-147: Sonic recorder blocked under Vista

I am told that sonic recorder is blocked due to a driver issue.
There is no way to cure this other than the upgrade I don't want to do.
The thing is I got rid of the sound recorder help adding / deleting thing, but I still get the message of blocked driver. I've got rid of everything to do with
    Sonic, including in the registry.

There are still two programs in the list adding / deleting, but I can't just get rid of them. One of the programs is called "sonic coders" and I said I need a disc.
I never had a drive and he took a left when I
went from xp to vista. The other program is called "sonic DLA" and will simply not respond after I click on uninstall.
Although he does not seem to have any obvious effect on the performance of the pc, it's a real pain having the message there all the time.
Anyone got any ideas what to do?

    Thanks in advance.

    Hello

As a first step, it will be interesting to know what model of laptop you have exactly and is this laptop comes with Windows XP Home or Vista edition. And secondly, can you please tell us more about your information source? Where you got information on the Sonic Software? ;)

Toshiba common Modules are designed only for XP and not Vista. This means that they will never work on Vista.

If you want to use special features like the FN keys, you must use the Toshiba value added Package.

  • Equium A100 - issue of viruses

    I have a laptop Satellite A100-147.

Yesterday, I contracted a virus/malware that disabled my windows updates and kept giving me pop - up messages about infections. Also, several new icons appeared next to the clock - one in particular was a shield and was called "Vista Antivirus 2008.

Some disreputable icons also appeared on my desk.
It was clear that I had some infections - I ran Mcafee and Spybot which helped but latop has always been very slow.
Ultimately I have backed up the data and run the utility of Toshiba restore program.

However, shortly after the restoration more pop ups and icons appeared. Aagin I cleaned the but Iam still problems - Windows updates is disabled and cannot be enabled, and Windows System Restore will not work.

Is is possible that the first virus has infected the hidden with the OS partition?

Should I format the C: before you rerun the restore utility?

When restore is executed, is the resistry be rewritten?

    Any help would be great.

    Ryan

    Hello

    > Is is possible that the first virus has infected the hidden with the OS partition?
    Hmm, it's NOT impossible.

In my opinion you take the Toshiba Recovery CD and should use and should restore the laptop everything to factory settings.
Of course, this procedure would be to format the whole HARD drive and erase all partitions.
But it will help kill viruses and spyware.

    Good luck

  • Can't get rid of Antivirus Vista!

    Hi all

My computer has been infected by a virus that masquerades as an anti software virus known as Vista Antivirus. I was wondering if someone has managed to eliminate the virus from their computer, and if so, how they were able to accomplish. I have searched the Internet and found some of the supposed solutions to the problem, some users have posted in this forum, but none of them have worked. I've tried a handful of anti virus / anti spyware software, including the Malewarebytes (which is actually infected as well) which appeared in one of the other strands, but none of them allows to detect the virus and/or remove. I even took my computer to the workshop repair, and even they couldn't remove it. So, has anyone removed successfully?

    Thank you
