Cannot access at the beginning of the BIOS to the top

Hello

My son has a laptop Lenovo G580.  Since last night to the commissioning the keyboard does not work. I can't access BIOS setup F2 or F12 on this machine to check the setting. I can not even access F8 to run mode without failure. The laptop has windows 8 OS.  I ran the Lenovo Solution Center and I got some errors:

  • Checkup: Manager bus devices (support of virtual storage) StorLIb with disabilities.
  • Analysis of equipment has detected one or more failures. Result code: WHD01V01G-Bj8C9E

If I use an external keyboard, I can only access some windows functions.

I don't know if the problem is the keyboard, HARD drive, the operating system has been corrupted.

The application software only I can open without problem is Google Chrome.  Yet I can not type anything using the laptop keyboard or external keyboard.

Help, please.

    Hello, it was noted that the foxit pdf plugin is causing this issue. You can disable this plugin in firefox > addons > plugin until what foxit offers a patch/update for the plugin.

    I read your message quickly through my cell phone. I don't know why you have spent your config twice. Maybe a typo issue.

    I see the acl sheep in the wrong way. I mean 192.168.254 are your pool VPN and 192.168.1.0 your local LAN.

    The acl must be:

    sheep - in extended access-list permit ip 192.168.1.0 255.255.255.0 192.168.254.0 255.255.255.0

    For nat (inside), you have 2 lines:

    NAT (inside) 1 192.168.1.0 255.255.255.0 ==> it is redundant as the 1 below does the same thing with more networks if there is inside side. You can delete it.
    NAT (inside) 1 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0

    Why are you doing this nat (outside)?

    NAT (outside) 1 192.168.254.0 255.255.255.0

  • Cisco ASA 8.4 (3) remote access VPN - client connects but cannot access inside the network

    I have problems to access the resources within the network when connecting with the Cisco VPN client for a version of 8.4 (3) operation of the IOS Cisco ASA 5510. I tried all new NAT 8.4 orders but cannot access the network interior. I can see traffic in newspapers when ping. I can only assume I have NAT evil or it's because the inside interface of the ASA is on the 24th of the same subnet as the network interior? Please see config below, any suggestion would be appreciated. I configured a VPN site to another in this same 5510 and it works well

  • ASA 5505 VPN cannot access inside the host

    I have access remote VPN configuration on an ASA 5505, but cannot access the host or the AAS when I connect through the VPN. I can connect with the Cisco VPN client and the VPN is on on the SAA and it shows that I am connected. I have the correct Ip address, but I can't ping or you connect to one of the internal addresses. I can't find what I'm missing. I have the VPN without going through the ACL interface. Because I can connect but not going anywhere I'm sure I missed something.

    Config looks good - just as domestic mine to my local network. The only thing I can think is that you may have entered commands in the wrong order - which means, you could have isakmp or encryption before the config map was complete. Write memory, then reloading the pix is a way to reset everything. If you do not want downtime:

    Enter these two commands should be enough to reset the ipsec and isakmp.

  • Cannot access on the desktop, the laptop readers.

    I have two computers running Win 7 Ultimate. 1 desktop and 1 laptop. I'm running through a Netgear wireless router. Office is hard wired to the router via an ethernet connection. The laptop has a wireless connection. I also have a cable for color laser printer to the router via an ethernet connection.

    The laptop can see the desktop and can access the printer and some of the hard disks on the desktop. The laptop can detect and access G: and H: drives on the desktop but not C: D: E: and Z: drives. G: and H: drives are located on an external USB disk door. The other drives are connected internally to the desktop. Trying to access drives unaccessable to the desktop, I get the following error message.

    "Windows cannot access \\DESKTOP\Desktop C:.  You are not allowed to access \\DESKTOP\Desktop c. contact your network administrator to request access. »

    The office displays the icon of the laptop in the network, but I get the same error message when I try to access the laptop, but the laptop is overridden to desktop in the above error message. The error code is: 0 x 80070035.

    All readers have enabled file sharing and permissions set for everyone. In fact each player is set up exactly the same thing, and both computers are set up exactly the same except for the name of the computer (eg. Mobile - Office).

    Does anyone have any suggestions?

    I suggest check to ensure that all services of collective housing began and then retry the connection:

    Open the services menu by clicking Start and then type "services.msc" then on enter.

    Locate the following services in the list:

    ·         DNS client

    ·         Function Discovery Provider Host

    ·         Function Discovery Resource Publication

    ·         Peer networking grouping

    ·         HomeGroup provider

    ·         HomeGroup listener

    ·         SSDP Discovery

    ·         UPnP device host

    Sure they were launched and retry the connection.

    To start the service, double click on it and press the 'start' button in the dialog box that appears.

  • cannot access shares the local computer

    Hi-

    Win7 64 bit.   I use homegroup, and I have this Win7PC on my local network with XP and Vista PC.  I can see the 2 other PCs on the Win7 PC and get to their shared folders.  None of them access to the part of it.  I have the name of workgroup defined correctly on all (including this PC Win7).

