  Hi, I'm having a few problems about the brightness of my laptop.

  First of all, when I turn on my laptop, the brightness is always on the dark night I can't see the screen.   Try disabling the QuickStarts, which seems to help with the problems of this kind. I hope that the problem will be corrected in a future update, but until then, you can try this:

  Windows + X to open the power options
  Click on choose what the buttons to
  Change settings that are currently unavailable
  Scroll down to the Tower in the quick start (recommended)
  Uncheck the option to turn it off
  Save your changes, and then restart the computer to see if that helped.

  I have purchaced a bunch of monitors with our new computers Lenovo M73Tiny H236HL.  The tiny M73 are DisplayPort, so I use a DP to HDMI cable.

  I sent 2 of these systems so far and they both have the same problem: after 2 minutes after loggin, two systems back to the brightness level 0.

  I'll go into the settings and manually adjust the brightness up to 70% of return and it will stick... until you log in again.

  Windows doesn't have a power function to the bottom of the brightness of the screen... BECAUSE OF LENOVO.

  To solve the problem of brightness, point 8.1 follow these steps:

  1.) right click on the windows on the lower left corner icon. A menu appears.

  2.) click on Device Manager, and then double-click
  Cards graphics and AMD Radeon HD8470D appears. Double-click on that. An AMD properties appears. Click the driver. Go down to update driver, then click on about it. It can lower the brightness at the moment, so go back to the previous version and click on it, and that's all you need to do. Then, go to the parameter in the right-hand corner, and you should be able to use the slider to change the brightness.
  It worked for me. I even turned off the computer, and then he turned his back and slide still works and

  My recent problem concerns the power options, there is a slider that allows to increase the brightness of your screen.

  In many cases, some 3rd party installed tools or software that may affect the functionality and the recovery disc helps you eliminate it.

  Virtual Box from Sun is not known to me and I don t know what happened with your installed Win XP on the HARD disk (if you have the OS installed)

• Dynadock extended window settings problem

  I use a PA3541U-2PRP Dynadock and have problems with the display parameters attached to it.

  For some reason whenever I restart, or lock/unlock the desktop screen was extended to mirror mode mode. According to the manual, I should be able to change the display settings by using an icon in my system tray but for some reason, this icon does not appear. I'm using Vista ultimate 32 bit and that you have downloaded the latest drivers dynadock.
  It's really a pain to have to go to the graphics settings to set the rear screen to extended after each time I have unlock my system.

  Hello and thanks for the display on the HP support forums.  With Windows 10 some of the performance parameters are a bit off.  The first thing I would try is running an update of the system BIOS.  Or BIOS Reset would be my first choice.

  I bought this lappy (hp pavilion 2016tx g6) only 3 months back. to start, it seems having a display problem that I initially ignored. as the lappy starts beginning of brightness screen to flactuate.not proportions, but it is notable & if you work on it you can not miss. It happens a lot & don't become a kind of everyday / every time that case. I'm aware of display setting that occurs when power is plugged in & on & I assure you, this isn't what I'm talking about.   Call HP and ask for help.  It can be a little bad hardware... it might be something that can be adjusted.

  The guarantee is made to that kind of thing - if it's broken, whether you can get it repaired.

  Nevertheless, it is a new laptop and it should make you happy.  Get the information you need to be happy again.
