Cannot connect mouse Microsoft Sculpt comfort Bluetooth constantly

I can't get my mouse Microsoft Sculpt comfort to stay always connected to my laptop (Win7 x 64).

In the middle of use, it stops working. I studied in the devices & Printers and the device returns is no longer there. I pass by add it a device Wizard, making sure that my mouse is discoverable (green and red lights flash alternately) and he said he's logged and it will look for a driver. The laptop detects a driver and a "Bluetooth Service Configuration" window appears.

Open Device Manager, I see that HID-compliant mouse is added to the list of mice and other pointing devices. As soon as the "Configuration of Bluetooth Services" window closes, the mouse is removed from the Device Manager and removed from devices & Printers.

I tried to uninstall and reinstall the Bluetooth driver.

I tried to turn off the Bluetooth power management feature.

I tried to change the batteries.

I tried to move closer and further away.

I tried browsing the Add Assistant device with Microsoft mouse & keyboard Center installed and uninstalled.

I restarted at various times during the process.

What should I try next?

  1. I didn't do any hardware or software changes before this problem I can think
  2. My computer is a Dell Latitude 6430u
  3. I have Kaspersky installed 10.1.2.23 on my computer. It is managed by Active Directory by my IT Department if I can't make changes to it or turn it off somehow.

Troubleshoot failures in detecting new Bluetooth mouse or keyboard
-Was not able to finish because I do not have permission to access the registry items in order to remove the bluetooth stack

I performed a clean restart in any case and I tried to add the device again, and it worked this time.

I will update this thread if it decides to cut again for some reason any.

Thank you

  • Sculpt the Touch cannot connect Mouse

    Hello

I recently received a Microsoft Sculpt Touch mouse. Originally, it connected fine via bluetooth with my laptop (Acer Aspire V7 Windows 8). However, since then, it has been disconnected and no longer works. I can connect my Android phone to my computer via bluetooth if so the problem seems to be specific to the mouse.
It is listed in the devices section in the configuration menu of Windows 8, but its status is still offline. When I click on "Add Device", the mouse does not appears in the list of found devices.
Remove the mouse in the menu devices will fail with a message "Cannot delete" Can I uninstall the mouse for bluetooth devices in Device Manager, but the mouse will reappear eventually later.
I ran the hardware and devices troubleshooter, and it is said that "material changes may not have been detected." Re-run the troubleshooter gives the same message, so I don't know that it is fixing any problem it finds.
I tried to reinstall my bluetooth card drivers, but that has not helped or the other. Someone at - it ideas?
    Thank you!

It worked for me. I'm Win 8.1 running on a Sony Vaio 13 Flip and difficulties without end to get my comfort Sculpt to reconnect. I have, however, had a lot of difficulty removing the possession of the keys as legal rg2k - generally (not exact steps), I had to go through the following procedure:

    1. Activate the administrator account
    2. Safe Mode boot
    3. Locate keys
    4. For each subfolder to the master key, follow these steps:
      1. The owner of the folder the administrator value
      2. Clear the checkbox "Replace owner of subcontainers and objects".
      3. Hit apply. A new permission entry should appear.
      4. Click on the button "enable legacy".
      5. Hit apply again. A bunch more entries authorization should appear.
      6. Click OK.
    5. Continue to do this at the bottom of the tree. My tree looked like:
      • Bluetooth, blah blah blah

        • Properties

          • (gibberish letters and numbers)

            • 0001
            • 0002
            • etc...
          • (more than gibberish)
            • 0009
            • 000D
            • etc...
    6. I had to do this for each of the elements of the tree. Once I did, I was able to remove the key and restart the computer in normal mode.
    7. When I rebooted, the comfort of sculpt always showed upward. Failed! All is lost! However, I have tried to remove the mouse from devices and printers (which worked) and then reconnecting my mouse, which worked! I haven't restarted my computer but since reviving success, so we'll see if this solution is persistent.

Full disclosure: I have no idea what I'm doing - I'm all too well suited to this task as a sculptor of ice doing surgery. If I've done something terrible in my registry, or if someone else has a better understanding of what is wrong and why I've worked, please let me know - I would really like to learn more about it.

  • Mouse Microsoft Wireless Comfort Keyboard 4000 and 5000 laser will not work with Windows 7. Is there a fix for this problem?

I recently bought a new computer with Windows 7 installed and much to my dismay found my Microsoft Wireless Comfort Keyboard 4000 and Wireless Laser Mouse 5000 are not compatible with Windows 7.  If no fix that means I have to start avery good keyboard and mouse I used comfortable for a long time.

