Cannot talk to anyone to cancel my subscription, Adobe, trying to tear me more money.
Get curls on 'Your contact options' brings back me to adobe to support issues, no phone number, no online chat, etc.
I have to cancel my membership as soon as possible because I asked for it be cancelled over the last month and they did not and started to charge me double the price.

Could you please cancel my subscription?
I downloaded and did my first payment to the Adobe Creative Cloud, with Photoshop and Lightroom and don't get me wrong, they are amazing programs. My computer, however, is not as fond of the tools that I am, and that's why I also ask you to cancel my subscription so I can get some more respectful of the computer laptop software (s).

Cannot cancel the subscription without paying enormous fees
I work for a charity. I thought I was ordering a "first month free" access to the photos of our Christmas appeal.
I used it once, just once, back in November 2015 and didn't know that my charitable organization was paying every month since then.When I called to cancel the subscription, they hit me with a tax heavy addition $120!
So, because of the very misleading advertising, my charitable organization paid $120 for 4 months of subscriptions not used (for a single photo!)and must now pay $ 120.
Adobe should be ashamed of himself. This practice of 'contract' is misleading.

I tried every month cancel my annual membership that expires this month. All I have to do is call Adobe and confirm that my account is actually mine and then cancel, but the option to call Adobe never happen when I had the time to call. Adobe has continually increased the price of their creative cloud applications, and I want to.
