BSOD 24 error
Hi, I have recently reinstalled windows 7 ultimate 64-bit and when I rebooted my system and put my ti 660 in the computer started very well but then bluescreened with error Code 24 I have two files minidump I'd be happy to download it I just need to know where.
Hello
We have various different bugs attached:
CACHE_MANAGER (34)
There was a problem in reading or writing to a FAT16 or FAT32 file system drive. There may be a physical problem with the drive, or a request packet interrupt (IRP) may be corrupt. Other common causes include the fragmentation of heavy hard drive, i/o of heavy files, problems with some types of disk mirroring software or antivirus software. I suggest running ChkDsk or ScanDisk at first; Clear all filters from file system such as antivirus, a software firewall or backup utilities. Check the properties of FASTFAT. SYS to verify that it matches the current version of the operating system or SP. Update all disk, backup to tape, CD-ROM or removable devices for the most recent drivers.
System_service_exception (3B)
An exception occurred during the execution of a routine that passes from non-preferred to the privileged code code.
memory_corruption mentioned throughout the discharge, possible material account held related issues we have not yet seen evidence of device driver.
KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED (1e)
This error generally indicates a low disk space, a bug in a device driver or THE system BIOS.
BAD_POOL_HEADER (19)
This indicates that a pool header is corrupt.
If we run one! poolval on the 2nd parameter of the error checking to verify the alteration of the pool, we get the following:
2: kd >! poolval fffff8a007b12000
Pool page fffff8a007b12000 region is unknown
Validation of the headers of pool the pool page: fffff8a007b12000
[Fffff8a007b12000] page pool is __inVALID.
There is corruption of the pool, this implies more him problem is hardware and device driver not connected.
Before making this call, please do the following troubleshooting steps:
1. updated for Service Pack 1 ASAP - http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows7/install-windows-7-service-pack-1
2. Remove and replace avast! with Microsoft Security Essentials:
avast! removal tool for - http://www.avast.com/uninstall-utility
MSE - http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/security-essentials-download
If the steps above from software does not help, please start by running only a Memtest for not less than 8 ~ (several hours):
Memtest86 +:
Download Memtest86 + here:
Which should I download?
You can either download the ISO pre-built you want to burn to a CD and then boot from the CD, or you can download the automatic installer of the USB. What this will do is format your USB drive, make a boot device and then install the necessary files. Both do the same job, it's just you that you choose, or you have available (be it CD or USB).
How Memtest works:
Memtest86 writes a series of test patterns for most of the addresses of memory, reads the written data and compares it to find errors.
The default pass is 9 different tests, varying in the modes of access and test data. A tenth test, bland, is selectable in the menu. He wrote all the memory with zeros, then sleeps 90 minutes before checking to see if the bits have changed (perhaps because of refresh problems). This is repeated with all those for a total time of 3 hours by pass.
Many chipsets can report RAM speed and timings by SPD (Serial Presence Detect) or EPP (Enhanced Performance Profiles), and some even support changing the expected memory speed. If the expected memory speed is overclockee, Memtest86 can test that memory is free of error with these faster settings.
Some hardware is able to report the status of the "PAT" (PAT: active or PAT: disabled). This is a reference to the Intel performance acceleration technology; There may be the BIOS settings that affect this aspect of memory synchronization.
This information, if it is available for the program, can be displayed via a menu option.
Other questions, they can most likely be answered by reading this excellent guide here:

Pavilion g6: BSOD BUGCODE_USB_DRIVER error
I have a HP Pavilion g6-1b60us running Windows 7. Recently, I've been doing the BSOD with error code BUGCODE_USB_DRIVER at least once a day, sometimes several times a day. I tried updating the drivers, but am still affected by the same problem. Your help would be greatly appreciated!
Hi there @reCATcha1
Welcome to the Forums of HP Support! It's a good place to find the help you need, so many other users, the HP experts and other members of the support staff.I understand that you have found an error on blue screen BUGCODE_USB_DRIVER. I'm happy to help you.
Have you tried to scan your system for what as malware, viruses etc? If you do not I would recommend doing this first and as a result, clean your system.
If you know approximately when the problem started, you can try to do a system restore to a point before it all started.
Using Microsoft System Restore (Windows 7)
Otherwise, I recommend you back up the contents of your hard drive and then look at the system recovery, I would start with just the drivers, and if it does not help, then a factory restore.

