• I don't see my CC app (running Captivate 7) on the creative cloud 'Apps' list upgrade.

  I had a CC subscription for a few years now, am still under 7 Captivate but now to be upgraded. Captivate 9 has been published.  BUT when I run the CC application, it does not find my Captivate title, so no option "Update."  How can I move forward with the upgrade / update?

  Captivate is not a part of the creative cloud.

  You will need to contact customer service for the upgrade of Captivate.

  1. Sign out of the creative cloud, near creative cloud.
  2. Restart it, reconnect and try to start the installation.

• Creative Cloud Desktop Access does not work after the computer loses power

  No crashes, no power surge in surge protector, not questions of cable or internet problems, creative cloud was installed and opened when the computer turns off while I was away from the office.  After restarting the creative cloud would not open access by computer.  I tried to uninstall and when unistall was over I had a message saying uninstall completed with errors.  I was not able to download access Office creative cloud of my creative cloud account or one of the other programs.  Only, I get a message saying that the failed download...

• UI on my creative cloud apps have a blue tint

  All my creative cloud apps have a blue tint to the user interface elements. This happens only on my laptop and not my iMac. Y at - it all will for this? And if so, what would it be? Photo attached is what I saw. Any help is very appreciated.

  If you had installed an older version or version CC no apps, make sure that you have the serial number with you, if you want to re - install and re - activate again these apps.

  Great to hear that you were able to install it successfully. Activation itself happens when you sign in using your Adobe ID, so as soon as you launch the first pro and signed Adobe ID it has been activated.

• Creating cloud App lists my version of LR in "trial" when I have a paid subscription. How can I fix?

  I just bought a new Mac and transferred all over my old. I came across some problems with getting LR and PS and creative cloud app to load and work on the new. Finally got everything settled, but Creative Cloud Desktop App tilts my version of LR in "trial" when I have a paid-up photography subscription which includes PS (PS app is fine). Any ideas on how to solve this problem?

  Make sure that you install products on a new computer, rather than transfer, copy, or restore them.
