SQL > ALTER SYSTEM SET log_archive_dest = a: \oradata\BDSPROD\archivelogs\' SCOPE = spfile;

Which shows the output when you use query below?
SQL > select name from v$ archived_ log;

And don't use any specific destination with the use of the attribute location below the number and try again.

SQL > ALTER SYSTEM SET log_archive_dest_1 =' location = ' D:\oradata\BDSPROD\archivelogs;

Thank you

  • Satellite L305-S5917 cannot create recovery disk

    I have a Satellite L305-S5917.

    Yesterday I tried to create the recovery disk with the recovery disc creator, and then when I put a DVD + R, it says 'another application is using that drive or no recordable discs are recognized on your PC. Please check the status of the drive. (Error code: 0D00E4-F0-00000000). »
    I also try with DVD - R, but I wasn't too. Someone tell me what is the problem with my laptop and how do I create a recovery disc.

    Thank you

    Hello

    This error message does not for me.
    You have installed an application like Nero CD/DVD burning?

    Maybe an enforcement agent runs in the background and optical disc drive is permanent in the surveillance state. Restart your laptop, check the substantive activities and make sure that nothing can be responsible for this drive blocking.
    The STRANGE is properly recognized in Device Manager?

    One last thing: for creation of recovery media I would recommend to use high quality DVD-R virgins.
    I had the best experience with TDK and Verbatim.

  • Portege R600 - cannot create recovery DVDs

    Hello! I just bought Toshiba Portege R600-146 and attempted to create a DVD with the system recovery but DVD drive does not recognize DVD discs and fails the diagnostic test PC CD/DVD Toshiba. I can't even create a backup of the system.

    Is it a software fault (Mat * a DVD - RAM UJ - 844 S USB Device drivers or compatibility with Windows 7) or the material, and how can this be resolved?

    Hi Dmitry_3,

    Have you already checked if the CD/DVD drive is properly recognized in Device Manager or it appears with a yellow exclamation point?

    In this case, it might help remove upper and lower filters:
    + 1) run Regedit (start-> Run-> Regedit).
    + 2) navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Contro l\Class {4D36E965-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318} +.
    + 3) in the right pane, delete the "UpperFilters" key and delete the key "LowerFilters". +
    + 4) reboot. +

  • Cannot create recovery discs

    Just got my new HP Envy 700-215xt.  The first thing I did was to create the recovery disks. Disc 1 was not a problem. Disc 2 was defective, but worked on the new attempt.  Drive 3 failed 4 times.  He hangs at 0% to check then said to use a high quality white.  I use Taiyo Yuden, and I probably had a failure in my last 2000 burns. Any thoughts? Discs can be purchased and if so how?

    In fact one of the Post-it notes on the recovery said to try to disable user accounts.  Did this and it worked, go.

    Thank you for your time and the suggestion.

  • Cannot create recovery media after installing the SSD on Pavilion TS 11-e100

    Hello

    I just replaced the SSD HARD drive and tried to make a USB support of recovery through 8.1 recovery utility. The process takes strangely little time, but finishes normally have reported that the media are created. The size of all the files on the flash is about 200 MB. When I made the same support with disk size was 12 GB. I tried to start with than flash and it failed with a message on a damaged or similar medium. I always thought that windows does not take into account the physical structure of the disc and can not understand what is happening and what to do.

    Hello

    I use HP Recovery manager to create a recovery media for my machine ready and my wife. I use another software to clone HARD disks for other machines after any big change for example after moving from Windows 8 to 8.1, I create a clone which means I can't do it again, simply restore it back. Use a software called O & O DiskImage clone but the following free software can do the job:

    Kind regards.

    PS I tested once the 3rd software, it's ok

  • White screen C720 cannot create recovery image

    I work with a C720 with a white screen Uni without showing anything. I tried to boot into recovery and watch mode always the white screen (I'm not invited to insert the disc or to reset by the usual recovery mode). If anyone has experienced this before?

    I discovered the problem. The display is somehow inoperable and displaying a white screen. When I replaced it with a working screen, it is now functional.
