• HP c6380: HP Solution Center stopped working

  HP Solution Center has stopped working. I am able to print, but the function in an analysis center solution no longer works.

  I use Windows 7. I can scan if I plug in the USB cable, but not using a wireless connection. Works only for printing. I used HP Scan and printing doctor, but that has not solved the problem.

  I've seen a number of positions with various suggestions (install Macromedia Flash Player, reinstall the driver, etc.) that did not work. I would like to hear how others have solved this problem or, better yet, how HP addressed.

  

  Thanks for getting back to me anderswolf! Maybe a level 3 uninstall and reinstall, will help launch the software in speed to operate again on your computer.

  Perform a level 3 uninstall if you have an HP computer or a level 4 uninstall if you have a computer not HP.
  There are 2 ways you can run levels:
   
  Of the Original installation CD:
  1. Insert the CD in the drive and then cancel Setup
  2. open "Computer", and then right click on CD drive and open
  3 open the Util folder
  4 open the CCC folder
  5. If you have an HP computer, run the L3uninstall.exe. If you have a computer not HP, run the L4uninstall.exe
  6. once the uninstall is complete, restart the computer
  7. run the download to reinstall the printer: HP Photosmart full feature software and drivers
   
  If the software has been downloaded and extracted to your system:
  1. Click Start and type %temp% in the search field and press ENTER to open the Temp folder
  2. Locate and open the folder starting with 7z (example: 7zS2356) (if there is more than one, choose the most recent folder)
  3 open the Util folder
  4 open the CCC folder
  5. If you have an HP computer, run the L3uninstall.exe. If you have a computer not HP, run the L4uninstall.exe
  6. once the uninstall is complete, restart the computer
  7. run the download to reinstall the printer

• HP 8500 A909g Pro: HP Solution Center

  HP Solution Center has stopped working a few days ago.  Made no changes to the computer.  I went through all the troubleshooting, uninstalling, re-installing, removing the drivers, disable all services not Microsoft and startups, disabling the windows disk cleanup updates and whatever else HP recommended on their web site.  I always end up with the same inactive HP Solution Center because the installation is not complete.  The printer works and the scans, the HP Solution Center also works on another computer. I had two error 1602 & 1603 after reinstalling the full features software.

• Problems to install the Solution Center

  HP Photosmart C6380, later Center of HP solutions web site lists as compatible Windows 8.1.

  408 PS_AIO_4_C6380_NET_FULL_WIN_WW_140_: this file will not be installed Solution Center, only drivers, even though it claims to have installed all the software.

  Is there a way I can get the software suite to a .iso file so I can burn my own installation disc? Then I might be able to navigate the disc and try to install the Solution Center in itself.

  I'm sorry to hear that the final stages has not solved the problem. The next step would be to complete an uninstall of level 3. I've included the steps below for you.

  1. press the Windows key and the letter R
  2. tap folder
  3. press enter or click OK
  4. open the file 7z
  5 open the util folder
  6 open the folder of the ccc
  7. double-click on the Uninstall_L3

  Once the uninstall is complete, you will need to empty the temp folder. To do this simply follow the steps,
  1. press the Windows key and the letter R
  2. tap folder
  3. press enter or click OK
  Once you are in the temp folder, you can remove all entries listed. Note that not all entries will be deleted, because some programs are open. For these entries, you can click on ignore. Next, you need to empty the trash. After the Recycle Bin has been emptied, you will have to perform a clean boot. I've included the document "How to perform a boot in Windows". If your computer does not request it, restart your computer.

  Once restart is completed, you will need to download and install the software again. I have included a link to the ' all-in-one HP Photosmart C6300/6324 Printer series full feature software and driver '.

  Try uninstalling and reinstalling the software and drivers.

  It seems that communication has become a problem between the computer and the printer.

  My HP PSC 1510 all-in-printer software has become non-functional. I need to download a full installation of the software. I am subject to the sites with drivers. The complete program, WITH SOLUTION CENTER needs to be reinstalled. I don't see that accompany the right drivers.

  I found several sites with the complete list of problems and solutions, even if I tried to restrict the search.

  Could someone please locate this complete? A link that includes the center of Solution would be wonderful.

  The original disc is old several years and normally install on the 8.1.

  This download includes the HP Deskjet and Officejet Software Suite (advanced imagery and product functionality) and driver. HP Deskjet and Officejet full feature software and drivers.

