  If you switch to Firefox 3.5 you will lose historic navigation and cookies. If you switch to 3.6 you will not lose data.

  Downgrade to Firefox 3.5 or 3.6 first of all uninstall Firefox 4, but do not select the option 'remove my Firefox personal data '. If you select this option, it will delete your bookmarks, passwords and other user data.

  Then you can install the latest version of Firefox 3.6 available to http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/all-older.html - it will automatically use your favorite courses, passwords etc.

  If you need to go to 3.5, you can get the latest version of Firefox 3.5 http://releases.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/releases/3.5.18/win32/en-US/

  I recommend, to avoid possible problems with decommissioning, accessing your profile folder and delete the following files if they exist - extensions.cache, extensions.rdf, extensions.ini, extensions.sqlite and localstore.rdf. Delete these files will force Firefox to rebuild the list of installed extensions, check their compatibility and cancel the toolbar customizations.

  What can I do to access and save the documents of this educational website?  I'm able to download, but when it comes to saving the document, the above answer is displayed.  This was not always the case.  In the past, I was able to download as well as saving resources, until I had to install a version update of the player.  This is where the problem started.  I am able to save documents on my husband's computer, but not on my MacBook - and this is where I need to save them.

  It could be that Reader is not used to open it in your browser.

  Have you tried right-clicking on the link for the pdf files, download them and then using the file > open within the drive itself?

School technicians say it's my office (PH Pavilion p6210y PC Win7HomePrem. I prefer not to use IE because I do not trust Microsoft. I only use Win because I have no choice.

  I tried the 'Safe Mode', but nothing has changed. I saw the 'reset Firefox' and after letting things settle back in and tried it, but nothing has changed then either. Thanks anyway.

• Cannot synchronize windows security 8 for the family with Web site

  I already have a security account for the family windows on pc windows 7 of my son.  We just got him a windows Tablet 8 for school and I want to add this device to his account with the same settings.  I went through the installation on windows 8 (creation of a local child account for him, which allows security for the family for the account).  When I hit the button to manage the settings on the family safety website, it tells me that the service is not available.  My Internet as fine (since I'm on this site), so I doubt that it is a temporary problem.  On the family safety website, it shows its Windows 7 PC, but not the tablet of windows 8.  Someone has ideas of how do I synchronize the security settings for the windows family 8 with the site?

My approach has been to record videos of them doing their thing, which was a success I bought CS5 Production Premium. I would like to start frees up some vids of math really chic.

  My camera photo and video, has received and not yet used, is the Canon T2i. I think this device shoots AVCHD, and if I'm wrong on this, the high compression rate will be a bit of a problem with the AMD processor, but perhaps not hard drives.

  HERE IS MY QUESTION - if I'm cannibalizing the two of them, I could make a camera with 8 GB of RAM and set up 2 or 3 disks RAID array, run the motherboard controller. This machine would be worth?

  I catch up with current tech info and know where all these coins rank. I've done my homework on these forums for over a week and have some information on the software, CUDA and MPE and the needs of high bitstream decoding and reading. I am aware that a 8 GB max RAM on motherboard will be a bottleneck and that these are not the fastest drives, nor the AMD processor in collusion with the i7-930.

  But, given that the GTS 250 turns CUDA accelerate the EMT, I 'm sitting on the parties which will take place on the technical level of the software. I already blew most of my paychecks for the year on this stuff would just as quickly see what can I do with what I have. The platform AMD/DDR2 is considerably cheaper than the road Intel 860/930.
