Cannot install Yosemite Fusion Pro 7.1.2 reviews

Strange question here.  I'm under Fusion Pro 7.1.2 and cannot be installed as a guest inside 10.11 El Capitan Yosemite...

Step, that I followed:

  1. Downloaded Yosemite from the Mac App Store and move the file to the folder ~/Downloads
  2. Molten - create a new virtual machine using the file "install OS X Yosemite."
  3. Accept the default values and register the virtual machine on my local folder of the virtual machines.
  4. The virtual machine starts first the black Apple menu (the progress bar), then in the utilities OSX menu as expected.
  5. Here's where I'm stuck.  I choose "Install Mac OS X" and click on the button continue, but nothing happens.  I turned on the Installer log viewer and an error message:

OS X Utilities [487:12972] failed to launch application.  Exception: launch path is not accessible

I can run disk utility and see a Macintosh HD formatted and ready to accept the operating system that you expect.  I even deleted this drive and recreated successfully, but whenever I go back to the OS X Utilities menu, I can't go forward.

Help?

Thank you

Bryan

Hi Bryan,.

I've seen this exact problem before when the .app has been copied through a file system or a protocol that doesn't support all X OS metadata, such as FAT or NFS file systems share.  Which would explain the problem you see there?

For maximum reliability when you move the .app around, I recommend to use disk utility to the source to create a .dmg that contains the .app together and copy it to the .dmg on an HFS volume + destination.

Unfortunately, once the .app in this State, I have not yet found a way to fix it so that it works again... I have just transferred/downloaded a new copy and gone with that.

I hope this helps!

  • Cannot install Windows 10 Pro bootcamp support software

I have recently installed Windows 10 Pro on my MacBook Pro (15-inch, mid-2015, retina), OS X El Capitan 10.11.3 (15 d 21). After Windows restarted, bootcamp has started to install drivers from support and hung on the Realtek driver. Let him all night but he still has not made progress, so I closed the installation program. Now I can't find how to restart, or to download the drivers and install them manually. I had to hold the option key when you restart back into OS X. According to the oldest documents, I tried rerunning the bootcamp assistant to download USB drivers, but this version gives me the option to restore my drive to its original state. Does anyone know how to fix this?

    Thank you.

I couldn't find a place to download the drivers for bootcamp support and discovered in training camp 6, the drivers are downloaded on a separate partition on the SSD (instead of USB drive). So I wiped the installation of windows and repartee with the intention to copy the downloaded software (which I did). Yet once bootcamp hooked when installing the Realtek driver and did some googling. I found this post that solved my problem. https://discussions.Apple.com/thread/6567790?TSTART=0

    Hello

1 are you getting this error when trying to install the drivers for the printer from the CD?

    2. what exactly is the problem that you are facing with the printer?

This problem may occur if the files on the CD are corrupt. You can download the current "Full Feature" software and drivers from the HP Web site at: http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/softwareCategory?cc=us&dlc=en&lang=en&lc=en&product=3752456&

  • Cannot install Windows 7 Pro 32 bit on Optiplex 9010

It comes with 4 GB of DDR3 RAM (a location). The original operating system was Ubuntu. I tried to install Windows 7 Pro SP1 on it. The first black with loading bar screen looks ok, then shows background blue for less than a second main facility, then goes to a black screen, after a few seconds, the DVD - Rom stops spinning, the machine is in standby mode. But with the installation of Windows 7 64-bit, there is no problem at all. Still need to run some 16-bit programs, so we prefer 32-bit windows.

Any reason why 9010 does not accept Windows 32 bit?

Strange, I just tried 32 bit of Windows 7 Pro that does not have integrated SP1, Setup was properly executed. It seems that the SP1 integrated version has bugs.

That's good news. I think you also need to analyze of rootkits being on the right side. So, now:

Search for rootkits with a program SPECIALLY designed to detect and remove the (aswMBR):

Download this file to your desktop. Double-click the icon to run the program. When the opportunity to download and install the latest Avast definitions do.
Run a scan. Results in red indicate that this was not a false positive! Do you need to remove the rootkit (including "FixMBR" if necessary).

And finally, leave your PC on overnight and search for viruses, using this site:
Once we are convinced that your PC is clean, here are my instructions (just in case where you still cannot run batch of Geek-Tech file, etc.):

    1. download the installation of SP3 and IE8 (beforehand) files. I prefer to keep these (and other useful files) on a USB key, but this is optional. Here are the links for the installation files:

    http://www.Microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?ID=24 (for SP3)

(You can TOTALLY ignore the message "intended for it professionals"!)

    http://www.Microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?displaylang=en&ID=43 (for IE8)

(You need to install IE8 AFTER SP3! Trust in me.)

    IMPORTANT NOTE!

It is VERY important to ensure that Internet Explorer is at the level IE6 before installing SP3. In case you have IE7 or IE8, you must uninstall it / them, using the Control Panel Add / Remove programs. Let us know if you need assistance with this.

    Once again:

Make sure that IE is IE6 level before installing SP3. You can go directly from IE6 to IE8 after SP3 has been installed.

    2. disconnect Internet. Also unplug all unnecessary devices.

    3. temporarily disable the automatic updates. To do this:

Start | Control Panel (switch to Classic view if not already selected). Automatic updates

4 set up a clean boot. The last thing you need is for a program that runs in the background to interfere with these updates! (It happens!) For more information:

    http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/310353

(Note that this is the same as setting up a "Diagnostic boot.")