  Having said that it is version 14.8 so I'm almost certain, that there the Solution Center. Please let me know if that solves the problem.

  I have a HP PSC 1510v AIO printer.  I just reinstalled Windows XP Pro, and I would like to install the software.  However, I don't want all the other software installed, only the printer drivers and the HP Solution Center.  I have downloaded drivers from the HP website, but does not only of the HP SC.

  Can someone tell me if this is possible and if so, how get the HP SC software?

  Still no. - GB.  Here's what I did:

  1 - Uninstall all HP software (I only have the printer HP 1510)

  2 reboot

  3. run 4 batch files that remove the HP stuff.

  4 reboot

  5 - run regedit and delete the HP references all known.  Some I was not sure, so I left those alone.

  6. run CCleaner and the portion of registry cleaner.

  7 reboot

  8 reinstall the software using the CD with the software.

  What I'm left with is the printer is working and Solution Center will begin, but it says "no device found".  From there, if I try to install the printer, it crashes the computer when installing the software is looking for the printer.  I left this run for 60 minutes, so I leave enough time to settle.  BTW, to step #8 above, the installation repository directory shows that I specified in the first install I have done, so all the uninstallling I don't becomes less.

  I'm stuck!  Any ideas?

  I'm under ESXI 4.1 (260247), on a DELL R410, with a DELL SATA SAS6/IR controller, with 2 x 500 GB SATA drives.

  Everything worked very well, but since a week after awhile, my data store become inactive.

  I can always connect to vsphere, but the data store is indicated as being inactive. VM seems to be runing again (nobody is marked as inactive), but I can't ping anyone, nor to achieve using the Console or SSH.

  The only solution I found is to reboot the host (which takes 30-40 minutes, he attempts to save the State of the virtual machine, but appear to it cannot, as the data store is turned off.). In any case, after 30-40 minutes, reboot the server and everything works well.

  The data store become inactive, always during the night. During the night, I have a job that back up my mail server. Perhaps it's because of a strong e/s disks, then the data store to become inactive, even if it seems odd, because I had this job running for months without any problem.

  I have nothing in the newspapers, so a bit hard to debug.

  I tried a new analysis of Scan VMFS Modules, update the data store, the controller, but nothing works hope to restart the host.

  If someone has an idea, it would be greatly appreciated, because I can't sleep too in recent weeks, because I need to check if my server is still going every night...

  I think that your SATA driver is the ahci module.  The problem you see would also be good disk hardware or faulty controller.  The test equipment is a good idea - it is more likely a hardware problem if it worked so long on 4.0 without problem.

  You can see what the parameters are configurable ahci has by running:

  esxcfg-module i - ahci

  If there is a stated maximum hardware queue depth parameter, which is the default, and you can try to change with:

  esxcfg-module - s = ahci

  Reboot and confirm the new setting with:

  esxcfg-module g - ahci

  Select this option.

  The extension Freeven pro is probably the problem. Only that disable and check again.

  If you have the same problem after having disabled the extension pro Freeven then, disable graphics hardware acceleration.

  You will have to perhaps restart Firefox for it to take effect, so save any work first (e.g. you compose mail, documents online that you are editing, etc.).

  Then perform the following steps:

  • Click on the orange top left Firefox button, then select the 'Options' button, or, if there is no Firefox button at the top, go to tools > Options.
  • In the Firefox options window, click the Advanced tab, and then select 'General '.
  • You will find in the list of parameters, the checkbox use hardware acceleration when available . Clear this check box.
  • Now restart Firefox and see if the problems persist.

  In addition, please check the updates for your graphics driver by following the steps in the following knowledge base articles:

  • Troubleshoot extensions, themes, and issues of hardware acceleration to resolve common problems of Firefox
  • Update your graphics drivers to use hardware acceleration and WebGL

  In safe mode hardware, acceleration is disable by default.

• HP Solution Center does not work after installing Windows 10.

  After 10 Windows Installer, Solution Center HP, which is part of the installation of software for my HP Officejet 4500 510nz, tells me that the software is incomplete. The installation disc does not open, so I downloaded the HP program and re-installed. I always get the message that the software is incomplete. HP says they no longer support this printer (bought 24/05/14 - May 25/09/13!) - WOW! ~ printer still print, but will not run the other functions such as scanning, etc., because the HP Solution Center does not start, and HP has abandoned in favor of their product.

  Now what? Should I buy a new printer to replace this year 1 old HP so I can use its features with W10?

  Or, is there a way to fix it?