Windows Vista SP2, random BSOD with error checking code 0 x 19
Hi all
I have seemingly random crashes on my old laptop 3 years recently - BSOD with error checking code 0 x 0000019 (0x00000020, 0xe92f4780, 0xe92f48d0, 0x0a2a0440), and BlueScreenView says that accidents are caused by ntkrnlpa.exe and Ntfs.sys. I have absolutely no idea why it happened--unusual does update, none of the material changes & software installations. The system hangs especially after maybe one or two days after starting with some sleep & wake ups inbetween and the only accidents while there are prominent running shows - namely, all the accidents that happened while I was running Firefox. Seconds before the BSoD (shell & all) system simply freezes and does not respond to ctrl + alt + delete, but is still running (as indicated by the fact that once, I forced a power off and after that restart the event log indicates the previous stop at was not planned), then watch the usual BSoD screen.
After doing some googling, I began to suspect that this should be a memory or a hard drive problem, or maybe an overheating causing the two since he not there no significant change of software on my computer recently again issues just appeared without reason. So I cleaned my laptop fan and the heatsink and ensured that the hot air can leave the chassis without being blocked, did some checking of memory with memory auditing Windows - no problems in 5 innings and ran chkdsk on my system partition with all available options - perfectly normal, but the chkdsk has acted quite strangely that check all took about 30 seconds and no normal as the ID information of partition, size etc. that should be there never appeared; is this a normal behavior? or something is wrong with my chkdsk?
I'm still (lol) impatiently waiting for the next crash, not sure whether the problem is still there or not. Meanwhile could you please help me understand what is the problem with my system?
It seems that the disc is the most likely cause. If it is intermittent, it may be difficult to diagnose.
The manufacturer of the laptop provides any diagnosis? Several manufacturers have a key at startup to access the diagnostics.
CHKDSK should last several minutes. There is information about the different ways to run chkdsk here:
http://www.Vistax64.com/tutorials/67612-check-disk-Chkdsk.html
You can try this disc test program:

BSoD (System_thread_exception_not_handled) error on acer Z5771
I hope someone can help me with BSoD (System_thread_exception_not_handled) error screen when I try to install Win 8 on an acer Z5771
Unfortunately the files had no information on the BSOD.
However, the error may be an incompatible video driver.
There is a suggestion in the following link can help:
What has been proposed is to install the latest NVIDIA of NVIDIA display driver before upgrade:
http://www.nvidia.com/object/WIN8-Win7-WinVista-64bit-310.90-WHQL-driver.html
There is also mention of the Acer Upgrade Wizard tool, you could have a look if you don't have it already:

After uninstalling and reinstalling 42.0 FF, I get BSOD 0x000000F4 error
FF has been excruciatingly slow and constantly crashed. I tried to reset, but does not solve the problem, so I did a uninstall and reinstall. Now, I get the BSOD every day, stating that "a process or thread crucial to system operation has unexpectedly released or terminated" and noting that the problem is often caused by the problem with newly installed hardware or software. FF is the only new software that I installed it. I have not installed new hardware. The stop error is always the same: 0x000000F4. Thanks for your suggestions you may have.
Thanks for the suggestion, Kyle. I uninstalled and reinstalled FireFox and did not get a BSOD. It only 24 hours since I've done this, but so far, everything is fine. Thanks again!

BSOD no error checking for does not aspire VN7 - 792G
Hello world
I got my aspire VN7 - 792G (v17 nitro Black edition) since November 2015 and since last week, I was doing some odd BSOD bugcheck (0x000001d3) without errors. Using BlueScreenView I noticed that the error came from QCAMainx64.
This happened last week and so I did a system restore and then updated my drivers wireless at 11.0.0.471. I've also updated my Nvidia drivers to the latest version in the case who had problems.
I did a sfc scannow which gave rise to no error, I did a check of windows memory which gave rise to no problem and a disk check which resulted without any problem.
The strangest thing was that the BSOD is produced especially when my laptop was being called in the upper left corner. But after a week of no BSOD they now returned at random moments.
The first BSOD happened on cdrom.sys and netio.sys (also 0x000001d3) and then 2 other BSOD's happened (one while doing a system restore point) and the other so I just browsing youtube, which happened on the QCAMainx64 again.
I left the Netherlands in Dubai and I left my receipt to the Netherlands, so I only have a scan of my warranty paper and ordering the product emails to prove that the laptop is mine. I was not able to repair yet because I need my laptop for work as well.
I'll add my minidump files to this post. If anyone knows anything I might have missed or which is better I can do to avoid BSOD.
I am running Windows 8.1. It seems that, on the acer site, that I can not download more updates to driver for windows 8.1 because they offer only win 10. And I'd rather not updated for windows 10 in all.
Thank you for your time.

Try to update the driver with this version:
Click Download, double-click the auto unpacking package and look for a configuration or install the file.