    In addition, oddly enough, on the WIn7 PC, in WIndows Explorer, I can navigate to C:\Users\Public BUT if I try to go into WIndows Explorer, then fall below computer - C: to the network and open it, I see the other 2 PC and the local PC.  The WIn7 PC is called "kirk".  So, in network - Kirk, IF I open it I see 'users' share.  BUT if I click on it, I get the error:

    \\kirk\users is not accessible.  You might not have permission to use this network resource.

    I am logged in as administrator (on Kirk).

    So, to rephrase, I am connected to a Win7 PC as an administrator.  I can navigate to C:\Users\Public in WIndows Explorer.

    BUT if I go to "Network Neighborhood" in WIndows Explorer (it's actually just "network") I see the local PC named Kirk.  If I click on it, I see 'User' (share).  I can't go to see 'public '.

    To make things more awkward, I could access it until a few days ago and I has not installed anything new, although WIn7 can be updated automatically.

    Thanks for the list of things.  There was a lot of good links in there.  I went through everything without the blinkers "it worked before" and "I won't change anything" on each link there is, I've lived and all checked.  The only one I had to do something opened ports in my firewall mcafee.

    Nothing helps.

    This PC is named kirk and I still don't see files shared this PC itself in windows Explorer - network\kirk. for me, very odd, I am connected to kirk as an administrator.  I open Explorer windows on kirk.  I can see c:\users\public in windows Explorer, but I do not see network\\kirk\users

    so, I thought, let's start over.

    I went to the center of network share and changed "active network" of the type "work network" type "home network" and it is now.

    working group name has not changed so it's always "the Star", so I can see all the other no WIn7 PC and PC WIn7 himself can see that it is me in network neighborhood.

    I'll reboot and be sure to x 2.  very weird.

  • VPN: Fulltunnel cannot access on the internet

    Hi group!

    We have an Asa 5505 in our basket.

    I want to connect our office via vpn to our Asa. It should be a fulltunnel, because in our office many ports are blocked by our provider and I want to use our rack-public interface and therethore a split tunnel is not really good.

    But if I accumulate a fulltunnel I have no connection to the gateway. (Inside) rack servers can access outside.

    Could not properly read your config, pourrait you reattach config in a readable format, but I see that your vpn pool is 192.168.0.0/24.

    To access internet of RA in fulltunnel you need two statements, try adding these two declarations, and let us know how it works.

  • VPN clients cannot access to the vlan

    Hello

    I just changed my flat lan to a virtual LAN environment multi, but now I need help to get to my VPN back working again as the VPN user can access servers that are not on the vlan 'door '.  I've read enough to know that it is probably associated with NAT, but I'm not sure where to put this information.

    Does go in the NAT, associated with the E0 interface (outgoing internet gateway), to the vlan10 (vlan router is actually on) or can I create a new one and apply it to the crypto ipsec and isakmp side of things that use VPN users?

    My network is configured as such...

    VPN client - Router1811 - split trunk - C3550 - 12G - shared - resources multiple C3550s - servers/Wstns

    The router subnet 192.168.10.0 as all switches, VLAN is set up through the 12 G and all other switches as vtp "vtp clients", including the router.  The user can get to the 10 subnet and any server on it, but not to the"farm" on the subnet 192.168.11.0.

    I noticed Federico has been working on something very similar to this... but any help would be appreciated.

    Looks that you have been invited as an end user rather than as an admin, in which case you don't need to log on the dashboard (this is only for admins). To use the right software connect when prompted.

  • nested ESXi vHost, networking, the nested virtual machines cannot access outside the world.


    My Datacenter configured as follows:

    1. physical switch connected to 3 physical server.

    vCenter Server IP: 192.168.10.10

    two physical hosts ESXi: IP: 192.168.10.11/12.

    2. my laptop connected to the physical network, IP: 192.168,10.100.

    3. my two physical hosts configured with a Standard vSwitcher0, VMNIC0, portgroup MYLAN uplink vLan ID = 162, vmk0 vLan ID = 162.

    4. I created two nested ESXi vHost on the two physical host, assigned 192.168.10,101/102 IP, gateway 192.168.10.1

    5 standard vSwitch0 on two vHost, only NETWORK VM portgroup with ID vLan by default = 0.

    6. I have create computer virtual the virtual server nested and assigned to the VM using VM NETWORK, also assigned the IP address: 192.168.10.201, gateway 192.168.10.1

    But my VM, I cannot ping 192.168.10.1, also I can not ping the virtual machine (x.x.x.201) from my laptop.

    I can ping my vHost nested two of my laptop, can also connect to the console of the virtual computer through my vHost nest.

    my virtual world, my network is configured as it IS (external swith marking).

    my world physical host, my network is configured as a VST (virtual switch tagging).

    My Setup must in principle be correct, but it does not work.

    I am a newcomer to the world of VMWare nested.   I'm appreciated for any suggestions and help.

    The vSwitch on the physical host must be configured to allow the promiscuous mode and forged passes.
