Arrived today and the disc was in double sealed package of Microsoft Corporation.  The package comes with the key in very small print on the back that I had to read with a magnifying glass. This key is not accepted during the installation of the software. I checked that it was OK and I tried several times but the key has not been accepted. What should I do now?

  How can I keep my computer from HP 1 month (Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit) to close down and blue-screening at random times?  First thing I did when I got it was to slowly add programs I used on XP safely in the past.  I run Comcast w/McAfee and virus scan came negative.  However, just recently, I added Microsoft Office 2007 Ultimate Steal and updates the Microsoft appearing to all appropriate... I think that's when the trouble started.  Since then, I had random and/or closures crashes.  All the expert advice would be appreciated.  Thank you!!!

  I can't believe that this is the problem. in another forum I received other steps to disable "Start workspace" and it worked. But my laptop is an Inspiron 5421 (2.00 GHz Intel Core i7, 8 GB RAM, 1 TB of HDD, Nvidia GT yards).

  Steps to resolve this problem:
  -Menu Edit-> preferences-> Geral

  -Change the option to 'Open Most Recent' start
  -Restart the first

  Please go to the Photoshop preferences, then general tab and uncheck the option "Show Start Workspace"

  Restart Photoshop and then let me know if you still have the same problem or not.

  Hello! Guys,

  In another forum I received other steps to disable "Start workspace" and it worked.

  Steps to resolve this problem:

  -Press "ESC" to change the "Workspace" to any other option other than 'Start '.
  -Menu Edit-> preferences-> Geral

  -Uncheck the 'Show 'Start' workspace when no document is open'
  -Press "OK".
  -Close and restart Illustrator

  When I updated to the latest HP driver from the HP Support/drivers page, my MFP stopped scan from either a wireless network or directly connected setting.  It seems that if I scan the bed itself, I can scan when the print/scanning felt connected to my Mac, but the real problem is the document feeder.

  I also updated all THE updates Apple, including the HP Easy Scan application.

  When using the document feeder, the process initiated as it should... the first page scans, but does not appear in the HP scanning software... then 10 minutes later, the second page scan (same not result... no picture)... can I get a document could not load the error or something.  When this happens... I can't try to scan anything more until I have restart the MAC and printer.

  I got a few comments on this issue. Please download and install the HP Easy Scan application to see if it will allow you to scan from the ADF. Use the app for Easy Scan HP.

To scan from the printer to the computer xp, I had to use the HP Solution Center. The printer works very well with the new windows 7 program and new computer. I install wireless. No problems with it. Today when I went to scan a document with the HP Solution Center (I thought I had to use as before), this message came.

  "HP Solution Center cannot work because your device installation is not complete. Please connect the usb cable, or rerun the installation for a network installation cd. My installation CD said I had a version of the latest update on the installation CD, it was of no use. (although I don't know whether or not it was a duplicate of the drivers of devices on windows 7 for this.) I checked Add/Remove programs to make sure that the printer and the hp solultion Center have been added to the programs. they are listed. I can always scan with

  the hp Solution Center. Should I not this program to scan with this new pc? How can I scan from my printer now? I even tried to click scan on the printer, then scan to computer. the message I got was 'Try from scan of compurer. Refer to the documentation for more details ".  To be sure, I'm all mixed up now.   all fixed. has crossed my computer to start then click HP click HP and open list. Went to my printer-clicked on my printer and clicked on the icon list to see if it worked correctly. This is a problem with the drivers and a box popped up with directions on where and how to download and install the devices for windows 7.
  Done this and tested it and everything works fine now. (Ihad already tried the HP site for support and downloaded and installed the fix suggested for the problem, but it did not work). in any case, its fixed and I hope that if someone has a problem, this information will help you.

  You can go for the use of win8 / win7 / vista to match highlights you want - and download the win8 installation and run the installation with your key to download you need to install windows from that.  Will allow you to have an iso bootable.
