  your phone must be connected to a power source to use Hey siri since you have an iphone 5.  Most recent iphone don't need to be plugged into a power source.

My problem is that the motherboard and CPU are released. I intend to replace and update the motherboard failed and cpu, ram, power supply, optical drive and eventually put in a larger hard drive. From what I read, I can not simply start the machine with the original hard drive, with windows already installed and activated.   Don't know if this is the right place for the post, if not I apologize in advance.

  I have a Compaq Presario C700 (C730EM) on which the hard drive died on me, I have brought a new and installed Windows Vista disc premium edition (not a backup / recovery disc).

  Everything seems fine but I can't turn on the wireless, the C700 has a button at the top wireless rough (which has a red LED when not away) to the left side. Normally impose you it, and it lights up (turns blue LED) but nothing!

  I have commented on Wi-wired and update windows etc and have tired to find wireless driver I guess that I'm missing? You are not sure if it's wireless missing driver or a keyboard driver?

  After installing a few drivers I found where time no joy!

  I think that if you formatted the entire score, you need to call tech support to a recovery DVD, to the United States, we are charged $ 24.95... If you don't remove the hidden partition, you can start recovery at startup option.

  I'm afraid you're out of luck.  If the torn label had been noticed before the HD crashed, the existing product key could have been found using a program like Belarc Advisor or the Magical Jelly Bean Keyfinder.  However, with the death of HD, it is too late for that now.