BSOD (Stop error) on commissioning. Help, please!
Stop 0x0000000A (0x00000002, 0x00000001, 0x00000000, 0x804DC11D)
IRQL_Less_or_EqualFirst time this has happened only a few days ago. I had Windows XP Edition SP3 family.
I could not understand the problem and eventually reformat my C: drive and everything seemed fine. Then suddenly alluva the error again.
It begins one minute after I connect to my office, then after that I have to the windows startup screen and he mistakes for the BSOD.
Each time, it's the exact same error, so I don't know it's coming from the same source. And I don't know how it would be a virus that I have a virus scanner. All I hope is that this is something I can fix it for a few months without constantly reformatting or wipe my D: drive as there are things there I need and don't want to spend a whole day backup stuff.
An overview of this problem would be appreciated. And I can't log in to get a minidump. The stop error is all what I have.
I checked the PCI (my gfx and 2 wireless cards) cards by taking out them and the problem persists. I also checked the RAM sticks last time it happened by removing one and try. the problem persisted. I think it may be the motherboard or hard drive related... which I am dreading.

I googled and found this... Sorry if I'm not allowed to post outside links, but I'm 99% positive it's that one. Laughing out loud.

Heck. It's so much more enjoyable when things are easy. ;-) Well, since you have reinstalled Windows make sure you have installed the updated for all your hardware drivers. You won't get the since the Dell for your Dell Dimension 3000 website. The best way to do is to enter your Service tag in the Dell support page.
Once you have installed the updated drivers (and don't forget Desktop Software from Dell if this model has), if the problem recurs, then you for lack of material. Just get out the bits and putting them again - then it won't do not a complete waste of time. You need solve the material problems systematically. Dell has diagnostics which reach you by pressing F12 when the computer starts. You will see the start of the diagnostic utility option. Run full diagnostics on everything. It takes some time. If all goes, I would always test the RAM with Memtest86 +. We have seen many machines that passed the Dell diagnostics, but which had hardware problems. However, if the diagnostics show failures don't bother. Replace defective components.

On tests of hardware failures often alleged swapping parts by parts checked. If you can not do the test yourself and/or are uncomfortable opening your computer, take the machine to a professional computer repair shop (not your local equivalent of BigComputerStore/GeekSquad). If possible, have all your data backed up before taking the machine into a shop. One thing to note - it is an old machine. If the motherboard is the bad part, it's time to just buy a new computer. It will be uneconomic to put hundreds of dollars into this old machine. Wait next week and buy a new Dell running Windows 7. MS - MVP - Elephant Boy computers - don't panic!

Original title: several BSOD and not the more Tech savvy person.
I installed a new processor a few days ago an am3 + FX 6350 6 core and I had problem after problem with drivers and other things.
I get
0x000000D1 with RTLH64.sys
0x0000000A IQRL_Not_Less_Or_Equal
I've been reading around for awhile now and I need to show you my error logs, but I don't know how.
Someone would ask me what to do?
Thank you!
The attached kernel dump file is IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (a) bug check.
This indicates that Microsoft Windows or a driver in mode accessed kernel memory paged at DISPATCH_LEVEL level or above.
This bug check is issued if the memory paged (or invalid) is accessible when the IRQL is too high. The error that usually generates this bug check occurs after the installation of the faulty device driver or service system, BIOS.

In recent weeks, my computer started showing a BSoD, titled State pilot failure, whenever I stop, and sometimes, when I restart. The computer hangs on the closing down of the screen for at least ten minutes, until appears the BSoD, where making me one forced to close. After having extensively searched through Microsoft' forums and topics of support I still have not found a solution. I ran Debugging Tools for Windows to open a dump file, and it revealed an error code 0x9f with an ntoskrnl.exe image name. She led me to believe that my ntoskrnl.exe is corrupted or out of date, but I know that it is not recommended to replace this program unless that busy on a Microsoft OS disc. I bought my PC from Future Shop, so it isn't an OS disc.
Some of the solutions related to this error message, he said that the problem was possibly linked to attached USB devices. The only USB device I connected is an OCZ Eclipse Laser Mouse.
The BSoD has a side effect that if she interrupts a reboot of the system that is required to complete the system configuration, it leaves such configurations what.
My PC specs are:
Manufacturer: gateway
Model: FX6800 - 03 h
OS: Windows Vista Home Premium 64-bit
SP: Service Pack 2
Processor: Intel Core i7 920Here is the report of the bucket. I'm totally familiar with this program then please let me know what I can do to provide more information if required.

Hello
It's a bad driver more likely. Have you added all the other new features or updated drivers just before that
has started? Look in the Windows updates too to see if new drivers have been added at this time there. Use the utility
below to read the minidump. Here are a few ways to possibly fix the blue screen issue. If you could give the info from the blue screen that would be

BSOD with error code Bugcheck: 0xD1
Original title: the dreaded BSOD.
Hi, finally bite the bullet and ask for help.
Establish an office a few years back who worked perfectly without any problem, a couple of years, I decided it was time to upgrade and replaced the motherboard, RAM and graphics card with a clean install of Windows 7. He ran very well with some heavy for a week or two games and then the first BSOD came, nothing thought and turned down my graphics settings and tried to play again and then he started blue screening 5 minutes of any game. After many graphics driver reinstall (with driver sweeper), memtest runs and HD check blue screens have continued and I finally gave up on it.
Fast forward 2 years, I made another attempt on the desktop, 10 hours of updates Windows and updates of pilot followed a complete with MSE analysis and I booted up Fallout New Vegas, the game ran perfectly for 2 days and then blue screens started.
Help please!

