• Live CS allows sign in, but not for the product registration

  I installed on my computer CS5.5.  When I open InDesign I can sign in to CS live. I entered the serial number CS5.5 when configuring the Master collection software. If go to the tab support in InDesign, I got the product registration and get invited him to enter my ID Adobe, even if I am connected successfully in CS live. I get my Adobe Id email and password. Then a pop up box says "thank you... could not start your Adobe CS live subscription, try again later". I checked the live tab in CS and he greets me by name, so I seem to be signed in.   Try to go to iCloud.com to see if the elements are there and whether the device or the computer. That should indicate if the device or computer is not synchronizing.   It is the nature of the movieclips. They play only when you make a film Test. If you want an animation that plays when you scrub the timeline, select the element and change it to be a chart instead. You can do this in the properties panel.

  A few things to try.

  Go in Edition > Preferences > Documents and PDF/A mode set to 'never '.

  Then go in Edition > Preferences > (improved) security and uncheck the box "enable mode at startup protected.

  If this does not work, you can always try by selecting 'Print picture' in the Advanced Print dialog box.

  Unfortunately, the last few versions of PES are much less talented to work with multi-page files, and you can do this in PSE 12.
