• I don't see my CC app (running Captivate 7) on the creative cloud 'Apps' list upgrade.

  I had a CC subscription for a few years now, am still under 7 Captivate but now to be upgraded. Captivate 9 has been published.  BUT when I run the CC application, it does not find my Captivate title, so no option "Update."  How can I move forward with the upgrade / update?

• Member of creative cloud, apps lists as a "trial" after the connection

  I am a new CC member since October. I got the full CC membership with all applications and everything goes well on my home pc. So, I came home from my parents for the weekend and decided to install the application Adobe CC on my dads laptop to do something. The thing is, when Photoshop was installed it has been listed as "start trial" on the applications tab. And now its running a trial for 30 days even if I am logged into my account. Why is this? Is CC apps closed machine? This makes no sense since his account all the defined now and all the "work anywhere" 'sync all' blablabla to adobe to push everyone to CC.   After installing several applications on my laptop, After Effects, which I use for my business, would not work on my desktop. I didn't know that you need to disable the connection creative cloud on a single computer, before going to the other. As I was to give my projects, I removed the apps on my laptop. Three of them seem to be a button to uninstall them. It is not a reason any for - After Effects, Illustrator and Acrobat Pro XI. I tried to find references to them and finally threw all references to them I could find in the trash. I must have left something in my system yet because in the Cloud creative menu, it shows I still have those apps on my laptop again and that they are up to date. However, as I said, I threw everything that relates to these apps that I could find in the trash.

  It seems not to be any way to reload these three applications in the creative cloud app and since they are no longer in my Applications folder (I'm on a Mac) there is no way to uninstall or do something else.

  How can I delete the piece of software that thinks that these three applications are always installed so that I can reinstall fresh versions? Thank you.
