  This level of Service can be modified by the CSQ. Take a look;

  Modify an existing CSQ

  You can change the existing CSQs. If you make dynamic configuration changes that affect the order in which the agents receive calls CIM, the changes take effect when all officers affected by the changes have left to the ready state. If no agent is in ready state when you change the CSQ, the changes take effect immediately.

  To change an existing CSQ, follow these steps.

  Procedure

  Step 1 the CRA Administration menu bar, choose subsystems > CIM.

  The DCI Configuration web page opens.

  Step 2 bar of navigation on the CIM Configuration, click on the hyperlink to Contact Service queues.

  Opens in the Contact area of the Service queues.

  Step 3 In the Name list, click the CSQ you want to change.

  The first queue for Service Contact area Configuration page opens.

  Step 4 change the CSQ if necessary.

  In the "Service of opportunity", enter the maximum time that a call is waiting before it is connected to an agent.

  Percentage of service level, enter the objective target for percentage of contacts that meet service levels.

  For example, a call center that has a level of service of 20 and a percentage of 80 percent service level has to meet 80 per cent of its calls within 20 seconds.

  Step 5 click Update to apply the changes.

  All reports are Crystal reports format, so open Crystal report templates and change the title as you want. All report templates are under historic cisco reports > report templates folder.

  You must add the new report in the report with .xml catalog file.

  The changes are classified according to the activity of update.  If you're updating 1 field at the same time, you will have a new section for each because they get the same verification key.  If you're updating 10 fields in a single click, you will get 10 updates to field in this verification key.  It is a grouping of changes like that.  If you just want to see all the changes, you have to modify your sql, or create a new report and not group them according to audit key.

  I have recently reported problems with Windows 7 patches who were charged on my Dell laptop, as well as of an automatic update of Firefox on 10 Jan.

  After restarting my system several times, Firefox works fine.

• historical files Windows 8 does not recognize my drive hard iomega

  I have problems with the historical establishment of files to back up my files, because the program does not recognize my Iomega portable hard drive.

  I get this error message whenever I try to backup the files.

  OK, I cracked now the problem of the history files do not recognize my USB external, even if the drive expansion drive had worked initially and he was behaving normally in the file Explorer. Here is how I have it done - it worked for me on my PC - maybe it will work for others.

  1. open the file history, and then click Select Drive. Select a different drive than the one that fails to be recognized. (If necessary add a HARD extra internal drive to your PC. If you have a laptop you can try adding an extra USB drive to a different USB port - I have not tried). Continue to set up the history of the files on the new disk. Then turn off historic files on the new drive so that a whole bunch of files are not transferred.

  2. go on the external USB drive that has not been recognized, find the folder of the file history, and rename it to "File History.old" or remove it.

  3. go to your C:\Users\your user folder\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows, find the folder of the file history and rename "File History.old" or remove it.

  4 re - open history file, click Select drive and select the original USB key that was not recognized. The player must now be implemented normally and begin to function.

  5 remove the folder from the file history on the hot spare used in procedure 1. above.

  The process described above is relevant to situations where people can change drive letters by adding or removing disks or the system of travel between readers and for this reason the history of files configuration files are pointing to the wrong drive.

  I just bought a new laptop (Sony Vaio) with Windows 8Pro (System op 64-bit, Intel I7, 1THD).  One of the reasons is that I have approached Win8, is I liked the concept of the new 'File History' backup utility  I started to use the computer with an ext WD My Guide of the HD and the history of the files seemed to work.  Then the drive external hard went wrong and I just bought a new WD My Passport 2 t ext HD.  Historical files will not recognize this drive.  He keeps asking the old drive.  When I attached the new drive and go to the screen "Select drive", it says "no usable drives are detected.  Please connect a drive... "I know that the drive is there because I see under 'My computer' and I can copy files to it.  But the history of the files do not recognize.  WD, I called and they helped me to update drivers and even made a update firmware on the drive, but nothing is done.  I tried several fixes suggested in a few links Microsoft 'how file history works... '. «, «What to do if the file history works more...» ", etc, but all without success. The tech also remote BestBuy Geek squad my computer and tried EVERYTHING and could not get it to succeed.  BTW, it's not the HD post because put us on another computer to WIN 8 and Hx file found immediately.  Tech people thought that it was a deep registry with Win 8 problem and their only suggestion was to reimage my computer with the original recovery disk.  But who is going to cost me an arm and a leg.

