  You can "dock" and Panel to the other panels by grasping the top area of the tab page and dragging it in position. When you drag the control panel interface user updates to show what happens when you release.

  I look around and want to put a link to continue to the bottom of the page of a tab to the top of another page in the tab.

• The width of the preview in Windows Explorer screen can be hung on the left side instead of the right side?

  Whenever I open a Windows Explorer window, the preview window to adapt is questionable.  It is anchored on the right side of the window.  Sometimes it's fine, other times, it covers more important data like date/time and file size.  If I have it full screen on my wide screen, everything is great, but when I throw it in my smaller screen, everything must shrink.  Rather than shrink the preview pane, it allows the preview pane cover the most important areas.

  I don't think it can be docked to the left.  I know that the sector details can twisted to put it on the bottom rather than the side (like Vista/7), but the preview pane itself isn't such a tweak.

  With all the other programs I've used LR, including when the main window is re-size all associates "panels" stick with it.

  PS 6 and earlier versions... for me, re-sizing the window let the signs floating around on their own. Is there a way to lock things to keep them with and resize the main window?

  If you go to window > workspace and click on the Essentials (default), which should give you an example how the panels are anchored to the photoshop window and follow the photoshop window resizing.

  No, there is not a way to Muse locally. You'd have to do some tweaking with javascript code in the editing program. There are several forums stack overflow on this questions with different answers.

  In addition, if you don't want to bother with the anchors at all, you can use the JQuery scrollTo plugin, but still, I don't think that it is possible to implement this plugin with Muse.

• Drop-down menu used with anchor on the long table of data links

  I have a page on our site where we used a drop shape with anchor tags to let the visitor easy access to specific locations within a long table of data on the same page. Recently, I noticed that the anchors are walking around is no longer the tags in the page but only the beginning of the table anyway. I don't know if over time a few additional codes may have been added to the page that is not in conflict with the form of drop down menu, or if it's something else.   Looks like there are a good number of errors html on this page, some of them have to do with using the code of the named anchor.

  Looks like you have placed the anchors between the openingand the child of the opening. Content cannot go there, move them in theTags and see if that helps.

  It could be something else however, html errors are one of the main causes of the problems of display/functionality. Visit the validator to http://validator.w3.org to clean up your errors. If you work with the code clean and correctly positioned anchors, after return and we can take a closer look.

• Adobe Muse - Smooth Scrolling to anchors using the mouse scroll

  I wonder if there is a way to implement the scroll smoothly to anchors with the scrolling of the mouse in the muse of adobe. I can do using the links, but it would be great if the user can simply start scrolling and smooth, it climbs to the next section. It looks great and would solve the problems created by varying mouse wheel speeds. Any help would be great, thanks!
