built-in laptop computer keyboard problems A45-s120

I'm having a problem with my keyboard. the integrated keyboard has a few letters that simply do not work. I tried everything to get to work, nothing helps. [It is not the only area of the keyboard, it's the letters sdgq and characters,.] [They work if I connect a keyboard to the laptop, but not on the built-in keyboard.

What can I do, what can be the problem.

I think it might still be under warranty years, but am not sure.

Hello
seem to be a defective keyboard for me.

The security question is easy to answer for me.

Tell me your serial number that I can tell you, if it is still under warranty.

Good bye

  • Laptop computer screen problems!

I walked on my laptop and the screen cracked, but it worked well. But NOW the screen keeps shaking so that I don't see anything on the screen. It starts and stops, and it does not occur when I use the word. Is there something I can do?

There is no you can do in addition to the replacement of the screen; continued use may cause other components to fail. Contact the support of the manufacturer of the laptop computer about the replacement of the screen. As an alternative, you may be able to locate a known local computer repair shop to do the work; I do not recommend using one of the chains of big box stores.

Since this is a new portable contact ASUStek Support, check their online documentation and drivers, and

Vista and Windows 7 updated drivers love then here's how update the most important.

This is my generic how updates of appropriate driver:

This utility, it is easy see which versions are loaded:

-Free - DriverView utility displays the list of all device drivers currently loaded on your system.
For each driver in the list, additional useful information is displayed: load address of the driver,
Description, version, product name, company that created the driver and more.
    http://www.NirSoft.NET/utils/DriverView.html

For drivers, visit manufacturer of emergency system and of the manufacturer of the device that are the most common.
Control Panel - device - Graphics Manager - note the brand and complete model
your video card - double - tab of the driver - write version information. Now, click on update
Driver (this can do nothing as MS is far behind the certification of drivers) - then right-click.
Uninstall - REBOOT it will refresh the driver stack.

Repeat this for network - card (NIC), Wifi network, sound, mouse, and keyboard if 3rd party
with their own software and drivers and all other main drivers that you have.

Now in the system manufacturer (Dell, HP, Toshiba as examples) site (in a restaurant), peripheral
Site of the manufacturer (Realtek, Intel, Nvidia, ATI, for example) and get their latest versions. (Look for
BIOS, Chipset and software updates on the site of the manufacturer of the system here.)

Download - SAVE - go to where you put them - right click - RUN AD ADMIN - REBOOT after
    each installation.

Always check in the Device Manager - drivers tab to be sure the version you actually install
presents itself. This is because some restore drivers before the most recent is installed (sound card drivers
in particular that) so to install a driver - reboot - check that it is installed and repeat as
    necessary.

Repeat to the manufacturers - BTW in the DO NOT RUN THEIR SCANNER device - check
    manually by model.

Look at the sites of the manufacturer for drivers - and the manufacturer of the device manually.

  • Laptop computer connection problems Toshiba for HP Officejet Pro 8610

Hi, I just unpacked my new HP Officejet Pro 8610 and after close to two hours still unable to connect it with my laptop.  I have a Toshiba Satellite S55 A5257 8.1 Windows running.  The printer shows that it is connected to the correct network (with no other network name of the network).  I tried setting up with the normal settings, then with firewall disabled, then with the firewall and antivirus, stop and went through all the suggestions on the software to solve problems of installation failure that has been suggested to install.  Have also tried to turn the router off and on again and also turn off the laptop and turn it on again.  Also the printer is off and turned it back.

I'd be more than happy to try other suggestions that anyone could have.

Update: a little while later, I have at least been able to print using a usb cable, but is not always wireless.

    Hi Jimbo867,

    Welcome to the HP Forums!

I see that your HP Officejet pro 8610 does not connect to your Windows 8.1 with a Wi - Fi connection. I'm happy to help you with this problem of connection!

    Please see the following guides:

My laptop HP G6 will not charge the battery and is not able to run with only one adapter. The charge LED lights up not at all.
