Canon 1300 d attached in lightroom

How lightroom has been updated to add new cameras to attach? I recently got a canon 1300 d and shoot like he tethered and it does not work all on... how long until this?

Attach the support in Lightroom depends on support from the manufacturer (Canon) SDK (Software Development Kit). Once the Canon supports a camera in their SDK is normally one or two versions of Lightroom before the help is integrated. If Canon today adds to their SDK, Lightroom 6.6 or 6.7 would be expected.

Have you checked with Canon to see if or when they will add to their SDK?

  • Attached in Lightroom 2015.3 produces enormous delays in the transfer of image

I turned to a concert last night and because client that I needed to perform impressions during the event, chose to use Lightroom attach to my MacBook Pro to get the images in Lightroom, because they were shot.  Repeatedly during the evening, the camera seemed to lock up and the lamp of data transfer was on for minutes at a time.  I see delays of a few minutes before the captured images would get to Lightroom, and then after waiting a while, things would be back to normal.  Then in a short time, everything would be bogged down again.  By stopping the attachment, the issue disappeared completely and I could only shoot the required event.  A break, I tried to tie up again and the same problem occurs very quickly.  In my tests before shoot, home seemed to work, but I did not test the volume that require the event (3 images every minute and a half).

In the past, attach lose connection randomly but the connection remained all the time, however huge delays in fact transfer the strap works more an argument than a boon.  Others have experienced this with Lightroom 2015.3?  The environment was very simple.  1Dx cannon with a strap tools cable for MacBook Pro running El Capitan and Lightroom 2015.3

Any advice will be appreciated.  Earlier in the week, I had made a similar shooting using Canon native tethering tool and never had these problems and was running at a much higher pace, using the same physical hardware.

  • I have problems to import photos from the Canon EOS 70 d in Lightroom on a macbook pro

When I try to import photos from my Canon EOS70D in Lightroom, first I get "Preview not available for this file" for all files on the camera. If I check a few photos to import Lightroom said then that's important but the pictures never import and eventually I have to cancel the import. I tried to import a picture and this same thing is happening.

I don't think that is the cable or the camera that I can import into iPhoto from the camera using the same cable.

    All advice appreciated.

It's ok thank you, I found the problem. I have to let the camera connected to the laptop for a while. Finally, all files have thumbnails, and then I can import them. I tried before import them too quickly.

  • Support for Canon EOS 70 d in Lightroom RAW 4.

I have 4 LR and now I bought a Canon 70 d.  Lightroom said he was unable to interpret the RAW files and directed me to get an update.  I have updated to 4.4 and still have the same problem.  How can I get my RAW files in Lightroom 4?

This camera has been added in Lightroom 5.2. Download the trial version and give it a try. Then you can purchase from Adobe and they will send you a serial number. All you have to do is to activate the trial version. The trial version will be 5.3, so your camera will be supported. You can use it for 30 days without restriction. You can buy your serial number at any time during this period.  You can install the trial version and try it without interfering with your current installation of Lightroom at all. There is no risk, the two versions run independently. You can delete Lightroom 4 whenever you want.

  • Canon 5 d Mark III - Lightroom 4.1 - edit in Adobe Photoshop does not

Hello, I appoligize if this has already been answered, I couldn't find a solution.  I have the new Canon 5 d Mark III and I've updated to Lightroom 4.1 so I can import RAW images in LR 3 5.  But when I go to 'Edit in Adobe Photoshop CS5' or 'merge to HDR Pro in PhotoShop", put PS in the works, but it loads all files. I'm assuming it's because the PS Camera Raw is obsolete. So I downloaded cameraraw6-7_r1_win_030612, but when trying to install it, I get "some updates could not be installed. Update is not applicable".

I also tried to restart and try, and I tried the steps outlined here:

    http://forums.Adobe.com/thread/983626?TSTART=0

    What I'm missing here?

Fixed using technical support. You must manually remove Camera Raw of the below sites and create a new Admin user to install under... The latter seems odd, but I kept getting "update does not apply" with my normal Admin login (this is a personal PC, and I installed everything under the Sun as my current login), it must have something to do with Camera Raw files that are defective in my user profile (AppData, etc.)

For anyone else seeing this, remove the sub directories:

    C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe\Camera Raw 6

    C:\Program Files\Fichiers Raw Files\Adobe\Camera 6

    \AppData\Roaming\Adobe\CameraRawyourusernameC:\Users\

Then logout and log again under the new Admin account you created.  Install camera Raw 6.7 RC, it should install fine.  Then you can log back as your user and normal use with Camera Raw 6.7 PS.

  • I use Lightroom CC and one of my cameras is a Canon SX-50HS. Why Lightroom importing crop images? It does not perform this task for any image created on other devices.

Automatically import the cultures these images, Yes to develop I can uncrop them but I would have preferred that the images come shot.

You can set this camera to various Image Ratio - 1:1, 5:4, 4:3, 3:2, 16:9

You set your ratio desired for JPG images.

Lightroom imports the image of full 4000 x 3000 sensor size (4:3) and applies to the culture according to 'Camera' Image ratio (16:9, perhaps).

Set camera Image ratio 4:3 in the menu of the camera and you have the problem of harvest.

  • Lightroom, officers shot and Canon 350 d Digital

    Hello

I am designer of jewelry and I try to take some pictures of my work.

I want to attach my Canon Digital 350 d to Lightroom, so I can easily see my photos on a large format without having to constantly plug and unplug my camera to my computer.

I have real problems get Lightroom to recognize that my camera is fixed. I checked that my camera is supported and the internet seems to suggest that it is.

Can someone help me? My lack of knowledge of the camera and the computer makes me want to throw it all out of the window! I can't find a set of infallible step by step instructions on how to connect the camera to the software. and here, I've noticed that a lot of people just get directed to the troubleshooting provided by Adobe, but this page is has not helped me so far.

Any help will be greatly appreciated. I lost all day to tinker without result

    Thank you

    Rachel

If you are referring to this page you receive all the necessary information on the attachment.  Adobe documentation on this page for the attachment has become essentially worthless.

A list of cameras that can be attached to Lightroom.

Look at this page and you will see your camera support has been removed after Lightroom 4.1 (that's the legacy link)

Pretty poor documentation to attach, about as bad as their quality control programming lately.
