• at & t u-verse, & having problems connecting my Officejet 4500 to my current wireless network

  Hello

  I just got an Officejet 4500, and I am unable to connect it to my current wireless network.  I'm AT & T U-Verse so I use 2Wire equipment.  I have a Mac Book Pro, and I'm on Mac OS X operating system 10.5.8.  When I try to connect, I get an error message saying something like "Failed to connect."

  In the past, I had problems connecting my Airport Express to 2Wire.  In order to make it work, I connected the router 2Wire and changed the WPA - PSK (TKIP) security settings and WPA2 - PSK (AES) to just WPA2 - PSK (AES).  My Airport Express was able to connect without any problems.

  Please help me to connect my Officejet 4500 to my 2Wire router.  I note also that I'm not really tech savvy so I need instructions are written in simple terms.

  Unfortunately, it is not possible to extend the networks with the WRT54GS wireless since it does not have the connection ability. However, you can run a cable to him and set it as an access point. Here's how:

• Officcejet blue 6500 Wireless - vertical lines on scans and Copies - cannot fully open ADF

  HP Officejet 6500 Wireless - problem with vertical blue lines on documents when you use the automatic document feeder.

  Brush the dish is very good. I'm looking for here for quite awhile now and I... all suggest to clean the glass in the ADF tried. I can't open more than 3cm. It is enough to get to about a cloth inside, but nowhere near enough to clean it properly, or even see if there is something on it to clean.

  I have followed some tutorials online already and am following the steps but just can not open fully.

  If this isn't the dirty glass, that is the question, is there anything else it could be? If I copy through the ADF it prints also vertical lines.

  The above poster is right, more often, the vertical lines in the analyses is caused by dust, debris, or marks on the glass of the scanner. The best way to remove these lines is to clean the glass with a lint (like a lava-glass cloth or a coffee filter) and some filtered water. If the printer has an ADF Assembly on top, some printer models require you to open the part of the printer to access the ADF for cleaning glass.

  Generally wrinkles caused by dust/debris will be black. In some cases, if the color is visible (as above) it will adopt the color on the glass (colour copies/scans only). If you have several lines of several colors, it is entirely a different matter. I resolves this problem by unplugging the unit from the printer and the wall jack for 30 seconds and then turn the unit back.

  I just moved my Time Capsule in a House that had already set up a network of airports, so I need is no longer the network wireless set up on the TC. I don't have, however, still access the hard drive and I also need an ethernet port for a wired elsewhere in the House, so I spent in Extender mode and connected to the other airport network. I get no network via the ethernet port connectivity, and the TC light is orange and blinking slowly.   The TC may 'extend' either by connecting to an existing wireless network signal, created by another Apple router... or... it can "extend" connecting using Ethernet to another router from Apple.

  I'm guessing that you meant that you tried to configure the TC to extend the signal from the 'main' Apple router wireless, but it would be useful that you could confirm that.

  No matter if you have configured the TC to extend wireless using or extend via an Ethernet connection, it would be a signal with the same name as the 'main' Apple router wireless, so I don't understand why that you cannot connect to the TC and check certain settings.

  Unfortunately, as the Ethernet on the TC ports do not work, the option of trying to connect a Mac directly on the TC in this way in order to verify certain parameters will not be available.

  My advice would be to start over on the TC and reset it to default and then put settings in place again.  Will not remove or modify any data on the hard drive TC... it will only reset network settings so that the TC can be reconfigured again to expand the network.

  Here, I assume that the wireless network is provided by another router from Apple. It would be useful to know what model of the airport router, you will need to confirm that everything will work when you reconfigure the TC.

  "Assistant" Installation Apple will implement the TC for you quickly easily, then that would be the way forward in this regard. Let us know if you need some tips on using the "Wizard".

  With the Express connected to Arris gateway with Ethernet, you have the basis for a roaming network.

  I would recommend that you run the AirPort Utility and allow it to run automatic installation of the Express. The utility should detect that the Express is connected by Ethernet and go through the steps to properly set up. Note: If you have made any changes to the Express since out of the box, I strongly suggest that you first perform a 'factory' reset on it to make sure that the installation went well.

• Get rid of the current wireless network connection so that I can set up a new connection using the same IP address.

  Linksys Help Desk told me that a WRE54G amplifier is not useful to extend range, because they will have only a helping hand signal by 50% compared to a WAP54G wireless access point that they recommend.

  Can you suggest the best way to increase the signal between a WRP400 router and a wireless WPS54G print server? Would a WAP54G wireless set to halfway between the two (or in some other way) is working to boost the strength of the signal between WRP400 router wireless and wireless WPS54G Print server?

  Now, using sql, which accepts a parameter col1, how do I get the bottom o/p

  say that the entry is second_flag,

  output must be

  second_flag, 104, 4 (4 being the difference between 104 and 100)

  If I give the entry like third_flag, the output should be

  third_flag, 110, 6 (6 is the difference between 110 and 104)

  Any help?

  Another way is to use the analytic LAG function:

  This assumes that the lines are in alphabetical order by col1.  If the order is something else, then use it in the ORDER BY clause analytical.

  I use JDev 11.1.2.3

  I am faced with a really strange behavior of the exportCollectionActionListener. I have a table for each row in this table, a link that calls a popUp. This popUp tells the story of this selected save changes (means it displays data from a different table/VO, who keeps a history of the first) in a table. I have a button that calls the exportCollection for this second table. When I press on it, an excel file is generated and downloaded and everything is perfect until now. If there was not any which record in this table, and o back to the first, by pressing the button send is not track all changes. But if there where all records from this table of history (always talking about the history of the current line), go back to the first and press on submit, that the very first line of the table of fir trees, gets all of it's values as the last row of the second table, as it is copied from one to the other. I have to press on restore back to normal (note that the popUp has it's CancelListener to call a restore of a bean to support operation).

  Why is this happening?

  I found a work around for this problem.

  I added the code that causes the whole view Refresh (ie: the whole page), the popUp cancelListener, also I changed the commandLink partialSubmit property and set it to true. It's not like totally cool watching the screen charge for this fragment of a second after the closure of the pop-up window, but it not the drill.

  If you have mutiple file extensions that have been changed, you were probably victim of some malicious programs and your best choice of action (as malware rarely comes without friends and other riders) is a complete wipe and the new installation of the tracking updates and restoring your file system and personally connected since the last known good backup applications you did.

When the automatic document feeder, copying copies resulting dating a (thin) continuous black line from the top of the sheet for any length, to 1 3/8 "from the left edge of the worksheet. Line does not appear when you copy directly from glass. Am not able to determine a way to access a possible source of problem (most likely a dirty friction roller).   Netgear wireless adapter worked for several weeks, but, seeing at night, wireless, adapter is turned off & error message on PC says windows cannot connect to the adapter. adapter appears on PC wireless, connections as a post have tried reboot, reset, unplug FTEs etc. any ideas?

  I need to get a new laptop as my only current becomes slow and unresponsive, so I thought I'd do a Microsoft Surface tablet when they become available. I only bought my printer a couple of months, and it would really be a guy, if it was not compatible with the Surface.

  Also, I downloaded the Windows 8 Preview of consumers, and in trying to connect my printer, it wouldn't install because it did not support the operating system, telling me to make sure I was using XP or Win 7. After a few weeks, I returned to windows 7. Does this mean that my printer will not work with any version of Windows 8, either on a tablet or PC?
