I tend to hear some sound degradation when this happens. My specs are:

HP p6733w

RAM ddr - 3 8-concerts

AMD phenom II x 2 511 @3. 4 g

    Hello

    STOP: 0XC000021A

Can be a difficult problem to solve, and you indeed need a technical help in a real store of the computer
(not the leeks and the glances at a BestBuy or other BigBox stores) or system manufacturer support.

    Cause

This error occurs when a subsystem of mode user, such as WinLogon or the Client Server Run-Time Subsystem (CSRSS), irremediably compromised and security can not be guaranteed. In response, the operating system goes into kernel mode. Microsoft Windows cannot run without WinLogon or CSRSS. Therefore, it is one of the rare cases where the failure of a user mode service can stop the system.

Incompatible system files can also cause this error. This can happen if you restored your hard disk from a backup. Some backup programs may skip restoring system files which they determine are in use.

    Solve the problem

Run the kernel debugger is not useful in this situation because the error occurred in a user mode process.

Resolve an error in the user-mode device driver or system, third-party application service: Because the bug 0xC000021A control occurs in a user mode process, the most common culprits are third-party applications. If the error occurred after the installation of the new or updated device driver or service system, third-party applications, the new software should be removed or disabled. Contact the manufacturer of the software on a possible update.

If the error occurs during the system startup, restart your computer, and then press F8 to character-based menu that displays the choice of operating system. In the Windows Advanced Options menu that results, select the last known good Configuration option. This option is most effective when a pilot or a service is added at a time. If the error is not resolved, try to manually remove the offending software. If the system partition is formatted with the (FAT) file allocation table, use a MS-DOS boot disk to access the hard disk of the computer. If the system partition is formatted with the NTFS file system, you may be able to use Safe Mode to rename or remove the defective software. If the defective software is used as part of the start-up procedure of the system Safe Mode, you must start the computer by using the Recovery Console to access the file. If a room newly installed if material is suspected, remove it to see if that fixes the problem.

Try running the emergency recovery disk (ERD) and allow the system to repair any errors that it detects.

Solve a problem of file system do not match: If you have recently restored your hard disk from a backup, check if there is an updated version of the backup/restore program available from the manufacturer. Make sure that the latest Windows Service Pack is installed.

It's my generic bluescreen convenience store - you can try Mode safe mode as suggested in article
above - repeatedly press F8 that you start. Disks of Vista are probably necessary - if you do not have to try
repair, you can borrow a friends because they are not protected against copying. You can also buy the physical

If necessary). You can also repair disks on another computer.

Here are a few ways to possibly fix the blue screen issue. If you could give the blue screen
info that would help. Such as ITC and 4 others entered at the bottom left. And all others
error information such as codes of STOP and info like IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL or PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA and similar messages.

  • Vista - Shutdown - problem event name: the BlueScreen OS Version: 6.0.6002.2.2.0.768.3 locale ID: 1033

I almost didn't post this because there are so many entries with this error. But after about 20 minutes of research, I couldn't find one that was exactly what happened to my computer.

I use a laptop Dell Inspiron 1501 with Vista Home Premium. The computer is a few years old. I've never had a blue screen before. I always run the MS. updates I run a scan for viruses from McAfee weekly. I try my best to clean up my computer and stay away from suspicious websites.

Last night, I was using WiFi cafes of a grocery store. I closed my computer and I got a blue screen with lines vertical white sparkles. Instead of the end of the shutdown sequence, the computer restarted. I could stop from the log in window successfully.

When I started the computer later in the evening, I received a message window:

"Windows has recovered from an unexpected shutdown. Windows can seek a solution the next time you're online. »

The rest of the message is at the bottom of this post.

I was able to open the file of text below. That is what it says:
    -------------------------------------------
    Windows NT Version 6.0 Build: 6002 SP2
Product (0x3): Vista (TM) Home Premium Windows
    Edition: HomePremium
    BuildString: 6002.18267.x86fre.vistasp2_gdr.100608 - 0458
    Flavor: Multiprocessor Free
    Architecture: X 86
    LCID: 1033
    -------------------------------------------

I worked on my computer for awhile. I don't have Internet access at home.
An hour later, I got the same blue screen when I stopped my laptop.
The same sequence of events took place: instead of the end of the shutdown sequence, the computer is restarted. I could stop from the log in window successfully.

I immediately started the computer again. I received the same message window.
I made a few changes in a Word file just to keep the computer running some time before stopping again. I don't have the blue screen this time. I repeated start-up and shut down the computer several times after that and didn't get the blue screen or message.

I don't have the message when I started my computer this morning. I use WiFi to a library this morning.

I should also add that last night when I booted my computer and connected to the WiFi at the coffee shop, I received a message that FireFox has an update. I installed this update successfully. I thought I read somewhere online that the most recent version was giving problems to Windows users. I can't find this article. But I just thought I would add to this detail. I uninstalled FireFox just to be safe.

I would also add that the strange behavior, only that I noticed when I used the WiFi is that I could not access the MSN.com or HotMail/Live Mail log in pages. The pages would simply not load. All other website worked/load very well.

