BSOD KERNEL_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILURE?
Hello, I got a few BSOD for this error KERNEL_SECURITY_FAIL_CHECK.
It's a PC I built myself.
It's link to empty folders and files driverView:

Thank you!
Hello
The two attached DMP files are error checking KERNEL_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILURE (139) .
This bug check indicates that the kernel has detected a critical data structure corruption.
Driver Verifier is turned on in both of these discharges - VERIFIER_ENABLED_VISTA_MINIDUMP, but it is down to detect a driver device in violation of one of them.
Curiously, the process that crashed was the same in the two dumps - WDDriveService. After taking a quick glance at your list of drivers loaded:
GVTDrv64.sys - my 05 Sep 2006 03:10:02
^^ Easy Tune 6 Gigabyte driver (called BSOD issues w/Win7 and 8)
In 2006, way too old for Windows 8 and I think it is contradictory. I would recommend either update this if available software - http://www.gigabyte.us/support-downloads/Utility.aspx?cg=2
or uninstall as soon as POSSIBLE.
Kind regards
Patrick

Blue Screen of Death BSOD KERNEL_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILURE
Hello community!
For about 3 weeks, I am having some problems with my laptopData sheet: MSI GS70 StealthIntel Core i7-4700HQ CPU 2 .40GHzRAM: 8 GBGraphics card: Nvidia GeForce GTX 765 MOS: Windows 8 Pro (the PC came with no OS so I cleaned installed)More often, the failure to check the safety of the kernel.I checked all my drivers, checked if my hard disk has no errors.By the way: my Windows is installed on my SSD.Here's my crashdumps: https://www.dropbox.com/s/oskba9n8ls3ufy9/Minidumps.zipThanks for all replies!Mark
These related to the bwcW8x64.sys band control filter driver bandwidth killer of Qualcomm, Atheros, Inc. Yours is 2 years old. I'd install the most recent driver available.

Kernel_security_check_failure frequent bsod
I get these all the time. Usually the start or stop. It sometimes takes 2 or 3 attempts before Windows starts, and I don't remember the last time I had a closed own. I think it has something to do with one of my external hard drives. I currently have a LaCie 1 TB and a 2 to Seagate. The LaCie currently has a single partition ExFAT, while the Seagate has 2 partitions HFS + and a NTFS. If I try to 'remove' LaCie, it works very well. If I try with the Seagate, he always says that the device is in use, and not to remove it. If I ignore the warning, I get a BSOD instant.
I would like to blame the HFS drivers that apple provides for the reading of the OS X partition. They suck no doubt. My proof is that I wanted to keep the Seagate as a pure GPT drive, so I have set up with 3 partitions HFS + disk utility, but Windows won't format the third partition to NTFS until I disabled the HFS driver. I guess I could disable the drivers again for a few days and see if the BSOD happen again, but I would still be able to see all HFS partitions, so I'm posting here in the hope of some sort of solution. And I was wondering if anyone else has had problems using external hard drives with HFS partitions.
sfc/scannow says everything is fine, and a virus scan found nothing.
And why using a partition for Time Machine makes it unreadable under Windows?
I disabled the HFS drivers, and the amount of BSOD has dropped dramatically. I'll leave this unresolved even if for now, because I want a solution that allows me to see my OS X partition and not yet constant BSOD.

