Canon Pixma MX922 problems
I have a Canon Pixma MX922, I liked when he was running wireless on Windows 7 on my old computer. Since I replaced my computer with a Windows 8.1 running a new, it does not work, it crawls. If it moves at all. Sometimes it will print a full page, but there usually prints some lines and spits half done page. He's literally printed a page on a single line at a time - at about half the speed of old matrix printers! What gives? I have not changed wireless service - only operating system.

To set the option to print double-sided on a Mac, please open the printer driver:
1. Select layout... in the file menu of the application. The Layout dialog opens.
2. Select print... in the file menu of the application. The Print dialog box opens. In the print dialog box, you can set the paper type and print quality for printing.

Just bought my Pixma MX922. Its been great so far, the only thing is the screen continually without reason. Looks like it is awakened by something random. The LCD display will wake up if the printer receives the signals. If the printer is used on a network, monitoring of utilities such as a firewall or even your router may be peripheral Ping on the network. This signal to wake up the display. Unable to complete the driver installation the new installation because of this message. Went through the establishment of the liaison WiFi several times and connectivity was still present. Connected to my D-Link router 626L and saw the connected printer but the referenced ip address is 0.0.0.0. Tried to assign a static ip address through the printer and also to use the Windows cmd prompt, all to nothing does not.
Called Canon Support and these 2 changes in adjustment solved the problem:
(1) turn off the Wireless LAN DRX setting
(2) disable the IPv6 setting

Problem with new pixma mx922 and Canon Menu fast
Just buy a Pixma MX922. Analysis of and print well. If I use the Quick Menu of Canon, it shows the scanner but not the printer, so I can't use all the photo print settings. I'm on a MacBook Pro with OS - X El Capitan version 10.11.2. It's connected to an AirPort Extreme wireless. Can anyone help?

Canon Pixma MP800 printing problem
I use Windows XP Professional. I have a Canon Pixma MP800, who has been a very reliable workhorse for many years. Right now when I print a Word document using a black ink only, it is printing in the layers of alternative 1 cm of the impression of light and darkness which looks like that I chose to print alternatively in "BOLD" and normal print. When I print the same Word document using colors, it prints very well. I tried to do a nozzle check, cleaning, and a clean, none have worked in depth. I also removed the print head and cleaned in a solution without success. All ink cartridges are full of ink. When I do a test print, the top of the marked test PGBK page, displays the first cm to cross the lines perfectly, but the second cm vertical lines of lines alternating with areas of verticle. Printing from Excel has the same problem.
Someone had this problem?

Problem Canon PIXMA MP760 and Windows 7
Hello.
I just installed Windows 7 and tried to connect my printer (Canon PIXMA MP760). He finds some drivers it cost but it showd a mistake and this seems to be the main engine.

I tried to reconnect the printer, enable/disable, restart the pc, checked the cable connection +++ but I can't make it work.
When I go to devices and printers, I see that the scanner of the printer part appears as a device, but not the printer itself.
Someone has any advice on what to do to get it working?
EDIT: I also tried to install the printer on another computer with windows 7. Same problem there. :(

If this isn't your correct printer, you should be able to look it up directly on the Canon site.

I had to re - install my Canon Pixma MX870 after a complete reinstallation of a computer. I've never had any problems. I use Windows 7 Ultimate. Everything went according to plan. Successful installation, drivers - updated, then went to print and nothing - message in the printing of the error box.

PROBLEM WITH USB CANON PIXMA MP550 PRINTER PRINT SPOOLER
I have a problem with the main PC. No printer is displayed in the Control Panel printer page. When I try to add a printer the message tells me that the print spooler does not work. I also get the error: "error 0x000006e". I tried all the usual bugs (via Services', etc.) without success. Gives the print spooler to think it's on; I have reset several times and he shows IT, but it does not work, says the message I get when trying to add a printer. I have attached the sfc/scannow process found no corrupt files. I tried a 'restoration' without success.
The laptop can find the printer, a Canon Pixma MP 550 and it works well but the right main PC cannot find all printers in the control panel or through different programs (WORD, etc.) and will not let me add a few. The home network seems fine and both computers recognize each other and I can access files on the other computer. But on the PC, there is no printer on the network.
Also, I tried the canon Pixma MP 550 "My Canon" routine Diagnostics. It did not find the printer even when it is plugged directly into the PC's USB port. This could be a problem of LPT 1? So, I don't know how to access the LPT to reconfigure.
I also opened OUTLOOK and WORD and tried to add a printer in this way, but I get the message: "the Active Domain Services are currently unavailable.
Grateful for any help here. All the usual bugs have been tried.

Printing problems with a Canon PIXMA iP6000D
I have a Canon PIXMA iP6000D printer and problems to print. It feeds the paper and acts like it is printing but nothing prints.
I tried all the trouble shooting in the owner's manual options. I even tried to unplug and reconnect after a few minutes. Nothing helps. Someone at - it ideas?

Hello. I just bought a pc laptop ASUS R503U which Windows 8 operating system. I can't install the driver or complete installation of my printer, a Canon PIXMA MG2120 on my new laptop. When I try, I get a message that says: cannot install driver mp because it is being used by someone else to the computer. When this occurs, the installation process is abandoned. Photo paper moves sideways when printing on PIXMA MX922
I have a new Pixma MX922 printer and when you print photos of 4 x 6 paper moves from side to side during the last inch or more printing. I have tried different paper with the same result, currently have a Canon Photo Paper Plus Glossy II in the printer. The book seems to begin to move laterally when it makes contact with the paper output tray. I use the Canon software to print my photos.

To try to prevent the paper to move, we can allow the setting prevent abrasion on the printer paper. To do this, please follow these steps:
1. press the MENU key.
2. Select SETTINGS, then press the OK button.
3. Select DEVICE SETTINGS, then press the OK button. The device settings screen appears.
4. use the up/down arrow keys to select the PRINT PARAMETERS, and then press the OK button.
5. use the up/down arrow keys to select the parameter AVOID the ABRASION of PAPER, and then press the OK button.
6. use the up/down arrow keys to select Yes, then press the OK button.
Please try printing again. Once printing is complete, please be sure to set this parameter to OFF.