    Reset.

5 install the SP3. Restart TWICE.

6 switch to IE8. Restart TWICE.

(What happens very often is that someone has their software antivirus running as they try to install SP3, which often translates into chaos! "This is why it must be done after installing SP3 and IE).

7 unscrew the clean boot. (That is, return to the Normal startup).

8 make sure that firewall Windows is activated (it should already be):

Start | Control Panel | Security Center

9 visit Windows Update to download and install only the critical security updates. Restart each time you are prompted.

10 re - enable automatic updates.

  • Satellite Pro L500-1W4 - cannot install Win 7 Pro after changing the HARD drive

    Hi all

    I need assistance with Windows.

I have a Toshiba Satellite Pro with Windows 7 preinstalled pro and the recovery DVD to downgrade to Windows XP Pro.
I had to change the hard drive, so I try to reinstall Windows 7 from the recovery CD, but it does not work. He said that it is not possible to install this on this machine.

So I tried with Windows XP CD recovery and no problem
I'd rather have windows Windows 7 but I do not know how to retrieve
Last information, the Windows XP CD recovery came with the laptop that Windows 7 was made by the store who sold me the computer.

    Thank you for your help
    Julie

As far as I know there is not a kind of limitation and if there is no problem with the original recovery for Win7 disc, you should be able to install it on any HARD disk that you use with your machine.
I upgraded HDD to the SSD on my installation of picture machine and the restore worked without any problems.

To be honest, it is not easy to say what the problem is here, but the Win7 installation disc is somehow suspect for me. I don't know what model of laptop you have exactly, but somehow, I feel you didn t get original drive Win7. Best evidence is the Windows XP Home edition recovery disk. The prinziple with Win7 is the same and it should works.

When you use this disk you should have the menu as shown on http://aps2.toshiba-tro.de/kb0/HTD1303440001R02.htm

This document explains how this works with the original installation disc of recovery.

  • Cannot install Windows 7 pro 64-bit on Satallite A200

I have Win 7 pro 32 bit and I need to clean install 64 bit version. I don't have a Toshiba Satellite A200 model. psafoa and it won't start not dvd/usb or anything else than the main hard drive. I'm sure it's the bios. I can't change anything in the bios settings, I can change the boot order IE first usb etc, but it does not work. It won't start.

Any help much appreciated, I tried for more than 20 hours. I already have the latest version of the driver for the bios that is from 2007, there are looong dam it. I need to install this for studies.
I have the latest update for my bios and have followed the instructions from Toshiba and elsewhere.

Again, I do not just want to install windos 7, I already have, I want to install windows 7 64 bit.

    Hello

You do not need to change the boot order in the BIOS.
You can boot from the CD/DVD drive using another way

Press F12 after that laptop has propelled upward
Then a start menu should appear there you must choose the STRANGE as boot device and should press ENTER.

This would allow booting from the CD/DVD drive

You can also press the C button immediately after the laptop has propelled this should allow both CD/DVD drive. !

  • Tecra M2 - cannot install drivers Intel/PRO Wireless 2100

I have a Toshiba Tecra M2. Drivers Toshiba page for my model lists an update driver for this PC as follows:

    Driver Lan Wireless 19/12/05
Intel Windows XP 9.0.2.31 World Wide

I don't seem to be able to install it, even though I have an Intel/PRO Wireless 2100 in the portable - setup just point out that it is not compatible driver or a device installed. The previous update of the driver:

    02/12/04 Wireless Lan Driver
Intel Windows XP 1.6.0.47.W2 World Wide

reported as installed OK and Device Manager reports 1.6.0.47 as the installed driver.

I understood that the version 9 drivers are more stable but not the driver version 9 applies to my laptop?

    Hello

If you check the driver information, I think that you will not know why it does not work. I have the same WLAN card on my Tecra M1 and our cards support the standard 802. 11, a / b. The driver that you want to have is for cards supporting the 802.11 standard, a / g, g.

I tried to install it on my Tecra but the same result.

Don t worry that everything is OK. If you buy a new Intel 2200 g card you can use.

    Good bye

  • Cannot install wireless Officejet Pro 8000

My wireless printer worked very well. Then it stopped working. I would like to send a document (from Notepad) to the printer & it would just sit there. Normally I would be able to fix this stuck printing by selecting the printer & using "Troubleshoot". But it does not work.

I tried to uninstall & reinstall several times. I tried the wash cycle (4 times running). I tried Print doctor. Tried to uninstall manually by the instructions from HP and no luck.

I was able to install USB but cannot convert or add a wireless printer.

I get the error that does not match the 0.0.0.0 gateway. I tried to set it manually, but it does not recognize my router name.

I am running Windows 7 on a Dell laptop. My printer displays a web page to 192.168.1.4. The blue light is on radio. My router is Netgear N600 Dual. I am connected to the network & connected via USB to the printer.

I had 3 "blue screens of death" for a few days before my printer no longer works. I'm unable to use system restore to a previous restore point when my printer process worked.

I tried to follow another post on the forum to change the gateway, but I can't seem to do. Help, please!

Right, I solved my problem (after 20 hours of troubleshooting), I was able to get Print doctor to run & used to check the firewall. My Norton has been disabled, but Microsoft has been activated. I have disabled the Microsoft Firewall & tried ("add a printer") of the control panel. It worked! I now have a USB Officejet 8000 & an Officejet 8000 wireless!