I am Brazilian and acquired in the United States thanks to a friend, a spectrum of HP x 360 Convertible Notebooh - Win 10 - i7-6500u - 8 GB of RAM - 512 ssd
He constantly showed an error on blue screen of death BSOD (Blue Screen Of Death) with the "MEMORY_MANAGEMENT" error
However, other messages such as "PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA (Wdf01000.sys)" or "IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL" or "KERNEL_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILURE" are also presented at other times.
Sometimes, after much searching on the forums, I've seen a lot of people complaining that the video driver was the cause of the problem.
As I read on the forums, follow the instructions to update the BIOS to the latest version (F.35), then put to update the driver Intel(r) HD Graphics 520 to the latest version available on HP website (20.19.15.4360 from 21/12 / 2015).
The mistakes continued. I abandon me when I noticed something new, be the subject of an investigation. After a long comment, I realized that when the laptop is powered energy he not crushed and does not give problems, he gave when the battery.
When removing the power supply, after a short period, about 5 to 10 minutes, the mistakes began to appear, and then the question arises:
-It would be the parameter in battery power settings that could be the cause of the error (like setting up optimization, performance, etc) or is it really problem in the battery causing the error?
-Because the estimated Win10 battery life indicator has no estimate of consumption, keeping the status always "computation". This last fact strengthens the thesis that the problem is the battery.
Before ask you, I used the HP Suport Assistent to the battery test and he informs that the battery is standard, which goes against my thesis which is the problem of power or the power configuration in a device driver (probably the driver Intel(r) HD Graphics 520). I did tests of memory and the SSD and quite normal.I decided to disable the battery driver in dispostivos Manager. Its name in dispostivos Manager is 'Control method battery Microsoft ACPI-Compatible'. To my surprise, Guess, the laptop did not, I'm still testing, but it doesn't seem that it was driver stack of conflict. The machine did not fall down, but bad disable the driver, it's that we lose track of how much time we have autonomy, but rather sacrifice the autonomy of the video driver (was palliative that he used to be able to work with the battery). Go figure... Wells is now to see if HP will solve this problem of incompatibility, because I found the potential conflict and now awaits the solution. Let's see what will give... all new review here.

Thanks for the solid recommendation; your post on the removal of the Dell printer provided Killer drivers (wireless network and ethernet), and then update directly from the site of the murderer himself worked like a charm. So, for anyone who has an Alienware 17 R3, or face a similar problem with BSOD by Killer drivers, I can confirm the work of solution of this TCOLE334 and fixed my issues surrounding network causing BSOD drivers.
Now if only we can get our BSOD problems resolved with the Dell SupportAssist program. Starting from 04/03/2016, I'm waiting on an update of PC Doctor directly (I have been in contact with them for the last month now and work with them to try to resolve this breaker program.) I emailed plant minidumps, memory.dmp, newspapers, etc. We'll see. Patience is a virtue!)

For about a year now, I been dealing with errors in the screen and blue on my desktop Alienware X 51 R2. They produce several times when you first start the computer for the day and then work as usual for the rest of it. They tend to happen off and on again, stopping for a month or two and after. I went to many other forums for help with no luck. All of them seem to point to pilot/registry issues, such as PFN_LIST_CORRUPT and KERNEL_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILURE. I can never identify the problem, because whenever I think I fixed it they begin again a few weeks later. And this time, he had some freezes that act exactly like a BSoD without displaying the blue screen. Please help, I have no idea what is happening. He will also sometimes starts, beep, cut and repeat up to random point when he decides to work.
My wife and I have two machines R2 Alienware X 51 and both machines have started this behavior about a month or two after the expiration of the warranty.
After several tests it turned out that one of the sticks memory is faulty, although it shows still 8 GB of ram in the system specifications.
I replaced the two ram machines with kits of Kingston hyperX 8 gb dual channel and both machines worked perfectly since then.

KERNEL_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILURE on Windows 8
I have a TP-LINK TL-WN720N wireless adapter, it works fine but every time I disconnect (unplug directly from the laptop), the BSoD screen with error KERNEL_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILURE and later when the laptop completed said restarting these files caused the error

Can you guys fix this?

This phenomenon was related to athur.sys NIC CB42, CB43, MB42, MB43 of Atheros Communications, Inc. Yours is 3 years old.
I'd install the most recent driver available, even if it is the same date that drivers become corrupt
You must also update to win 8.1 ASAP