So, can someone give me details on what happened to my computer? It's going to be OK? Do I need to run a virus scan? From what I've read in other posts "blue screen", it might be a hardware problem. But, I don't really have a good answer that satisfies me. My computer seems to be OK for now.

Please let me know if you need more information.

    Sincerely,

    Marz

The setting on my computer has "Kernel Memory Dump".

I put it to "Small Memory Dump" as the blog said.

My computer works normally since these two incidents. But it would be good to know what happened.

I don't know if I'll be coffee anytime soon. I don't know if it was something with the WiFi or Web sites. I thought it was strange that wouldn t Microsoft sites. I ran McAfee scan later and he did not find a virus.

Now, I'm using Google Chrome. I like it a lot. It seems a little faster than IE or FF.

You can disable the driver verifier
    http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/244617

Start - type in the box search-> auditor/Reset hit enter to disable

BlueScreenView lets you know if there is a driver specified in the error message. Also check
with MyEventViewer at the blue screen. If necessary, you can post the minidumps
    Thus, they can be analyzed.
    -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

References to Vista also apply to Windows 7.

It's my generic how updates of appropriate driver: (look for updates to the BIOS and the driver).

This utility, it is easy see which versions are loaded:

-Free - DriverView utility displays the list of all device drivers currently loaded on your system.
For each driver in the list, additional useful information is displayed: load address of the driver,
Description, version, product name, company that created the driver and more.
    http://www.NirSoft.NET/utils/DriverView.html

For drivers, visit manufacturer of emergency system and of the manufacturer of the device that are the most common.
Control Panel - device - Graphics Manager - note the brand and complete model
your video card - double - tab of the driver - write version information. Now, click on update
Driver (this can do nothing as MS is far behind the certification of drivers) - then right-click.
Uninstall - REBOOT it will refresh the driver stack.

Repeat this for network - card (NIC), Wifi network, sound, mouse, and keyboard if 3rd party
with their own software and drivers and all other main drivers that you have.

Now in the system manufacturer (Dell, HP, Toshiba as examples) site (in a restaurant), peripheral
Site of the manufacturer (Realtek, Intel, Nvidia, ATI, for example) and get their latest versions. (Look for
BIOS, Chipset and software updates on the site of the manufacturer of the system here.)

Download - SAVE - go to where you put them - right click - RUN AD ADMIN - REBOOT after
    each installation.

Always check in the Device Manager - drivers tab to be sure the version you actually install
presents itself. This is because some restore drivers before the most recent is installed (sound card drivers
in particular that) so to install a driver - reboot - check that it is installed and repeat as
    necessary.

Repeat to the manufacturers - BTW in the DO NOT RUN THEIR SCANNER device - check
    manually by model.

Look at the sites of the manufacturer for drivers - and the manufacturer of the device manually.
    http://pcsupport.about.com/od/driverssupport/HT/driverdlmfgr.htm

Installation and update of drivers under Windows 7 (updated drivers manually using the methods above
It is preferable to ensure that the latest drivers from the manufacturer of system and device manufacturers are located)
    http://www.SevenForums.com/tutorials/43216-installing-updating-drivers-7-a.html

If you update the drivers manually, then it's a good idea to disable the facilities of driver under Windows
Updates, this leaves ONE of Windows updates, but it will not install the drivers who will be generally
be older and cause problems. If updates offers a new driver and then HIDE it (right click on it)
and then go look for new ones manually if you wish.

I already checked my hard drives to find errors and used the AutoCorrect feature. If I am just out of my computer without closing I get a blue screen with increasing frequency.

It's really annoying. I downloaded Windows 7 when it is released. I was very disappointed with her since. I have had absolutely NO problem with Vista. I should have left well enough alone. My next computer will be an Apple without windows.

Are the details of the error checking always the same

Referenced details, you've got a KERNEL_DATA_INPAGE_ERROR error checking, because "a device which does not exist was specified."  It seems that some components of the process of disconnecting is trying to reference a device that does not exist.  Have you ever install software that attaches some hardware that is no longer present?  Also, check your disk with manufacturer diagnostics and review its INTELLIGENT details.  Check cable connections are snug and consider the replacement of data cables.

Please stop the AMD Dual - Core Optimizer, to load on your system.  Occasionally, it caused BSOD in some Win7 systems.
It is located in c:\program AMD Dual-core optimizer\amd_dc_opt.exe

In addition, it is most likely a hardware problem - so I'd run the free diagnostics: http://www.carrona.org/hwdiag.html

    What is Fix?

Wow this is terrible... and everybody asks why I get an extended warranty.

HP has a report to have problems of motherboard, but 18 months on one good DV6 is crap. That of probably why they abandoned the Pavillion brand and expanded the envy DV6s for example. They even switched to dell-type branding. I hope that improvements in the design comes through in the life of the computer.

If there was a way to give feedback to improve the design of the product, it would be useful to improve bottom line of HP imgmensely. Something I have considered is that there should be a guarantee of 2 years automatically on all units over $ 600. In addition, HP packs should be understood the price of laptops to high level. Some of the basic accessories should be included in the price that ensures that if there is a question of factory, its taken care of. Which ensures that the client is well taken care of. Covers for the keyboard would be fine and could save the company from keyboard replacement.