  I'm not very tech savvy, so I know there must be something very simple, I'm do wrong or overlooking and I hope that some dear soul on this forum or someone from Microsoft can give me an idea or two.  Thank you very much

  I was having this same problem, but then noticed a presentation text easy to miss in the historical files tool that says that the disc "cannot be a part of a library" or something like that. In my case, I had files on my external hard drive that have been included in several libraries... and none that I really used, so I removed the files (and deleted the libraries for good measure). A fast system restart later, and my player does not appear.

  I don't know why MS did not propose it again for this thread as the more obvious thing to check, but there you have it. Something simple and quick to check that could save you some frustration.

• 48 hours instant historical report

  I'm looking for a script that can give a report of all the clichés that have been created and deleted in the last 48 hours on all data warehouses. Basiclly I want to do is set up the timeline of our backups when snapshots are created on each virtual machine and what data store the snapshot has been created on the size of the snapshot.  The question we have is that our data warehouses are roughly on provissioned (Installer before starting here) and not budget for additional storage at this time.  We had problem with stores fill during backups because data snapshots.  I want to change the location where the snapshots are created to a different dedicated LUN to the Virtual Machine folder by default.  I want to have an idea of when the snapshots are created, the snapshot size, when removed, in a 48-hour window.

  Any ideas on how this can be done?

  I can watch the backup program and see when the virtual machine started the backup process, but he didn't tell me what data store, the virtual machine is on and what other VM is currently underway in the same database.  Also storage DRS can move VM around and now cause problems with e/s when multiple snapshots are created on the same logical unit number at the same time.

  I'm just trying to get a better idea and a good way to create a Visual report to view my managers why databases are fill due to backups.

  The size of the snapshot is problematic, since the snapshot is already removed when you run the report.

  If the snapshot still exists, you can calculate the total size of the snapshot.

  See for example my UML diagram your VM snapshots and the vdisks, you can use the same logic to get the total size of the last snapshot.

• Confirmation of the closing report window

  What method do you use to call the report? You use the sntax URL or use the forms-builtin RUN_REPORT_OBJECT? If you use the syntax of the URL, you can go to RUN_REPORT_OBJECT, because there is no windw additional browser open.

• Change the order in the the purpose of linked reports window

  We have a cube with HIA drill through reports implemented. We have recently added a score related to the cube. The question we have is the linked partition is displayed first and the drill per second. Given that so far there was only one choice, and most people use the drill-through report, they get confused. It is essentially a matter of training and they will have to get used to, but I was wondering if anyone know of a way to control the order of the options that appear in the window so that I can do the drilling report first. I think there is no way to change this, but always good to ask.

  I just took a glance at our Java API code and did some quick tests of behavior in Dodeca... In our source, when we get to the LRO for a data cell, we get an IEssIterator of the API object (which resembles a collection in VBA). I entered the code and any order, they were seized, apparently, the API returns first notes of cell, then attached files, then the URL.

  I don't have a linked partition or HIA VM drillthrough upwards on our farm at the moment so I couldn't test those, but here are my thoughts... There is a Java class that defines constants for the LRO types. The values are:

  public static final int URL_INT_VALUE = 3;

  So, my guess is that linked partitions come before the cell notes... In addition, it seems that there is a new type of LRO in Essbase 11.1.1... "BPM_DRILL_THROUGH" no matter who is; My guess is that it refers to OBIEE extraction...

• V crash 19.0 Firefox opening of facebook, no error / crash report, Windows XP Pro

  Just today Firefox has started crashes whenever I connect to facebook. Unlike other users, it is not create or send incident reports when it does. I can access the main screen and open a session, but when the first recorded in the page trying to load it crashes. No other site does seem to be affected. I tried to delete the cookies, and nothing seems to have updated in the last 24 hours (except maybe firefox because I can't find a date of update for it).

  You can check the problems caused by the recent updates of Flash and try these:

  • disable an eventual extension of the browser for Firefox Plugin RealPlayer Record and if installed RealPlayer update
  • disable the safe_mode in Flash 11.3 and later versions
  • turn off hardware acceleration in the Flash plugin

  You can also try to disable all plugins (safe mode disables / effect of plugins).