I'll try to explain my situation to the best I can. Last November, I bought a new Dell XPS 8700 desktop computer and thought it was pretty swell, until I started to receive BSOD different times apparently random, but in a predictable way. So far, I got BSOD from what follows:
-IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
-KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED
-KERNEL_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILURE
-DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
-SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED
-PAGE_FAULT_IN_NON_PAGED_AREA
Some of them are are produced usually just browsing the internet, especially watching YouTube videos, with the exception of today, when it crashed even if the computer had not been able to five minutes, which was the last straw which invited me to finally post it here.
If necessary, I can put all the minidump currently on my computer files in a .zip file and upload it to SkyDrive and others. Any help would be greatly appreciated, I just want to get rid of these constant and annoying BSOD.
Thanks for dumps, Wayne.
IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (a)
This indicates that Microsoft Windows or a driver in mode accessed kernel memory paged at DISPATCH_LEVEL level or above.
This bug check is issued if the memory paged (or invalid) is accessible when the IRQL is too high. The error that usually generates this bug check occurs after the installation of the faulty device driver or service system, BIOS.
KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED (1e)
This indicates that a kernel-mode program generated an exception which did not catch the error handler.
Bugcheck 1E, {ffffffffc0000005, fffff801c8b09fe1, 0, ffffffffffffffff}
6: kd > fffff801c8b09fe1 ln
(fffff801'c8b09df0) nt! KiDeferredReadyThread + 0x1f1 | (fffff801'c8b0ae00) nt! ObfDereferenceObjectWithTag^^ The exception is produced in nt! KiDeferredReadyThread.
KERNEL_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILURE (139)
This bug check indicates that the kernel has detected a critical data structure corruption.
Error checking 139, {3, fffff8800d7ba600, fffff8800d7ba558, 0}
Parameter 1 error checking is 3, indicating that a LIST_ENTRY has been tampered. Code 3, LIST_ENTRY corruption. This type of bug control can be hard to track down and indicates an inconsistency introduced in a list to double bond (detected when an input list element is added or removed from the list).
DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (d1)
This indicates that a kernel-mode driver attempted to access pageable memory with a high IRQL.
A driver tried to access a pageable (or that is completely invalid) address while the IRQL was too high. This bug check is usually caused by drivers who used a wrong address.

Windows Fresh 8 upgrade from fresh Windows 7
Hello
I've been using Boot Camp for several months, running Windows 7 on my Mac. I need extend partition, so I decided to uninstall the Windows 7 partition (using Boot Camp on a Mac), then reinstall Windows 7 on a freshly prepared partition. Who had finished I immediately upgraded to Windows 8.
I installed the Boot Camp of support software, and as far as I can tell all my drivers are up to date.
However, every time I restart or shut down the computer, I get a BSOD with Kernel_security_check_failure. I tried to study it using WinDbg, but all this can point to what is NTKRNLMP.exe which shows that it is caused by something else, and it is not clear what.
I tried to go through this process twice, so I'm on my second fresh install in Windows 8 now.
There is no other problems at all on Mac or Windows, it is not never failed except when it restarts.
I ran a memtest with no problems found.
I have about this problem over the past months, I have been using Windows 7
The only time I saw it crash not was when it was connected to an external monitor which leads me to believe it's a problem with the display driver. I tried all the drivers from the Boot Camp, Windows update software and update the Intel utility display and none of them solve the problem.
Any help or this point troubleshooting tips would be MUCH appreciated and I would be interested to hear if someone has the same problems.
Thank you!
Chris
Can you zip the minidump in the C:\Windows\Minidump folder files and (provide link) available via Windows Live SkyDrive or similar site?
The following link has information about the use of Windows Live SkyDrive:
If you have problems to compress the minidump files copy the minidump files to another location such as a folder on the desktop
In addition, you do not necessarily have compress the minidump files, you can download one at a time.

I get BSOD when opening Premiere Pro and Photoshop (the apps I tried and use most).
I got an Asus N56V with a 750M from Nvidia graphics card. I've been using a cracked version and it was working fine until I had the BSOD saying kernel_security_check_failure. I was told to get a copy of play to help solve this problem. I bought a legitimate copy of the CC from Adobe. Always the same problem on Windows 10 (legitimate copy). I had my local computer store to take a peek. They have reinstalled Windows 8 and tried again. Still the same problem. They have tested and implemented new bars of memory RAM. The same problem. New processor. The same problem. They suggested that it might be the motherboard has gone and it was too expensive to replace and suggested that I get a new laptop.
I have a new laptop. A Dell Inspiron 15 7559 with 960M graphics card. I have installed Adobe CC, installed updates, made sure everything is updated on my PC including drivers for everything. And the same thing happens. BSOD when first logo. Same thing with good Photoshop on the previous laptop, sometimes, I was able to open the first but then it would freeze and not respond. Once or twice I've managed to load a project and then have blue screen TI on me. These BSODS are seemingly random when they occur. I have not tried once again on the new laptop that I see it as pointless.
Overall, I'm not happy that it has affected my ability to finish the work of the University that I used the software during the Christmas period and had to go back early to try to finish the job that I couldn't do anything on my laptop. Meant that spending time away from family, and spend more money to try to get it fixed or change my train ticket to come back sooner.
Customer service Adobe have been some of the worst I've seen and entirely unhelpful. If anyone has any ideas on what to do? I would like to know, if not, I am deeply disappointed by Adobe, the software that I bought, and their quality of care. I was told that they don't even have a complaints department. I will not recommend the software to anyone I know and he will avoid in the future if nothing is resolved.

