Cannot log on to historical reports

User cannot access the history of the declaration. All other office applications work for it. Error message:

"An error occurred while trying to communicate with the Web server. Check your user ID and password, and try again. The server is x.x.x.x ".

Check the proxy. I had the same problem with the connection to HR. Disabling proxy in IE has resolved this problem.

Kind regards.

  • When I try to connect my computer with XP operating system, I get this error message to: rund1132.exe and cannot log out.

    original title: log question.

When I try to connect my computer with XP operating system, I get this error message to: rund1132.exe and cannot log out.  How can I fix?

    Hi KERRYYX,

    1. Did you the latest changes on the computer?
    2. When was the last time it was working fine?
    3. You have security software installed on the computer?
    4. What is the full error message that you receive?
    5. Are you able to restart and shut down the computer?

It is possible that some third-party programs installed on the computer is causing the problem.

I suggest that you put the computer in a clean boot state and check if it helps.

To help resolve the error and other messages, you can start Windows XP by using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. This type of boot is known as a "clean boot". A clean boot helps eliminate software conflicts.

See section to learn more about how to clean boot.

How to configure Windows XP to start in a "clean boot" State

Reset the computer to start as usual

When you are finished troubleshooting, follow these steps to reset the computer to start as usual:

    (a) click Start, type msconfig in the search box and press ENTER.

    (b) If you are prompted for an administrator password or for confirmation, type your password or click on continue.

    (c) under the general tab, click the Normal startup option, and then click OK.

    (d) when you are prompted to restart the computer, click on restart.

When you start windows, before the XP loading screen is displayed, press F8, and then select Safe mode.  See if you start a computer desktop, if it isn't you can run chkdsk /f in command prompt.

If you cannot start in safe mode, you will need to reinstall (or try a repair installation) and Yes, you will lose this data, although there is a way to back it up.  You will need to download ubuntu and burn it on a cd and backup to external media.

  • Cannot log on to a computer in the domain when it is removed from the domain - Windows 7 Pro, just stopped working

We have a Dell laptop with the encryption used by the principal of our school at work and at home. At the office, it connects to the network via Ethernet. Yesterday, when he returned home, he received a message that it could not connect to a server approved.  His credentials have been cached in the past and still allowed him to open a session with the same user name and password.

Now, when the laptop is not connected to the network, I can't log on to the laptop computer as a domain administrator, it cannot open a session with his account and the local administrator account cannot log on (localadmin\laptopname).  When I tried to add a new local user by using user accounts in Control Panel, I get a message that the domain is not available.  This field is the name of the computer.  Manage user--> Add--> domain accounts--> go--> locations<-- the="" only="" option="" is="" entire="" directory="" (my="" domain). ="" actually,="" this="" is="" all="" i="" see="" on="" my="" work="" computer="" too. ="" when="" did="" this="" change? ="" i've="" added="" local="" users="" in="" the="">

The rest of Windows seems to work.

Biometrics does not for one of our accounts, but they have in the past.

I might add a local account for him to use only with the following command. At least this allows him to use the laptop at home, but it creates a new profile for him so he will not have access to the files saved under its domain account profile.

    net user USERNAME PASSWORD /add
    net localgroup administrators USERNAME /add

AFAIK what has changed is that he was just updates installation before returned home and when he arrived home, things no longer work.

  • IPCCX historical reports data purge

I have a site where former agents (deleted) still appear on historical reports. Is there a way to purge on the reports?

    Chris

Bug Id CSCed73068 - old resources appear in Client history report

You can view the bug Id by using the tool id http://www.cisco.com/cgi-in/Support/Bugtool/home.plBug.

    DDT-Release Notes:

When a resource name is changed or deleted, the old name still appears in the 'Details' tab historical statement of the customer currently is the result of a function you want for historical reports. However, it is confusing because when a resource is deleted, the deleted resource will always appear in the tab "Details". An improvement of the recommended feature would be to allow a more defined 'sort' of the

resources that appear in the history Reporting customers 'details' current tab, all the resources (new or old) are grouped in the window a list of the client. A better sorting method between ' current/active' and ' old/enactive' resources

would allow less confusion when run historical reports.

  • Historical reports

We have IPCC Express ARC 3.5 version 2

Currently, reporting software - Cisco CRA historical reports - the game of service level target to 40 seconds. How do we go about changing to 30 seconds?

    Hi Arvind,

    This level of Service can be modified by the CSQ. Take a look;

    Modify an existing CSQ

You can change the existing CSQs. If you make dynamic configuration changes that affect the order in which the agents receive calls CIM, the changes take effect when all officers affected by the changes have left to the ready state. If no agent is in ready state when you change the CSQ, the changes take effect immediately.

To change an existing CSQ, follow these steps.

    Procedure

    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Step 1 the CRA Administration menu bar, choose subsystems > CIM.

The DCI Configuration web page opens.

Step 2 bar of navigation on the CIM Configuration, click on the hyperlink to Contact Service queues.

Opens in the Contact area of the Service queues.

Step 3 In the Name list, click the CSQ you want to change.

The first queue for Service Contact area Configuration page opens.

Step 4 change the CSQ if necessary.

In the "Service of opportunity", enter the maximum time that a call is waiting before it is connected to an agent.

Percentage of service level, enter the objective target for percentage of contacts that meet service levels.

For example, a call center that has a level of service of 20 and a percentage of 80 percent service level has to meet 80 per cent of its calls within 20 seconds.

Step 5 click Update to apply the changes.

  • UCCX historical reports - Windows 10

    Hello community,

Just before I start pushing 10 Windows install on workstations, historical reports UCCX supported?  I can't seem to find any documentation on this yet.

    Thank you

    JP

No, since the HRC has been abandoned with version 9 of CCX.  From web version 9 cuic function was available and since version 10, he's the only client of reports.  Your biggest problem is also going to be support CAD that I doubt will build for your version of CCX, which should be 9.0 or below.

  • IPCC express, change the format of the historical report

    IPCC express 3.5 2.

How can I change the format of the historical report such as the name of the title via crystal report that is available in the "Reporting"?

Another question is how to generate the report which is available in the directory "model of report? Need to copy the files to a specific selectable directoty in the report tool?

    Thanks in advance,

All reports are Crystal reports format, so open Crystal report templates and change the title as you want. All report templates are under historic cisco reports > report templates folder.

You must add the new report in the report with .xml catalog file.
