  I have an email with a 80 MB video file that is stuck in my Outbox of MS Outlook 2010.  I tried going to 'Work offline' to delete, but will not remove.  I tried to restart Outlook while 'offline' and Outlook itself does not open when I click the icon in my taskbar, and I can't find the program ranked among the '' programs. ''  I searched with the windows tool to search for the file and I can find it on a search list, but it has no path of file so that I can see exactly where it is.  If I left click on the icon that appears in the search, he takes me to the email in Outlook.  If I right click to get a window with options like delete, there is no popup window.

  In short, I can't delete this item in Outlook and I can't find a way outside of Outlook to locate and delete.  Outlook keeps trying to send the file everytime I open the program and I keep telling myself that he can't touch the file because it is 'send.'  Now you can guess where I would like to send the file.

  God only knows how it happened, but after I posted this problem I went back to work and program Outlook that would not open when "working offline," well, guess what...   Spend most of your messages out of the Inbox and move the messages you want to record off deleted items, and sent items. Locate the OE message store and then close OE.
   
  Tools | Options | Maintenance | Store folder will reveal the location of your Outlook Express files. Note the location and navigate on it in Explorer Windows or, copy and paste in start | Run.
   
  In Windows XP, Win2K & Win2K3 the OE user files (DBX and WAB) are by default marked as hidden. To view these files in Windows Explorer, you must enable Show hidden files and folders under start | Control Panel | Folder Options icon | Opinion, or in Windows Explorer. • Cannot get MS Outlook 2010 x 64 to preview attachments in PDF

  I am running Outlook 2010 x 64 on Win 7 x 64 ultimate (he has been upgraded from Vista 4 years back)

  A Google search revealed that this is / was a known issue for Outlook x 64 systems and the fix was simply a matter of making sure that a registry setting has been correct.

  I checked the configuration (AppId) used the correct Guid for the following sections of the registry on my machine:

  the body of my emails do not appear when I read that if I hit him display images, sometimes, or I click Open in a new window.the show.i headers do not have the problem when I set it to display the text in my preferences.i don't want to HTML to text format.the produced the problem.i didn't have this problem when I use internet explore , but I don't like exploerer as well.it just started a few days ago.centurylink is my internet provider and they just got an update that coincided with the problem.they said since theres no problem when I use internet explorer, problems with firefox.any help would be appreciated.

  Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/tools > Modules > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is the cause of the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/tools > Modules > appearance).

• Connection of the unit cannot read emails

  We have a CUC test server and try to use the TTS. I installed the following:

  1 on the IMAP service on the Exchange.

  2. has created an external account to receive as on the mail store.

  3 created COS with TTS and allow the user with the COS.

  4 created the external service within the user account its pages - same as the exchange alias.

  We still get the following before the conversation of the unit:

  "e-mails cannot be read at the time try again later".

  Voicemail all the functionality seems to be fine it's just when we try and use the TTS.

  Hi Jeff,

  You are currently trying to implement IMAP to work via the SSL protocol, or in the clear? An incomplete installation of SSL can be a cause of what you see, so I would first try to configure it without SSL, make a few calls to see that TTS works, and then convert on SSL by following the steps described in Chapter 7 of the install doc.

  To make sure that you run without SSL, check under system settings > external Services > and set the security of Transport on 'None' if it isn't already. Also make sure that Exchange is configured to accept non-secure IMAP connections.

  If you have tried this and the TTS still does not work, you could kill the "Maximum Delay for TTS access before Timeout" under system settings > advanced > Conversations between 4000 milliseconds to perhaps 6000 or 8000. This is a timeout that indicates how long it should wait for a response from IMAP to Exchange before giving up CUC. This is to avoid long pauses in the conversation that may occur if the Exchange Server is for some reason any do not respond sufficiently.

• Outlook 2010: Meeting removed from the calendar of the host, after a presence sent to third parties and included the host

  I organized a single occurrence of the meeting in Outlook 2010 with few participants and one of the participants passed this meeting couple of participants additional and accidentally included hosting as well. As a host, I received the acknowledgement but now my meeting of the calendar has disappeard but everyone can see this meeting in the Outlook calendar.

  Windows 7, Outlook 2010 and Exchange 2007 in the domain environment. System patched up.

  This looks at the design and I read the Article ID: 899704. I don't see this mentioned in scenario.

  'Before' because I have not yet bought a Blackberry, but it is seriously considering.  A big thing that is really important to me, but...

  Can the "bits" of Outlook 2010 synchronize with a Blackberry?  To be precise, I really want to synchronize the following features in Outlook 2010 with equivalent enforcement in the Blackberry:

  Calendar

  Contacts

  Tasks

  Notes would be desirable, but not essential.  Email, too, is desirable but not essential (I can use the web to access when I'm on the road).

  I must point out that my Outlook 2010 works standalone on my desktop PC and that it is not connected to Exchange.

  A Blackberry, with its associated desktop software, could meet my needs?