When you read through the nets, sometimes there are other solutions apart from that marked OK. have you read and try these search results?
some report the latest driver from nvidia is the cause and using an older driver before December 2015 fixed, or deactivation of the nvidia card.
someone else posted a hotfix driver that solves the problem with photoshop and illustrator, and perhaps of other adobe applications. Driver GeForce HotFix 361,60
Another change the nvidia graphics processor control panel preferred processor high performance-> NVIDIA, which is probably the same as disabling of the intel.

CC Photoshop and Windows 10 and BSOD continues
Hello world
Lately, I struggled to open Photoshop, but every time on "loading preferences...". "in the Launcher it freezes and cuts to the blue screen with KERNEL_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILURE.
Data sheet:
Dell Inspiron 7000 series model 7559
Intel Core i7-6700HQ processor
SK hynix SC300 M.2 2280 128 GB SSD
ST1000LM024 HN-M101MBB 1 TB HARD DRIVE
Intel(r) HD Graphics 530
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960M
I read up on the different methods of temporary corrections. This is the sound I made:
-tried to open Photoshop CC with administrative rights
-tried to change the default value of the 960 integrated GTX graphic card
-tried to access Photoshop CC from a shortcut on the desktop
-try searching for damaged memory or RAM
-verification of updates of drivers tried
-tried rolling back the drivers
-tried reinstalling
I tried various combinations, now I do it all the every time. Each time, I get varying results: sometimes the pitcher will make it to halfway through, the program opens a few seconds sometimes. Each time, a blue screen with the same error code. Nothing but KERNEL_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILURE
The most recent series of BSOD occurred after the recent Photoshop CC update, a few days from when I had fixed using the shortcut on the desktop. At this point, I can just use technical support, but this is a last resort in order to understand what is happening.
Hi andrewt,
Its a known issue with Photoshop CC 2015, we suggest you try a workaround for now.
Go to: C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop 2015 CC > find Sniffer.exe > move the file to the desktop
Launch Photoshop and check if that helps.
Let us know if that helps.
Kind regards
~ Mohit

BSOD when starting Photoshop CC 2015
I downloaded Photoshop CC 2015.All was fine, but when I updated my GPU driver and open Photoshop, Windows gave me BSOD with error: KERNEL_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILURE. Same thing happened with first Pro CC 2015.Can you help me?
PS: my GPU NVIDIA GeForce 940 M, my Windows is Win8.1
Hi Kraftinger,
This problem is due to the last update of Nvidia drivers.
You must uninstall the current drivers and to return to the previous.

Last night, I was just using Facebook as usual and bam, BSOD. When I tried to restart, it would reach a point about halfway through the apple logo, go to a gray screen, then restart again. After several tries to restart, I finally restarted in verbose mode, noticed anything weird and it finally started raising but very slowly. I went to my console to see if I could find anything unusual and I found the repetitive lines of the following:
kernel [0]: sandbox: appleeventsd (47) deny metadata-reading-file/library
In addition, 8 lines of this:
kernel [0]: sandbox: appleeventsd (47) deny com.apple.ocspd mach-search
What does that mean and can I do about it if it does not happen?
Have you tried to restart the console recovery and repair of permissions? I have not found anything specific related to these errors.

After uninstalling and reinstalling 42.0 FF, I get BSOD 0x000000F4 error
FF has been excruciatingly slow and constantly crashed. I tried to reset, but does not solve the problem, so I did a uninstall and reinstall. Now, I get the BSOD every day, stating that "a process or thread crucial to system operation has unexpectedly released or terminated" and noting that the problem is often caused by the problem with newly installed hardware or software. FF is the only new software that I installed it. I have not installed new hardware. The stop error is always the same: 0x000000F4. Thanks for your suggestions you may have.
Thanks for the suggestion, Kyle. I uninstalled and reinstalled FireFox and did not get a BSOD. It only 24 hours since I've done this, but so far, everything is fine. Thanks again!
