Cannot connect to the creative cloud office

Two weeks ago, I installed creative cloud and first for the first time. Everything worked very well.
But I ended up doing something stupid in my computer and I got it back to a previous update. (Windows 10)
It was before I installed Adobe, so I'm not fat, I would just reinstall it. This is where I started to have problems. First the launcher for the installer would not work, so I used the "Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool". Yay that worked. It is installed and I opened the program. Now, I just get the loading screen loop. I don't not even an option to connect.

Research online, I tried to solve the problem:
-J' uninstalled and reinstalled, both times using the cleaning tool.
- Then I tried to reset my internet settings as a post said:

-And then I removed the file opm.db of the OOBE folder.

Still nothing! I can not exit the program, it is grayed out. the only way to close it is to use the Windows Task Manager Help, please. I'm extremely frustrated at this point!

I ended up contact adobe support and they remote access my computer. They renamed a few more files to ".old" than what was suggested in previous posts, but that did the trick!

  • I can't connect to the creative cloud and download my apps

Yesterday, I bought the teachers edition CC,

I connected and connected to the Behance.

I wanted to download apps, then he let me download first CCdesktop.

I run and connected and synchronized on Behance. But when I tried to click on the applications tab to download apps to make a "No. Internet Connection' appeared in CCdesktop.

Then I started to look for alternatives, because my internet was very good.

1 I used Adobe support advisor and he found 5 numbers, anyway:

cpsid_8289s1: a reboot is pending, "bootstrapper error has occurred."

I checked the Task Manager to see all pending configurations, could not find.

I checked the registry for the InProgress key, but I did not. It's just not there in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager

    2. I rebooted the pc and tried again, same error: no connection internet connection to the CC

    3. I used adobe cleaner uninstall ALL previous versions of my adobe, I actually cleaned ALL. The log file shows a few parts and files that could not be deleted. But all the Creative Suite 5 programs have disappeared.

    4. I asked the help of online chat also. After an hour of waiting this session help wasn't going anywhere. I'm advised me to use the Firefox browser, although I've tried it on chrome, ie, and opera already. I was advised to remove all cookies in the temporary folders, the chance either. Then the friendly adviser wanted my host file, but I was so hierarchical after 4 hours of trying, I gave up just there.

Now I always try to get creative cloud desktop to connect to the adobe servers, so I can actually download some apps I desperately need now.

Y at - there someone out there who knows what that is my problem, or what else can I try to connect to the creative cloud?

-I'm running on windows 8 pro

    Thank you

I think I found the answer was in the hosts file

I bought Creative Cloud as a teacher and was able to download and use the applications successfully. I checked the email associated with your Adobe ID and you sent in this regard. You should be able to connect to the creative cloud now.

  • Nothing opening - connected to the creative Cloud with Adobe ID but does not always allow something to open

None of my adobe software programs open. I have connected to the creative and connected cloud with Adobe ID. Whenever I try to open a program, a sign in the window is displayed. When I click on "sign in" then he said ' thank you, click on continue enjoy software ' when I click on continue the login window appears again and everything continues to go in the same loop. I tried the programs updated and mac restart.

If you have installed applications using the serial number, make sure that you have the serial number with you.

    Follow the procedure below:

    (1) right-click on the icon in the Finder, then select 'Go - To' folder.
    (2) you will get a text box, type in the following command and then press the 'return '.

    / Library

It will open the folder System Library.

    (3) then navigate to Application Support > Adobe.

Open the Adobe folder and rename

    SLCache to SLCache-old.

    SLStore to SLStore-old

Then again CC apps and try to connect again.

Caution: after you rename these 2 files, all installed Adobe apps call sign again, so if you have installed other Adobe applications, using the serial number, make sure you have the serial number with you.

For the CC apps, you just need to reconnect it is everything. No serial number for CC applications.
