  Unit 4.04. Have a configuration of call for our business Office Manager. Their schedule is from Monday to Friday 08:00 to 17:00. Meanwhile the standard greeting plays and when that time is not in force their closed greeting plays. If I put a holiday in Sept 5 labor day and check the box of holiday observing what greeting will play this day there... It's the closed greeting which will remain in force?

  It will be greeting closed. Watch this excerpt of a good doc of the unit;

  "All managers to call in Cisco Unity work according to a schedule, which is located on the profile page for the call handler. The calendar dictates that closed or standard welcome message is broadcast. The standard greeting is a greeting played during normal office hours. The closed greeting message is played after normal office hours. In Cisco Unity, the system administrator, under the calendar option, there are several default schedules that can be found by using the option to find on the toolbar. Once a program is selected on the table to edit table, if a block is checked, the Standard greeting is played for this block of thirty minutes of time. If a block is not checked, the closed greeting plays.

  According to the Cisco Unity documentation, when a holiday framework is in force, Cisco Unity plays closed greetings and observes the closed transfer rules. You can configure several years vacation at a time. You can copy the holiday from one year to the next and set dates according to the needs

• Smartphones blackBerry with calendar questions probably a problem of setting

  Howdy all! I just changed a curve (which I really liked) to a "BOLD" (which I love!) I think I have a handle on most of the small difference, but have a problem with the screen of the MCH that makes me crazy! I can't seem to view the following two pending appointments under the "calendar" icon (of course it does not show the first two messages email either, but I can live with that). I tried a couple of different themes that display these options in their view example (most recently the Blackberry Storm today than themes4bb.com) but still no appointment until I actually open the calendar application. I think that it is in a setting somewhere, but I just feel like a "retarded" because I can not find it. Anyone out there have any ideas? I would really appreciate the help.

  Recently I've been unable to sync my Blackberry calendar with my Outlook 2010 calendar. I get a message "calendar not installed" when I sync my files of the Organizer. My other files Organizer synch OK. I am able to do on my device and Outlook calendar entries but cannot synchronize the calendars. I tried everything I could think of... All solutions?

  Yes, change your profiles.

  1. Select the profiles icon

  2. a box will appear where you can quickly choose between Loud, vibrate, quiet, normal, phone only, and outside. If you like quick-change device profiles and select the one you want and get out.

  3. If you want to change the tones assigned to the applications in the device, and then select the last option, advanced options
  (some older models and 'Advanced' OS 4.1 and below will not step - so advanced is not present go directly to step 4 below).

  4. Select the profile you want to change. (Loud, vibrate, quiet, Normal (default), phone only, Off)
  Note: on the 8100, 8800 and 8300 models: do not click on the trackball. Instead of this, click on the menu button to the left of the trackball).
  Note: The profile that is in use will tell: (active)

  5. you will now see a list of all applications that can have an assigned tone (browser, calendar, level 1 Messages, Messages ([email protected]), calendar, Messenger, MMS, phone, SMS, job ect..)

  6. Select the application you want to change the tone / notification for

  7. you can now edit the tones of the case and Holster / notifications.
  (a) select between: none, Tone, vibrate, vibrate + tone
  (b) select the range that you want to use
  (c) Select Volume (the options are mute, low, medium, high, climbing)
  (d) to select the number of beeps (the options are 1, 2, 3)
  (e) select Repeat Notification (options are None, flashing LED)
  (f) if value vibrator or vibrate + tone and select number of Vibrations (the options are 1, 2, 3)

  8. repeat a to e for each of the applications set out in number 5 above

  1. when I select the new appointment icon I get the screen to enter a subject and it displays the start time of 08:00 and the end of the 6. The way I put in place.   1. instead of "New appointment" open the day view.

  2. it looks like a question of your trackball dexterity.  More practice, try to improve your accuracy?  Or it may be a faulty trackball - visit a retail store and see if you have the same problem on a couple of demo phones.

