  I recently (about a month) sent my computer to TOSHIBA because of a hardware problem, so I think they changed the PCB from what I remember. My computer is a Satellite L875 - 11M and I am on Windows 7 Home Premium.

  Recently, the wireless on my laptop has stopped working, I think that this is due to the switch wlan on the bottom of the laptop. Before it used to work perfectly. But a few days ago I started the laptop and the wireless did not work. I took a glance on the switch and it seemed to be extinguished (no orange), even if it was to position it. It was weird.   I noticed some people fix with value Canadian extra package, but is not a Canadian package extra for my model.
  I have a200-psae6e. But I download Canadian version, it is not for my model, I installed it but it does not work. Flashing cards do not appear.

  Then I installed the extra package for my model and it works fine, but does not work Fn + Fx! I have
  the value cards turn signals don't start up with Windows and now I can use Fn + Fx but only for keys ESC, F1, F3, F6, F7 and F11, other do not work!

  Can someone tell me how to force the other keys work?
  I didn't need flashing cards if I have good, that also I don't have turn signals with Fn + Fx cards keys don't work all the keys.

  Same problem with my computer, but even worse because when I push button FN of my computer crashes. Nobody seems to know the solution. If you can, uninstall all versions of VAP, you have and try to reinstall one with advanced options, common Module is checked and pray. I think that some components of vista update is related to the normal working FN.

  I am having trouble getting my laptop to a linksys adapter
  I installed it to the letter, but there is no icon in network connections.

  I have a connection Broadband BT and with WIFI or ethernet at home I can connect to the internet and go without problem.
  I also have the BT USB Dongle for mobile connection far from home, this is the problem.

  I can connect to the internet through the connection manager BT (the software that is included in the dongle and installed on the Satellite L300) and some dongles light and software see I am connected. Too, it is shown on the icons at the bottom of the computer screen.

  I've just set up a Netgear WGT264 wireless router on my daughters (1 MB) cable Modem. The router works fine and all indicators work, including the LED of radiation. We can connect via RJ45 Ethernet and we can surf and Messenger, so all OK.
  However, does not seem the Tosh 'know' wthat there is a wireless local area network - we cannot connect if the RJ45 cable is removed.
  I tried to configure the on-board Tosh and the small and LED on the front is on and used the radar LAN wireless location, but didn't get any results. I just get a popup telling me to go on the "wireless device".
  The integrated Tosh and the compatible Netgearlook, the two 802. 11 a/g, but I have no indication whatsoever of any activity.
  Tosh is able to 'see' the Netgear independently to know if I have correctly configured (plug 'n play) style?
  The online manual, under LAN wireless, said that some computers in this series are configured with a LAN mini-PCI Wireless card... If there is a switch wireless on the front, that means there is a map on board, or do I still need a mini-PCI card?

  Generally the fault 10 code should be solved by the re - install the latest drivers and uninstall and reinstall the device.
  Please see the page of the Toshiba driver for the right driver and try to reinstall wireless driver. Once this procedure please check device manager if the exclamation yellow mark doesn t appear.
  Please don t forget go on air wireless with FN + F8 key combination.
  If that fails to solve the problem, then I'm afraid the device may be dead and must be replaced.

  So, I confess that I don't know a ton about computers, but I know enough to get. My problem is the following; I can connect to the internet fine at my friends houses, or any where that has open wifi, but I was not able to connect to the wifi in my house.   Assuming that the signal is strong, and that there is no noise in the electrical environment.

  Visit the support site of the computer and make sure that you use the latest drivers * for network adapters.

  Check support for the router and make sure that your using the latest firmware for the router.

  Uncheck the box to the NIC of energy economy (I.e., do not leave the card save energy).

I am running Windows 7 Home Premium, on a a new HP laptop and an hp officejet pro 8500 wireless device.  As another user on this forum... it will work if I plug in the usb cable, but it is not an acceptable solution for me.  I have two other computers on my wireless network... a mac and an office (both on different operating systems) that are printing the printer wireless without a problem.  It will remain not connected my laptop (Windows 7).  What seems to happen, is that I lose my connection to the network.  This is not moved until I started trying to print wireless.  But now that I am printing wireless I can print a job or two, and then I lose my connection.  If I run upstairs and power to the bottom of my router, I'll be able to print again... briefly... and then I lose my wireless connection and I start over again.  I uninstalled and reinstalled.  I installed the correct drivers (and I am able to print... but I'll have to restart my router every 30 minutes approximately).  If I'm not looking to print wireless from my laptop (with windows 7) I don't have this problem... I lose no connection between my laptop and the wireless network unless I'm wireless printing.  Other computers on the wireless network will continue to work very well, but I have to restart my router in order to get reactivated the ability to print.  Print a couple of jobs and then * poof * I can't print more.     My router is a Belkin N + B1F688.  My printer is connected wireless to my router and is recognized and used by two other computers.  I spent COUNTLESS hours trying to solve this problem.  I have lived my configuration of the firewall.  WHAT SHOULD I DO?

  If you can not find the download page of some of them on Toshiba must not be installed and it is included in the original recovery image only.

  If I have problems with the mode 'sleep' after that I upgraded to Windows 10. When I try to resume my laptop from sleep mode, Toshiba screen seems then the unit turns off.

  After 2 hours of searching on the internet I found that a solution said that my drivers are too old. So I tried to download but my drivers resembles not yet supported.

  Go to control panel and uninstall the Touchpad, display, wireless and sound drivers/utilities.

  Restart, and then run Windows Update to install the updated Windows 10 compatible drivers.

  Make sure that the BIOS is also the latest version.
