Bluetooth radio is not on svd1321

After that I upgraded my Viao SVD1321APXB ultrabook for Windows version 8.1, my Bluetooth radio has stopped working.  I don't know if this happened during the upgrade of the BIOS or Windows upgrade.  Has anyone seen this?

I checked the driver in case there was an upgrade, but Windows tells me I have the latest bluetooth driver.  Any ideas?

Hi Ravisony,

Please if you have not updated the bluetooth drivers, you can do so here.  Also make sure that the bluetooth is switch on with this process.

Thank you for your response. I tried a few more things from the detachment and now have blue tooth work. The first thing I did was to restore my computer and that brings back the original bluetooth - a Ralink Motorla BC8 Bluetooth 3.0 + H adapter.  Since the device manager says that this device is not functioning, I finally felt that there had to be something simple it can't connect. I tried a Windows 'Bluetooth' and found a Bluetooth Setup program. When I ran this problem has been completely resolved. Thanks again for your attention to this problem.

Before you buy mouse logitech, bluetooth was working. I don't know why it stopped, but probably because of things that I did to try to make it work, I compounded the problem.

  • 8530w Win7 Home Premium fresh install - Wifi and bluetooth radio off just not online

    Hi all

I encountered a strange problem. I did a fresh install of Windows 7 Home Premium 32 bit edition. I installed all the essential drivers; setting network, wifi, quick launch button drivers HP and others. Wired network works fine. However, the wifi button is orange and does not work on contact. All other keys work well, so I guess we can exclude. The driver is loaded OK and the hardware is connected according to the Intel Pro Set diagnostic tools. However, he also pointed out that the radio switch is thrown off, so the orange light right?

The radio is off, bluetooth driver moved not because of 'not present material' and I can't enable it.

I've seen other people with the same problem, but a majority of those who appear to have been related to the HP power management. And as this is a clean install, I don't think that power management is the problem. Just to be safe, I disabled the power management capability in the adapter properties.

So, is there another way to activate the radio via the software without relying on the button of the Panel wifi? Are there other ways to diagnose the problem?

    Thanks for your help!

    Best regards

  • Activation BlueTooth Radio - not appearing is not in the FnF5 screen

When I hit the button to FnF5, I get only the Wireless LAN Radio option and not the BlueTooth. What should I do or check to activate my Bluetooth radio? When I got my new laptop radio was by default and work. Since then I have turned off many off options for services I don't use and could have turned off Bluetooth accidentally. When I reboot, I see the Bluetooth LED turns on for a split second at the beginning and then turns off the coast as the laptop starts.

I see too the Bluetooth adapter on my Device Manager list. If everything worked normally under what heading the map should be listed?

I see what you mean... I see no BT device category, or even a unit in need of a driver.

However it would be the Bluetooth driver and software you need for the card Ralink WiFi your model has.

    Hello

I've been using a bluetooth mouse with my laptop for over a year, without any problem until a few days ago. I get the error message "your bluetooth radio is turned on but no detectable" in the taskbar, whenever I turn on the mouse and press the blue button that makes it detectable.

I swapped the batteries for the mouse and set the properties of the Bluetooth Support Services > startup type on properties of Services of Support Bluetooth and auto > Log On "Local System account".

I tried to turn on Bluetooth settings > Options > "allow Bluetooth devices to find this computer." However, when I apply these settings, I get an error message that says: "an error occurred while Windows saves your settings. The Bluetooth device may be disconnected.

Can someone help me with this problem?

Question? What computer Dell laptop do you have? A problem on Dell laptops, I discovered is how they have the configuration of the switch without wireless/Bluetooth. What happens when one of the drivers either wireless or Bluetooth out of here that the switch to turn off only turns a large and not the other. What I would say to do is to uninstall your Bluetooth drivers then reinstall the driver from Dell. Make sure that during the uninstallation of turn show devices hidden in Device Manager so you can see all the blue tooth on your system devices. Reinstall after rebooting the computer and make sure that the switch is turned on; After restarting, try to reinstall your Bluetooth devices and see if there detectable.

    Hello:

You can try reinstalling own W8 and see if the BT radio appears.

As he was working on W8, he must have worked on W10.

I assumed you are passed directly from W7 to W10, and if you had the connection manager software installed in W7, which could adversely affect the BT radio does not not on W10.

    I have a Dell Precision M4600 and a Plantronics/Altec Lansing Backbeat 903 Bluetooth headset.
My laptop has an internal Bluetooth.

After several days of research, I'm done assuming that my internal Bluetooth did not support the A2DP. I bought a dongle Bluetooth $3 did.

Many dongles are equipped with the software. Mine has not (an error on my part). I finished the download of a trial version of Bluesoliel (a Bluetooth stack software program). After working my way to who I had sound in my headphones. I spent $27 to get the full version and I'm now operational.

  • Printer HP Photosmart C390a - wireless radio does not

I need help with my HP C390a Photosmart Premium all-in-one printer. Suddenly, the other day he lost, it's a wireless connectivity and I have tried everything I can think of to get it to work - printing and Scan doctor, uninstall the printer and reinsert (2 or 3 times), re-starting the PC, the modem-router and the printer etc several times and nothing works. The printer will print when connected by USB but I have run the wireless network Test and it shows that the "Wireless is WE ', but the ' Wireless works is to FAIL. This explains why I can't get the Wireless Setup Wizard to work. She is saying that he is now "looking for wireless routers", but just keeps looking forever until I have cancel it. Also the small wireless icon which was on the home screen of the printer in the top middle (next to the bluetooth icon) has disappeared. Although mysteriously, small blue wireless light on the far right of the keyboard printer stays on. In any case, I really like this printer but I need a wireless, wired not only, so I would appreciate any help I could get with this problem.

Oh, I forgot to tell you, I also can I made things worse by selecting two default settings of the printer (when nothing else worked), they were: 'Restore the default network settings' and under Tools "restore default settings".

I understand that your wireless network no longer works on your Photosmart C309a. In the report, it seems that the wireless radio is not working.

I suggest you then call HP Technical Support to see other possibilities for you, as a replacement or a recovery.

  • [HELP] Bluetooth adapter internal "not connected" according to Windows

Hi, so I have installed the Toshiba bluetooth stack a few days ago to try to get a more reliable connection for my bluetooth devices, and it didn't really work properly. Hey jester,

Usually this problem is caused because of compatibility issues. I would like to know some information about this problem so that we can help you further.

    1. What is the number of brand and model of the computer? (When checked with the model number, I couldn't find a Samsung computer.)

    2. is it works much earlier?

    3. were you able to install the drivers successfully?

I would suggest trying the following methods and check if it works for you.

    Method 1:

Run the hardware and devices Troubleshooter and check if that helps.

Open the hardware and devices Troubleshooter:

    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows7/open-the-hardware-and-devices-Troubleshooter

    Method 2:

Try downloading and installing Bluetooth drivers in compatibility mode and check if the problem persists.

Make the programs more compatible with this version of Windows:

You are using Firefox 3, which is the previous major version. The current version is Firefox 7. I'm not familiar with your Facebook plugin, so I don't know if it is compatible. If it isn't, Firefox will automatically tell you and ask you if you want to check the updates. You can download the installer of Firefox 7 by clicking here.