  3. the default date is today, but you should be able to change it.  I have no problem change on my phone.

• Google Business class Email and calendar does not not by SURFACE Mail/calendar built in app.

  I use Google Business email (paid service) for all my business email and calendar.  I was very surprised MS Surface has problems with this service of Google mail.

  I can add my Google Email as "Other account" and specify the imap and smtp to gmail.   It can be synchronised once my box with the letters.  Then we I close and go
  back later.  The Surface shows this account as being unavailable.  Could not synchronize the Message.
  Also, it does not display my e-mail Business of Google calendar even at all, no matter what I try.
  I have an Ipad V1 and it works very well with my email of company Google.  At Ms. Google Business Email trial accounts?
  Unless MS can tell me how to get these accounts work native to the Surface.  I will seek to return my unit for a refund.
  If I can't use my e-mail and calendar on the device.  The Surface is produced useless for me.

  You mentioned that you have added your Google Business Email as "another account. You have an account online, Outlook.com or Hotmail.com, you use your account Microsoft Surface and the installation email to your mail application?

  If Yes, could you try adding your GMail account for business on behalf of Microsoft online e-mail, allowing it to send emails to and from Surface Mail application - and please let us know if that resolves the synchronization time and calendar questions?

• Problems with Siebel HI calendar from Microsoft Update KB2360131

  did someone recently installed KB2360131 in their company? This is a cumulative security for Internet Explorer Versions 6-8 day. After installing it, we knew the calendar questions HI our mobile client. Some buttons may not be displayed more, the font size has been screwed. After uninstalling this patch, that it worked all of a sudden again.
  
  I tested with SEA 7.8.2.14 and SIA 8.1.1 on IE6 and IE8. Always the same question...
  
  I wonder if we are the only ones to deploy Microsoft patches regularly :) :):?

  The Windows Update KB2360131 has deleted the res protocol settings in the Internet Explorer browser.

  The workaround is to set the res marketing, as below in Internet Explorer:

  Tools-> Internet Options-> Security-> Sites-> Trusted Sites

  What antivirus/antispyware/security products do you have on the machine? Be one you have

• Commissioning, provider Services and planning and Essbase

  I'm having a problem with users (planners planning) planning and Essbase added to Manager Data Source for a Shared Services provider connection.
  
  Here they are all on 11.1.1.3 and Excel 2003.
  
  I found that I have to configure planners as:
  (1) Essbase for administrators to add Essbase
  (2) shared Services Application creators to add planning
  
  If I don't do the foregoing, when planners are trying to add Essbase or planning (and Yes, I confirm that an Essbase admin means nothing for the addition of a planning server and vice versa for SSP app creator to Essbase), they get a "this operation is not permitted under your APS user account privileges.
  
  I'm desperately hoping that I have made a huge mistake and have neglected an incredibly obvious framework as the provisioning of planners for both roles above is simply not on, especially wrt Essbase.
  
  FWIW, if I add these connections as an administrator, disconnect and then connect to already added connections, everything is fine. However, it is a significant administrative burden and opens all kinds of security, calendar, questions etc.
  
  If anyone has experienced this? And more importantly, figured out how to fix this?
  
  I found a document Metalink re this error but it was around the creation of Smart slices. It is 20 miles down the road where I am right now.

  When you add the new server in the source of data for Essbase or planning manager it adds this APS Server and is available for all users. It should only need to be done once, and that is why it is an administrative task.

  You must install the SSL certificate before connect you to the Regional service, the easiest way is to go to "desktop" IE10 open, go to the exchange server web access page, click on the notification of "certificate error" red and view / install the store "certificate authorities roots of trust." Then, make sure that your surface RT complies with the minimum requirements of security then connect to the exchange via the mail application server.

However, all my other entries are shown under the same color selected for my calendar.   An explanation of how to display events in different colors using CSS classes is given in the online help for the region calendar Class CSS attribute:
