Mouse Microsoft Sculpt works intermittently on Windows 8.

My newly purchased bluetooth Microsoft sculpt mouss keeps stopping on me.  I turn it works to make it work again.  I checked in Device Manager and seem to have the latest version of the driver.  My computer is a Dell XPS 8500.  I updated all my drivers when I upgraded to Windows Pro - 64-bit.

Everyone knows the same problem?  All solutions.

  • Cannot connect mouse Microsoft Sculpt comfort Bluetooth constantly

    I can't get my mouse Microsoft Sculpt comfort to stay always connected to my laptop (Win7 x 64).

    In the middle of use, it stops working. I studied in the devices & Printers and the device returns is no longer there. I pass by add it a device Wizard, making sure that my mouse is discoverable (green and red lights flash alternately) and he said he's logged and it will look for a driver. The laptop detects a driver and a "Bluetooth Service Configuration" window appears.

    Open Device Manager, I see that HID-compliant mouse is added to the list of mice and other pointing devices. As soon as the "Configuration of Bluetooth Services" window closes, the mouse is removed from the Device Manager and removed from devices & Printers.

    I tried to uninstall and reinstall the Bluetooth driver.

  • My 2000 wireless optical mouse scroll wheel works intermittently-"mouse sigal is low."

    Original title: my 2000 optical wireless mouse scroll wheel works intermittently

    I recently bought a set of wireless with an optical mouse wireless 2000, office 100 wireless keyboard and a wireless desktop kit 3.1 receiver. After you have installed the drivers and the Intellitype/point than roulette software of the mouse does not work all the time, for example after clicking on my way in a 80 page PDF manual and long Web page that the wheel seems to not work in one direction, then the other way won't work. I tried new batteries, latest driver bouquet of microsoft site (intellipoint 8.01) moving to the receiver or away to "signal low mouse." Today, however, the mouse is 2-3 feet away from the receiver and it keeps popping up saying ' the mouse sigal is low you want to start the troubleshooter? Yes, I tried this and tried to move the USB without success. Can someone HELP please... Tired of drag and drop

    Same problem here, but I found a way to make this work (in fact there are two ways LOL)

    -Remove one of the batteries.  Believe it or not, the scroll wheel works perfectly when I remove one of the battery (any).  However, I do not know how long it will last since there isn't that one battery in operation.

    OR

    -Remove the lid of dough and remove the batteries.  Use a screwdriver to loosen the screw about 2 rounds (for some reason, I think that it is screwed in too tight).  Replace the batteries and you are or that you set.

    I can't guarantee that my methods will still work, but the fact is that it works for me since then.

  • Copy paste works intermittently in windows 7

    To reproduce the problem

    1. Open outlook
    2. Open cutting tool
    3. SELECT and the area of the screen
    4. Click on copy
    5. Click outlook
    6. Click new e-mail message
    7. Fill in the sender and subject line
    8. Press CTRL + V in the content area
    9. Nothing is stuck, 'bing' sound occurs
    10. Return to snipping tool, press CTRL + V
    11. Go back to open the message
    12. Press CTRL + V
    13. Image is now stuck

    The question

    The problem occurs when measures are introduced between copy and paste all content or image from any application to any other application. If there is no further action between the two, then copy paste works. If he does not any in-between steps, copying and pasting the most likely dough. Do not paste the copied element one its bing appears i.e. press Ctrl + V, 'bing '. The problem occurs when you need to copy the content or image again seized can be pasted successfully. It's frustrating and tedious as my job requires a lot of copy and paste.

    I thought I saw a bug fixed for this MS just now, but I can find no longer.

    Please could you direct me to it?

    I've seen this happen too, and I finally understood what was the cause in my case (paste in Word, Outlook, Excel, or PowerPoint).  In my case, there are add-ins loaded into my office (Adobe Acrobat in my case).  Something about this supplement is empty the Clipboard when it is loaded.  When I disabled it, it stopped happening to me.

    I hope this helps for you also.

  • Combo sculpt comfort keyboard/mouse Microsoft - mouse problem driver windows 7

    Just bought a new combo desktop Microsoft Sculpt comfort (keyboard and mouse). I have a problem with the mouse in Windows 7.

    This mouse has the button scan blue on the left where you can drag upward or down and click. I have this attached to a Dell E6520 laptop.

    In windows 8 the slide it towards the bottom of the function pulls the top of the list of open windows. In Windows 7, it's the browser's "back" button. I installed the latest microsoft mouse and keyboard software 2.3.

    When I first installed the drive, everything works as expected. Suddenly the button works like the browser's "back" button. A few hours later, or after a reboot slide down begins to open the windows instead. The only way to fix is to uninstall the driver and re install. I tried the USB in USB ports and all are working the same.

    How can I solve this problem? I called Microsoft support and they said to return the system and replace it. It is not a hardware problem and return it will do no good.

    Any help would be useful.

  • Mouse Microsoft comfort sculpt trolling in Windows 7

    Hello

    I recently bought a microsoft mouse comfort to sculpt and I'm now using on my thinkpad x 230 which runs win 7.

    However, the annoying, is that the mouse is very often and seemingly randomly. the cursor is left behind often my hand movement.

    I read somewhere that this may be due to interference from devices such as mobile phones, near routers, etc, so I removed these from my neighborhood and that seemed to help a little. but the gap is still there, so I thought it might be a problem with the pair of computer mouse laptop itself.

    a check with the Device Manager shows 2 items with exclamation points: "bluetooth peripheral device" and "unknown device", both in the section "other devices."

    does anyone know if these are the causes of my mouse lag? If Yes, where can I get the drivers from? (searches on google to turn ambiguous stuff).

    If this isn't the case, someone knows what can be wrong?

    Thank you very much.

    Hi Amit,

    Thanks for your reply. According to my update above, the mouse seems to work very well now that I moved over next to my laptop.

  • Mouse Microsoft Wireless Comfort Keyboard 4000 and 5000 laser will not work with Windows 7. Is there a fix for this problem?

    I recently bought a new computer with Windows 7 installed and much to my dismay found my Microsoft Wireless Comfort Keyboard 4000 and Wireless Laser Mouse 5000 are not compatible with Windows 7.  If no fix that means I have to start avery good keyboard and mouse I used comfortable for a long time.

    When you try to load from the disk, the message informed me that it was not compatible and use the automated system to find a fix has not produced an answer.  My keyboard and mouse are in great shape and it is not necessary for me to replace it with a new one from a material point of view.

    The drivers for both devices on the drive that you are probably older versions, you should be able to download the latest drivers for Windows 7 in the pages below, you will need to choose which version of Windows 7, you are running, that is, 32-bit or 64-bit.

  • Macro switch window mouse no longer works on Windows 8

    I have a simple macro to switch window I've used for years on Windows 7. Here is the content of the file macro mhm , produced by Centre of keyboard and Microsoft mouse:

     56
     10
     15
     10
     15
     10
     56

    As you can see, it is a simple Alt + Tab sequence. It works fine on Windows 7 (and in a computer virtual from Windows 7 on my new machine Windows 8), but has no effect on Windows 8. I tried the "Next window" option, with mixed results (he has a bad habit of jumping to the window, as if cycling through each window open; and it does not work with the new Windows Store applications).

    How can I get the simple Alt + Tab feature works on Windows 8? Thank you!

    I just bought a Sculpt Comfort Mouse. Unfortunately, I couldn't reproduce nubi2kof macro on the mouse and keyboard Centre 2.3.

    I guess Alt + Esc as S3rgio suggested mapping, works for most people. You can do this on the mouse and keyboard Centre 2.3 (without using AutoHotKey), although...

    The problem with Alt + ESC is that it does not work with Metro applications and you cannot switch between two applications, as you can do it with Alt + Tab. So I ended up doing an AutoHotKey Script to try to imitate the behavior of Alt + Tab and the mapping of the mouse for this shortcut key (Win + N in my case):

    #n ::

    AltTabTimeout: = 2000
    SleepBetweenKeys: = 10
    DesktopClass: = 'WorkerW. '
    If (A_PriorHotkey = A_ThisHotkey & A_TimeSincePriorHotkey)<>
    WinGetClass, activeWindowClass, A
    If (activeWindowClass = DesktopClass) {}
    inverse: = 1
    } else {}
    If (reverse % = 0) {}
    AltTabCount: = ++ AltTabCount
    } else {}
    AltTabCount: = - AltTabCount
    If (% AltTabCount % = 0) {}
    inverse: = 0
    }
    }
    }
    } else {}
    AltTabCount: = 0
    inverse: = 0
    }
    Run C:\Users\Default\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick Launch\Window Switcher.lnk
    Sleep, SleepBetweenKeys %
    Loop, % AltTabCount % {}
    Sleep, SleepBetweenKeys %
    SendInput {Tab}
    }
    Sleep, SleepBetweenKeys %
    SendInput {return}
    return

    I hope this helps...