BSOD stop error 9F: WINDOWS_SYMBOLS
Hello:
I have a BSOD on my laptop (Win 7 Pro 64 - bit SP1) with stop error 9F about Windows 7 Driver fault and WRONG_SYMBOLS based on the details of the minidump below.
This happens on the sleep/hibernate.
Appreciate your answer on how to solve this problem in a simple way? I saved the workspace of SYMBOLS and I could compare this to an existing location on the hard drive where the original files are, find the one (s) missing or recharge from a link on the Microsoft Web site? Don't know.
Thanks for your support, much appreciated.

you leave uninstalled Kaspersky. Use MSE or Avast. Possible Lenovo or Atheros

Hello
Update your driver, BIOS and any software of control and then work through the troubleshooting services
above if necessary.Could be a nuisance pilot. Update your drivers manually looking at system manufacturer and
Sites of the manufacturer of the device. This is my generic how updates of appropriate driver:
This utility, it is easy see which versions are loaded:
-Free - DriverView utility displays the list of all device drivers currently loaded on your system.
For each driver in the list, additional useful information is displayed: load address of the driver,
Description, version, product name, company that created the driver and more.
http://www.NirSoft.NET/utils/DriverView.htmlFor drivers, visit manufacturer of emergency system and of the manufacturer of the device that are the most common.
Control Panel - device - Graphics Manager - note the brand and complete model
your video card - double - tab of the driver - write version information. Now, click on update
Driver (this can do nothing as MS is far behind the certification of drivers) - then right-click.
Uninstall - REBOOT it will refresh the driver stack.Repeat this for network - card (NIC), Wifi network, sound, mouse, and keyboard if 3rd party
with their own software and drivers and all other main drivers that you have. Now in the system manufacturer (Dell, HP, Toshiba as examples) site (in a restaurant), peripheral
Site of the manufacturer (Realtek, Intel, Nvidia, ATI, for example) and get their latest versions. (Look for
BIOS, Chipset and software updates on the site of the manufacturer of the system here.)Download - SAVE - go to where you put them - right click - RUN AD ADMIN - REBOOT after
each installation.Always check in the Device Manager - drivers tab to be sure the version you actually install
presents itself. This is because some restore drivers before the most recent is installed (sound card drivers
in particular that) so to install a driver - reboot - check that it is installed and repeat as
necessary.Repeat to the manufacturers - BTW in the DO NOT RUN THEIR SCANNER device - check
manually by model.Look at the sites of the manufacturer for drivers - and the manufacturer of the device manually.

http://www.Vistax64.com/tutorials/193584-Device-Manager-install-driver.htmlIf you update the drivers manually, then it's a good idea to disable the facilities of driver under Windows
Updates, this leaves ONE of Windows updates, but it will not install the drivers who will be generally
be older and cause problems. If updates offers a new driver and then HIDE it (right click on it) and

New generation of PC - system don't gel no bsod - 41 error 6008 event
Build new PCs - Windows 7 GTX 780 VC - Intel Core i7 4790 - Thermal take TP 850 PSU - Samsung 840BW EVO SATA - Gigabyte Z97 - HD3 - 16 GB of RAM
Works quite different from 2 random freezes - the two core event 41 power
First Frost was during navigation - no video, 2nd gel watched stream on Twitch. (newspapers below)
Q: What could be the error? Defective? Build error? Something else? All up to date on Windows updates after the first frost. Other symptoms weird bloop possible in time (hard disk probably). Is there nothing more to learn about the balls that google don't recount? Appreciate any comment.
Happy to provide any other information.
UPDATE: two weeks later following advice to the Board of Directors, I tried to replace the power supply (using Zoltan 850w) and had always the same problem happens with hard locks. You wonder if it's my GC or Mo now. I'm running Furmark for a third time to stress GC again but without tests fail, it's just random at some stage, the system freezes and must be reset.
Just a message with the permission of you do know I solved my problem (in case you run on people who need help for this problem in the future)
Problem solved.
Despite several tests running on all the material system with no failures, the problem was a faulty RAM stick. That's why you probably shouldn't trust a single test as a conclusive troubleshooting. If I had just replaced/tested sticks weeks ago this problem would have been fixed. Thanks for the help and apologies for the silly, easy solution to this issue. The RAM did pass several tests of MEMtest and I be it the determining factor for the crossing of the RAM as the problem.