When you try to load from the disk, the message informed me that it was not compatible and use the automated system to find a fix has not produced an answer.  My keyboard and mouse are in great shape and it is not necessary for me to replace it with a new one from a material point of view.

The drivers for both devices on the drive that you are probably older versions, you should be able to download the latest drivers for Windows 7 in the pages below, you will need to choose which version of Windows 7, you are running, that is, 32-bit or 64-bit.

  • I am not able to connect the microsoft 5000 comfort after replacement of the cylinder head box

The most original receiver that came with my keyboard Microsoft Comfort Keyboard and Mouse 5000 was lost. I bought another but I can't be connect with new cylinder head box. There are no buttons to push to try to sync, what should I do?

    Hello

Take the battery out of a set because they can interfere with each other. On the basis of each mouse
should be a little button that you can push with a pen point or a trombone (small white button near the battery
door on the lower right side of mouse with Microsoft at the top). On the bottom of the keyboard here as in a
    button probably labeled 'Channel Connect'.

When you press buttons on the receiver lights should Flash for a few seconds in rotation.

  • My computer cannot connect to Microsoft Update

I tried to run Microsoft Update manually by connecting to the Microsoft Update page. I clicked on install Express, but the research process seemed as if it would never end because the progress bar still moving; at one point, a message appeared "the website has encountered a problem and cannot display the page you are trying to examine. The options below... This block me to install the latest updates. I would really appreciate help from someone to solve this problem. I have somehow hit on WindowsUpdateDiagnostic.diagcab but I can not run because Windows does not recognize this file. If it is a Microsoft tool so why Windows can't recognize it? I would also help on how to open and run this file, if it is indeed a useful tool. I tried a lot of things, but to no avail:

-renamed C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution folder, restarted the computer

-stopped and rebooted rebooted, and automatic updates

Re-regitered several DLLs associated with Microsoft Update

-Rename the Catroot2 folder and restarted (CryptSvc prior to shutdown and reboot after renaming)

None of them helped to solve the problem. I finally downloaded WindowsUpdateAgent30 - x 86 .exe and tried to installed it but a message showed "no need to install it because it already exists.

I would be grateful for any suggestions to get out me of this problem.

I found this entry in the temporary Internet files:

    http://update.Microsoft.com/microsoftupdate/v6/ErrorInformation.aspx?error=15

I had to disable and stop the automatic updates so that automatic updates has taken over almost 100% of the CPU, run like crazy first connect the site to update and download updates, thus crippling my computer. I wonder if anyone from Microsoft reads and addresses this issue as soon as possible. Microsoft is really aware of the problem? I see no way to forward my complaint to Microsoft directly. They hear me? Windowsupdate.log is full of "update is not allowed to download because of the regulation".

I just had the same problem and posted a question on the community site. Finally, after having restarted my computer several times and go to the site with the same lack of results, I found that the site is at a standstill. Maybe their server is down, but this is just conjecture on my part. I see no further questions or comments about that nobody else than you.

Just bought this laptop. I know that it is supposed to have full Bluetooth connectivity out of the box. I tried everything, read all the instructions and knowledge base, etc.. • Satellite A200 - cannot connect my mobile phone via Bluetooth

I have the satellite A200 that came with Vista - I have upgraded to Windows 7. I tried for a few days to connect my new Nokia mobile to my laptop using bluetooth, but may not operate at all.

The phone is OK as I have to connect it to my previous mobile via bluetooth. A few months ago, I had to do a restore system using the Toshiba drive - is it possible that this could have affected the availability of bluetooth?

Any advice would be welcome - especially if someone can explain what it is I should do in a non-technical way. Thank you in advance.

Question is: have you installed all the discs properly?
You can activate the BT module using the FN + F8 key combination.

I can't say for sure, but I assume that your BT in A200 camera is not correctly enabled.

  • Cannot connect Centro to external GPS bluetooth receiver

I have the Holux GPSlim 240 bluetooth gps receiver. I can successfully pair my Centro to the receiver in the "Trusted Devices" section by entering 0000 as the password. However, once connected, it is absolutely impossible to actually connect. When I press the menu button and select 'connect' I get the message: "the selected device is not supported in this menu. Please start the connection between the Holux GPSlim 240. »

But there is no way to establish a connection between the GPSlim 240, because there no buttons whatsoever, with the exception of an on/off switch. In addition, when you select "Details" of the peripheral screen on my Centro, it shows the TYPE for the GPSlim 240 as 'unknown '.

Please, how can I solve this? Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you...

It would be I think you need to load the driver for BT in a mapping program to establish a successful connection.

I just added my Delorme Earthmate to my Centro easily, but without a program of mapping on my phone, I can't open a connection.
